Every single aspect of the experience I had with Keller Appliance was perfect. It is so rare to have things go so smooth these days but lo-and-behold they came through and made me a true believer in them. I am so glad they are here for us.

Sales associate was blitzed out of his mind. We could smell the alcohol within 10 feet. He could not keep eye contact, kept staring at my chest and could not articulate a sentence. All over the place, absolute disaster. All of the appliances were dirty, bent and banged up and over priced. Embarrassing. Do better

I purchased a washer and dryer and they are unbelievably quite. The salesman was great he answered every question without pressure to buy. Excellent service, quality products, and professional installation. They go above and beyond to take care of each customer. Awesome family business that it is a pleasure to work with!

I bought a washer from them even arranged for them to deliver it since I have back problems I even mentioned it to the sales person that I had to have it delivered and installed. All good until the guy installing it asked about a stair charge.....I didnt pay it but I got a call back saying if I didnt the warranty would be voided. Be upfront about hidden charges

They do NOT SELL PARTS. Reason is that they were having problems selling the wrong parts. However thus would have not been a problem with me since I brought the part with me. Still they would not sell me the part even with me driving 2 hours to get here. Why did I make the drive well thats because they have not changed the website or anything to show they do not sell parts the only way you know that is this sign on the door. Reply to your update. Any store owner who does not sell parts anymore would change all of the signage outside of their store and change their website to explain that they do not sell parts anymore to avoid confusion. Dont try to blame the customer for not calling in advance its your mistake not mine. I wanted to be at the store when they opened up is the reason I didnt call ahead.

The service people were very responsive, professional and did a great job. The owner contacted me directly to see how they did and ensure we were happy with the service. Great service, very professional and friendly staff, and attention to customers done personally the old school way. A rarity these days.

I purchased a used refrigerator it was delivered now it has condensation on the inside on the top of the refrigerator. I call and was told to bring it back. I am using it so that means it is Full of food. So I need to know where am I going to put all my frozen and refrigerated items? How am I going to get it them? I had it delivered. Just not happy

Absolutely love this place!!! I have been going through keller appliance for years, as well as my family, and they are just amazing! The staff is very professional! Especially one of the technicians, Clint Martin, hes super fast and knows what hes doing! I have seen his work and its amazing how fast he can take a washer, dryer and every other appliance apart and have it fixed and back together in less than 30min!! Recently I purchased a gently used Washer, Dryer and Refrigerator for a fraction of what I would have paid normally. The individuals were professional and reasonable on pricing. They included shipping and installation in my package. They showed up on time on the date specified and installed professionally. A few days later I had a minor issue with my refrigerator and not only were they responsive but they came back out the day following my call to address the issue. Im completely satisfied with my purchase.

We have had 2 dryers with them in the past year. The first broken within a week and the 2nd within the year, and they refuse refunds.

They were great at hooking me up with a new fridge when the first one I bought from them was not working as it should have and was past the point of being able to be repaired. I’ll be buying from them again in the future.

Ive purchased used/refurbished units from KA in the past and they always had exceptional service and great pricing. I was in the market for a new refrigerator and knew I didnt want to shop anywhere else. I found the perfect unit, 1/3 of the price I would have paid new. They delivered the unit and it didnt work! ☹️ However, all the gentleman at KA were incredibly helpful, polite and attentive. They fixed my refrigerator right away with no cost and little inconvenience to me. Everyone was so nice and genuine. I highly recommend Keller Appliance if you are looking for a new appliance and have a low budget this is the place to go!

My mom is a single mom of two disabled teens and she was so excited about getting her washing machine and dryer. The dryer wasnt drying and she called the office. She was home with the flu. They advised her over the phone to pull out the dryer and connect the hose. I heard my mom crying and pleading with them that she was too sick to do that. So i helped her. Never going back to this place. She wants to sell the machines now.

I needed a used dryer and Kelly the rep at the store was great, and he was very helpful and gave me the personal attention you don’t get at big box/chain stores.

The person I talk on the phone was very nice, and was about to make it over to my house within the hour. I am very happy with the work he did on my LG washer.He was on-time, diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair just as fast and fair price. Ill be using them again if anything else breaks in my house, which hopefully isnt anytime soon lol.

I apologize for this long review, but i’d like to warn people of my experience. Trust me, read this review!I called the store location to ask if they purchase pre-owned washer dryers. They do, but they require you to text the business owner/manager that is not placed directly at the store. Anyways, Abiding by their requirements I drove 20 mins down to my U-Haul storage to take these pictures where soon after I sent the images to Maxine (Store owner/The Manager). Bear in mind, my washer in the dryer are In great shape, used for a Max of a year and a half, and works perfectly well. Somehow **Maxine calculated the value $80**.I proceed to ask if she can negotiate a deal that makes the value of 60% of the retail price of the washer and dryer $850-$900.I didn’t expect them to take that offer, given what they offered me, but it did surprise me that Maxine proceeded to tell me I didn’t state what I wanted price-wise and that she had been honest. Which is Missing my point entirely. After all I was NOT looking to DEBATE on their efficiency. I wanted to let her know from my position as a potential customer that it is because of how they conduct their busines it became an inconvenience and a negative experience.I’m frustrated here because the pictures seem to carry little to no value in this circumstance of what I am getting in return for my appliances that have a value far exceeding $80. Which brings up questions: Why do they need the pictures? Why didnt they ask me my model and brand? Among other questions.Also, I recommended being a bit more upfront with her customers and bearing their best interest in mind versus sending them out of their way to receive bad news, and you get negative push back from the manager if you make it known that you’re unhappy about that.If you want to receive an unreasonable small fraction of what you spent for your appliances $0 value or $10k value here you go. If you have items that qualify for removal and $80 is good for you, then awesome. Keller Appliance has always been a great place for used discounted appliances. My last visit sealed the deal as my go to Appliance place. Trever T. Was outstanding sales person! Very knowledgeable and in this time of wearing masks his customers care came shining through the mask he wore. He even returned a call on his day off! Above and beyond! Trever made buying some new appliances a pleasant experience.

My go to place for affordable and honest repair for my appliances. Thy are always on time and easy to book. Love these guys. They completely cleaned up refurbished and fixed our antique stove. They got it done quickly, their guys were super nice and informative. They even came back out 2 weeks later when we were ready to install, hooked it back up for us and made sure everything was in working order for no extra charge. Great service and our stove is beautiful now!

I am rewriting my review since the owner replied with a comment about their inability to look up my service record. My first name is Alicia....I spent nearly $1200 with your company in August. Another $53 in September.I was disappointed when the evaporator coils on my recently purchased fridge kept freezing causing the fridge to stay warm around 65 degrees because no air was being pushed through the fan into the fridge. I sucked it up and paid to have another one delivered, figuring it was a fluke.Unfortunately, the second fridge had the same issue and after calling and attempting to diagnose over the phone, my only option is to pay another $53 fee. I know this because of research now. I defrosted the fridge and researched diagnosis.Taking apart the fridge there was mold and food. Yum.I did purchase a washer and dryer but those were hooked up incorrectly. Told the delivery guy when he dropped off the second fridge, he was kind and switched them for me. Luckily those still work. and hopefully for longer than the fridge.I lost fridge and freezer food but the warranty states they are not responsible. Its frustrating not to have other options and have lost a significant amount of time and money.I would just caution someone who does not want the hastle and added costs before purchasing. I respect small business and attempted to support them only to be left disappointed.2 stars for the sales staff and kind delivery man, they were friendly.

We purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher. The dishwasher never worked and it took weeks to have someone call us back. Eventually we got tired of trying and bought a new one. The refrigerator worked for a while and then would turn off. We would have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to come back on. If you want working appliances just buy them new.

I purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator and I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the store. The store was clean, the appliances were clean. Purchased two sets of washer/dryer. Good price point. One washer had an issue and they did not hesitate at all to correct the issue under warranty. Communicated well and rather than repair, they upgraded and did an even swap; delivered and removed. Sweet deal all the way around. Yes, they’re used appliances, but they; fill, wash, drain, spin and dry! Saved about 70%!

Just got off phone with representative and I was in need of washer repair. He said you only do in shop repairs yet website indicates otherwise. Really???

We went to Keller Appliance and bought three appliances that were used but they were in such good shape. I enjoyed very much the sales people who were very attentive and very understanding of our taking our time. so after we had the refrigerator in our house for better than a month I noticed that one of the shelves was dragging and there was a pin that held the shelf up that was missing and I know it was not in the refrigerator when we cleaned it out. so I called Keller Appluance and told him the situation and the fact that we couldnt use the shelf the way it was.Lo and behold they found a piece that fits right over the piece that was left in the refrigerator and it worked perfectly and they didnt charge us for the time or the little piece that they gave us. There are truly a bunch of nice people and I would trust them to do whatever they would need to do to fix anything I need fixing.

Bought a new scratch and dent fridge . No complaints about fridge . They did not hook up the water line correctly and it flooded the kitchen . Our house built in the 80s has the office type carpet .So the carpet has been pulled up carpet fans running. When I sent the pictures they where polite but would not offer to even have the carpets cleaned .Standing water in the kitchen does not smell very nice . The pics show some of the wetness but carpet has a plastic backer on it so if you stand in one spot much further it will darken and become wet due to the padding is soaked .I can under stand if the line broke or something in the fridge failed and it leaked but THEY installed the line in correctly . 4 dollar fitting . Now is going to cost me more money to clean up this messSorry but no way that I can use that business again . I just dont post this type of stuff but others need to know. 8/26/2020 Update after several calls to owner he said he was going to give me 100 dollars HA HA not even close to damage but since I gave bad review he would not . But funny looking at how many have seen this review . Maybe he should have done the RIGHT thing take responsibility for his crew . We had to remove all of the flooring in Kitchen and replace it . Water damage was much worse as more of it was pulled it .

I highly recommended The Original Keller Appliance. All staff were great to work with, but I must share that my dryer repair had a rocky start with an initial misdiagnosis of the issue, then their only repairman ended up being out ill for over a week. Cant help illness, but I was surprised to learn they have only one tech who makes house calls. A backup plan would be helpful for them so that clients arent needing to postpone needed repairs when such a situation arises.Even though this situation occurred, everyone at the company was always very kind, courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to repair my dryer and I am very grateful. Travis replaced the motor and brought it to their shop for additional sleuthing and repairs. The workshop tech (Ben, I believe) worked his magic to discover and correct the continuing problems with my dryer. Clifton and Austin were always gracious in our phone conversations. Tracey was patient to wait an hour for me to get home from workso that he could deliver and install my repaired dryer.

They repaired my dryer and it is still broke. They did not want to refund me the technician fee from a month ago or put it toward my bill because they said it was too long ago, I said that was okay because I really needed my dryer working. My dryer has the same issue as it did before and stopped working. I do not recommend this place.

CLIFTON IS MY PERSONAL HERO! My experience was decent with the whole place great scheduling hours, on time technician and a fully functional washer. But its Clifton who has won my heart and I will 100% be calling him again when I need repairs!

My wife and I had purchased a used glass-top stove a few years ago from these folks and that stove is awesome I have never had any problems with it to this day... Well Friday evening my clothes dryer finally died after 27 years of service. So I went up to Keller Appliance at 2:30 pm on Saturday. The guys in the store showed me all of my options within my budget and delivered it in less than 2 hours. The delivery guy saw that the plug type on my newly purchased dryer didnt fit my current outlet so he got a new power cord from his truck and installed it. Then he simply said that the vent hose that I had, although not clogged was really old and should be replaced. He went back to his truck and got a new vent hose and connected it. He moved the dryer into place plugged everything up and tested it and showed me it was working, getting hot air and venting correctly. He never asked me for any additional money for the plug, vent hose or the additional time he spent to get my dryer going. He said we make sure you are happy, you have already paid for the dryer, have a great weekend. This is why I will go back for any appliance needs I have.Keller Appliance - You guys ROCK!

Had good customer experience when I bought my products but I had to exchange equipment multiple times with them because they kept selling me broken products. My Fridge went out so I had them do warranty repair and paid the $50 to come pick up the unit and drop it back off.Whenever they dropped off my unit they damaged my door and are refusing to do anything about it stating that I signed a document that I never did.I will never refer anyone to this place they are a very scummy business!

I spoke to Maxine and coordinated the pickup of my used refrigerator. They arrived when she said they would. There were no issues and the price for pickup was perfect.

Needed a new fridge ASAP, staff was knowledgeable and very kind, large selection of great priced appliances. The fridge we bought was in great condition, and works like NEW. 10/10 would buy here again

Clifton was able to schedule Travis to come out the same day I called about the globs of black plastic from a knife handle that had melted onto my dishwashers heating element. Travis was able to remove the melted plastic, saving me the cost of a new heating element. The service was performed quickly and for less than $100!! What a relief. Thanks Keller Appliance.

Dishwasher - No power.Visit #1 - Paid the $80 service fee, repaired and it was working again.Visit #2 - Same issue 29 days later. No fee and they repaired it again.Visit #3 - About 50 days later. Paid the fee and was advised that I needed a new switch that wasnt available anywhere, was offered a $40 discount on a used dishwasher, and they left.I found the part online, had it delivered to the house, called them again to advise that the part was here to only learn that they will not come out and replace the part since it wasnt ordered through them although the repair guy advised me otherwise when he last here. Not the best experience and I look forward to spending my money with another company to repair my dishwasher.Action Appliance was awesome!

Keller appliance is wonderful! We did a major gut renovation, Joe understood our needs. They designed the engineering, chose the best units and installation was efficient. All of their staff is knowledgeable and professional. Being that the Original Keller is a major company, a shout out to the office for their personal love and care. Keller takes pride in their work, I am sure if we need them in the future, they will stand behind their work.

I Purchased a very expensive “basically new” Washer and Dryer barely a year ago and the washer packed up. It seems they repair broken washer/dryers then resell it, except they do a bad job repairing them so they brake again.

My heating element on my Whirlpool dryer went out and I called Keller Appliance because Ive bought Parts there in the past for various appliances that I have and was told they no longer stock Parts but that I could bring my dryer in and they could work on it there but due to covid they could not come out to my house and fix my dryer. So due to the lack of service with the only possible resolution being me wrestling my dryer out of my house and into the trunk of my car and bringing it up there is what my rating is based on. But I have done business there in the past and my rating is also based on the service I received then.

Do not go here for parts. They tried charging $189 for a heating element that can easily be ordered for $25 shipped to Home Depot. Taking advantage of customers is not a great way to earn business.

I purchased a used washer from these guys. From the beginning they were eager to help me find a washer that fit my budget. They had a large selection to choose from. I purchased the washer we agreed would fit my needs, and they delivered it and delivered it on time. After a couple of washes, there was an issue with a slight drip in the drum, and without question or dispute, they honored their Warranty policy and found me another washer right away, no hassles, just honesty and courtesy. I cant say enough about Clifton and the crew there at The Original Keller Appliance. Top notch. If you find yourself looking for used appliances, you must stop here first. They will hook you up and treat you right.

Bought a washer for pool house and used it approx 5 times and stopped working. They wanted for me to bring it in to have it fixed! (A WASHER) Had to call other company to fix to find out they have a terrible reputation and this is business as usual for them! PURCHASE OR WORK WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!! TERRIBLE BACKBONE OF COMPANY!!

The Original Keller Appliance came to pick up an old refrigerator that was no longer working. I had called several other appliance repair shops, but nobody would come pick it up. The driver was very polite and quickly loaded up the fridge to haul it off. They will have my business in the future if I’m pursuing a new appliance, or getting one repaired.

We have a long history with Keller Appliance. They have provided us great service on many appliances, we have bought a used washer & dryer from them for our daughter, and they have picked up our old appliances for recycling for free. Great company!

Our family has purchased several appliances from here over the years and the service was on point, they honored their schedules every time and we have yet to have any issues with these appliances. They even hauled off my worthless appliances each time— FREE OF CHARGE!!! Seemed really friendly . I bought a dryer for my townhouse . I paid for the dryer, the delivery charge and taxes . They come and drop off the dryer and hook it up. Tell me it’s working and leave . The literally dropped off a broken dryer . When I called they told me that it’s my vent and it caused the thermal fuse to blow out . I literally just had dryer vent cleaned professionally the day before they installed the dryer so that is NOT an excuse (I have receipts). Now they’re wanting to charge me for an exchange and delivery again bc they dropped off a non working dryer . This place is a scam and a rip off . Their “warranty “ is more money you have to spend, when they will sell you broken appliances . I have tried to call and reason with them and was told “this is my option “ to give them more money to make it right . I shouldn’t have to pay twice for the same product . I trusted this establishment . But lessons learned . I’d rather buy from an individual and have no clue what the appliance has been through then to buy from this company again . Fastest way I have ever lost my money . Not happy at all with how they handle things .

I had a great experience with Keller Appliance today. I called Maxine this morning looking to see if they bought washers and dryers. I wanted to have ours taken away quickly so we could make room for another pair. She arranged to have them picked up today. The guys who picked them up were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would not hesitate to use them again or purchase from them in the future.

Our Fridge went on the blink on this holiday weekend that was about to start! We needed something right this minute...we walked in ..a really tall guy (I can’t remember his name!) gave us a great deal! He had us in and out within 15 minutes of us making the decision.. We bought a Refrigerator and with 2 hours they were calling us letting us know they were in the way. The two guys Rob and Scot were super professional and hooked everything up and removed our other refrigerator. I appreciated the whole experience from start to finish!Christine Best

Responding to previous review: We most certainly did purchase a dishwasher and refrigerator from this business. Our purchases are under my husbands name not mine. The lack of communication was what lost us as customers. We put the appliances on the curb and purchased brand new ones.

Travis came out the day after we called and fixed our washer. The tech from Sears left a plug unplugged when he took the front off to replace a drain hose and he left a hand towel in the back of the unit that could have caused a fire. It took Sears 9 days to order the hose and after the tech they sent out to install it didnt test the unit before he left. Travis tested everything on the washwer and its working great now. Thank you Travis. I will always call Keller Appliance for any appliance repair.

I was disappointed in their repair service. I originally bought my fridge from them in August or September time frame and they were very nice. My fridge recently started making an awful noise, they called me the morning after I had put a request and scheduled me for that day. I had high hopes for them only to hear that the repair man couldnt do anything because the fridge was not making the noise while he was there, so he charged us the service fee and left. He did say he would return, however I can not schedule a service if I do not know when my fridge will be making the noise. So come this morning I open my fridge and it is completely out now, I wait till they open and give them a call only to be told he cant come out til Tuesday. So now I have paid a service fee for someone to do nothing and now have lost all the food in my fridge. After my first experience with them being so great and telling other people about them I was extremely disappointed with the way this issue was not handled.We cant fix it if its not making the noise when our service man is there I stated on the phone the first time I called that it was not making the noise anymore that it had happened two times at night but had stopped, it is not currently making the noise so as you stated your service man cannot fix it unless it is making a noise while he is here.I paid $600 for a fridge that lasted 6 months before I had to spend another $300 to repair it. At this point I could have bought a new fridge. I am upset about the way they did not care to help us fix the problem they were only concerned with charging us to say they could not do anything.

Absolutely disgraceful that I was charged a service fee when the technician couldnt even tell me what was wrong with my dishwasher. He told me he thought it was electrical and turns out after a second opinion it wasnt. It was the heating element. How is it that you send your service technician out with 15 years of experience to my house and he cant diagnose the simplest of problems. Way to take advantage of people!!! I wouldnt recommend this business at all!EDIT: Thats funny that you should blame electrical when I did have an electrician come out and he indeed confirmed that it was not electrical. He also didnt charge a service charge to tell me nothing is wrong. Also, the wire youre referring to setting off the faucet, well, thats because hes messing with the circuit that its attached to. The dishwasher is wired into a separate circuit which you should have known if you bothered to pull the dishwasher out and inspect, but you did not. You also didnt bother to run a diagnostic test to see if anything was wrong. All your guy did was detach the cover underneath and poke around and Im charged $85 for that? Seriously! I had another appliance guy come out, change the heating coil and its running like a kitten. Bad service!!

Be very careful buying repair parts from them. In an effort support local businesses instead of of going to Amazon, I went to them to for clips to secure a dishwasher under the counter.They charged me $10 EACH for clips that Amazon charges $5.99 a PAIR WITH SCREWS! I wouldn’t mind pay as much as 50% more to support a local business, but 333% more is a rip off!Lesson learned! Going forward, I’ll do what my kids do.. check Amazon first!

We were in and out with less than 30 min and about $400 later with used kenmore washer and dryer. We had them one month and they work awesome.They also told us they carry most of the parts for what they sell so if something break after the warranty it could be easily fix. WE will definitely come back to buy an extra refrigerator .

They are great at sales got a washer dryer and refrigerator for a good deal but its not worth the investment you will be buying new appliances a year or less after purchase . You pay their technician to come look at your appliance to quote you for the damage part its the same price to fix the appliance that you bought it for . Save your money and just buy it new .

Paid plenty for repair. They replaced parts but I still don’t have ice. Also poor communication skills from the phone person and the repair person.

We were able to book an appointment the day after we called. They arrived promptly, handled the problem in our dryer expertly, were kind and courteous, and were incredibly fair in their pricing. I felt in very secure and professional hands and I would use Keller Appliance Repair over and over again without hesitation and recommend them to all of my neighbors.
