Im old school were when you leave good feedback its either in person to the business or your friends by word of mouth, so I NEVER take the time to leave an online review, not because I dont believe in it but just because I aint got the time or energy for it. So I guess this might be my first online review. Healthy harvest and their owner is one of the best local businesses Ive ever encountered. They are super knowledgeable in every aspect of growing just about anything. They stand behind their products and will give you amazing customer service even if you didnt spend a penny with them. I actually witnessed this situation while buying some nutrients. Its almost too good to be true but it is!

This place is great the staff is super knowledgeable had a few plants in distress took in pictures and on my phone they diagnosed the problem recommended what to buy it was fairly cheap actually I used it exactly how they said to Cal Mag and they were absolutely right this is my go-to place for any of my growing needs

You can shop online all you want and buy out dated nutes! but who are you going to ask for advice when your plants are having issues? lol I know you google growers are out there, but do yourself a favor and go see the guys at healthy harvest! Zero stars. Assumed I was there to grow pot (im not).Suggested growing things that dont take up much space is more important than growing what I want to consume. Zero understanding of customer service. Not remotely interested in helping a newbie.

They are very knowledgeable there. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed. There very friendly and willing to talk to you. If I ever need anything I will definitely go back!!

Ive been in twice now as the grow season has progressed and both times the staff at Healthy Harvest South have been incredibly helpful. They went well above and beyond. Any questions I had were answered perfectly. Even questions I didnt know I had were answered to make sure I had the best grow possible. They have earned my business going forward.

People, please disregard Tim Shepherds review. He has 27 one star ratings, 8 two star ratings, AND A WHOPPING TWO, three star ratings. NOTHING HIGHER!!! Snowflake material.... My 18 year old kid is more mature than this. I am now going to spend the time to report every review he has done, because obviously, he has nothing good to say about anyone. Negative Nancy. PLEASE join me....I have worked in a totally different industry for 30+ years. As a retailer (like this store), I have been burned SO MANY TIMES. The wholesaler/distributor tells me two days, which I pass on to the customer. A week later, they still havent delivered, and I am left trying to explain this to the customer. It flat out SUCKS! Tim, you need to grow up a bit; and understand this is how the retail businesses works....This is a great place to go!!!

Kujo, the shop pup greeted me and followed me around so I wouldnt feel alone. He let me pet him, in exchange for sniffing my shoes. He led me to his family who happily answered my question and gave me a few tips for rooting. I will be back for sure. They saved me a lot of money, plus, their guard dog Kujo was a sweetie 🐶🌳🌱

Rude staff. Not helpful at all. Came in for something on a Wednesday and guy said truck would be coming in a couple days. So I went back the Tuesday of the next week and still nothing. Told me another day for the truck. Waste of time. Should have ordered online. Will from now on sadly. Wanted to support local but can’t like this.

(New review) 6/25/17 The last couple times I have been in the shop I have had bad customer service from young kids and no sign of the knowledgeable owner which I dont know even if he is still the owner. My last visit I ordered some nutrients and I was supposed to get an email when they arrived, I never received any notification from the shop. Also during store hours there was a note posted on the door saying I will be back shortly and I drove over 25 miles to visit your shop and expected the business to honor their open business hours.I will now start going to different hydroponic shops, you have lost my business and a long-time customer over irresponsible employees.(Previous review) Very knowledgeable and a good selection of products. I have been pleased every time I shopped there and if I didnt know something, I just asked and they always seem more than willing to assist you.I would recommend this place.I would NOW not recommend.
