From the jump Jose was very professional. I would like to say hair loss and how to navigate through what is the best option for yourself is one of the hardest things to do. Most places will email a response without a face to face consultation. Jose responded quick and explained what his experience was and what he could deliver for the type of treatment I was looking for. Hands down he delivered on point. Jose (INKrease) did an absolutely amazing job with my SMP and I am beyond happy. I not only found one of the greatest SMP professionals in DFW but also made a great friend. He still messages me to this day checking on me and wishing me a happy fathers / birthday, / etc day. His kindness and calm demeaner is one of the many reasons I chose him. I also want to say that SMP is the only 100% guaranteed solution to baldness.My background - I have been struggling with hair loss since I was about 18. I am currently bald on top and it goes all the way to the back (I call it the peninsula). I was a level 6-7 on the bald scale which is pretty bad. I have tried everything from Rogaine to laser treatment with no success. I decided to just shave my head short and live with it until I heard about SMP.I started doing my research on SMP and all the reviews were generally positive. I visited quite a few professionals in the DFW area and narrowed it down to 3 (INKrease, Hair Restoration Institute and Scalp Micropigmentation Dallas). They were all extremely nice/professional with excellent results (HRI kept wanting to do transplants though). I ended up going with Jose based on my gut feeling after meeting him as well as his history. He showed me some great pictures and trained under Matt Iulo (Scalp Micro USA) which is one of the best in the industry. He even had a prior client talk to me about the procedure and the results. We sat down and he answered all of my questions and gave me a guarantee that I would be happy and boy am I.Procedure(s) – My first procedure was a pretty long session since I had a lot of real estate to cover. He started by discussing the ink, ink darkness, needles and application process for the session. He turned on the music and got to work. I was actually pretty comfortable during the whole process. I almost fell asleep a couple times. After he was done I could not believe the immediate results. I was so happy. He gave me the after care directions and told me that it will fade. After about a week it did start to fade but I was already expecting that. Jose likes to start very conservative and work his way to a darker result since everyone’s scalp is different. He does this with your best interest in mind. You don’t want to rush this or you will be unhappy with the results. I went in for the 2nd and 3rd session and it kept getting better and better. Finally, we got in the 4th session and we knew we were done. There was no more fading and it looked fantastic. I had it done about 4 months ago and it is still perfect.If you are on the fence about doing SMP, take my advice and get it done by Jose at INKrease. I am so glad that I did.
