I’d advise talking with Amber she knows her stuff and she’ll get you what you need even if you don’t know exactly what your looking for. She got me squared with a comfortable mattress that was in my price range. Amber was very patient, not pushy like some sales people you get which is nice and was really friendly. I’d never been to Sleep Experts and it was a good experience they got what you need.

Great one on one customer service from Kenny. He was kinda fun to do business with. You can look through these reviews to see what others say about him. Hes awesome. The only thing that sucked was they didnt have the mattress in store to take home the day we bought it, which was yesterday. I dont know if that is common at mattress stores. There is also a $59 delivery fee which really sucked. There shouldnt be a delivery fee. Im buying your $2000+ mattress, I shouldnt have to pay a delivery fee on top of that. That is the reason I left 4 stars.

Excellent experience with Thomas. It was so nice to be informed about the products and understand what I was purchasing. Thomas is a great salesperson and he knows his stuff. If there were more stars, we would give them. Dont Buy Online - Go See These Experts. Showed up on a weekday evening. Kenny Petersen, the Specialist there, apologized that the store had just closed, but he would stay because he loves helping people. We declined and said we could come back on another day, but he insisted it was no problem and he would love to help us. That he did. He guided us through their Expert Match system and through actually trying all the beds matched to us and the one we almost bought. We had been shopping online and would have absolutely purchased the wrong bed. Kenny helped us find the perfect bed, then saved us almost $1,000 over what we would have spent. Thomas Messinger helped us finalize the purchase and scheduled our new bed to be delivered in less than 2 days. Together they applied another sale to our order and saved us an additional $100. Shopping for a new mattress is so difficult, but Thomas at Sleep Experts was awesome. I looked at 2 other stores, but returned to Sleep Experts to make my purchase.

It was an amazing experience! The sales rep Kenny was amazing, he listened to what I had to say and didnt try to oversell. He really took care of us. Also, I found a lower price and they matched it. I am a happy customer! Best customer service experience I have had in a long time.

Thomas and Melenie were very helpful and knowledgeable. We tried out probably 10 beds and they never made us feel rushed or got impatient. Thomas took the time to explain every bed to us and the benefits and differences in each one. He explained the results of the test bed and took us to test out a variety of beds based on those results. He took notes of our feedback for each bed we tried and helped us narrow down our favorites. He worked with us on pricing and we feel like we got a great deal and a great bed. We cant wait to get our new set and are looking forward to finally getting a great nights sleep.

This is my first house, my first time buying a set of beds for my family. I shopped around for weeks kept getting really high ridiculous prices & rude customer service. They “knew what I needed but never explained why I needed it” before going to this location another sales rep also told Me I had to pay over 2K. “ no way around it, but I was getting a really good deal”.Tried around some more & nothing, I finally decided to try another location with the same questions and Mr. Dean was very straightforward very helpful and knowledgeable about would best fit to match my budget & I didn’t even have to downgrade. I was able to get all three of our beds within the same day for far under 2k and even a few add-ons this location is very clean and they are very professional. I didn’t feel hounded for an upsale. I would recommend! 10/10 thank you guys so much!

I actually was looking for a full size mattress for our guest room and used their texting app to chat with Melinie. She listened to my parameters, and quoted an offer on a mattress & foundation that I couldnt refuse. Then I went into the store and she was extremely friendly and helpful. We got to try out the mattress and explore our options. We were checked out within 30 minutes and on with our day.

Kenneth was great. He first put us on a bed that find your comfort level for 3 minutes. We went in looking at/for a temperpedic but he showed us that plus 4 other beds that fit our comfort and we ended up buying a different mattress from our original intention. It was a cooling bed also and actually more comfortable then the temper. He was not pushing the more expensive mattress he had us lay down several different ways to find the best mattress for us. I will and would recommend going here first we went to 4 other stores before here and all just pushed the temper pedic. It was a great shopping experience wish we would have started here first would have saved time and 3 weeks of shopping and avoided pressure sales.Great job Kenneth and sleep experts

Ken was the best from greeting to putting us on a test mattress for 3 min that finds your best type. We were there to buy a temper pedic. He showed us several mattresses and prices that fit our comfort and ended up not buying a temper pedic but another brand that had the cooling and felt super great laying on it.Outstanding salesman ship was not pushing higher prices bed would 100 percent recommend going here first before anyplace else. We went 4 different places nobody did what he did.

The diagnostics tool they have in-store is some pretty neat technology and provides you with a list of mattresses that are recommended for you specifically based off of your height, weight, preferred sleeping position, etc.. Were super excited to be receiving our Purple mattress with adjustable base, and so ready to finally get a good nights sleep and wake up feeling well-rested and pain free! We had no intentions of buying a mattress from Sleep Experts when we visited this Keller store. The Store Manager (Kevin) was especially helpful and assisted us making an informed decision. We opted for the home delivery service which included removing our old mattress. The Delivery Service arrive on time, installed the mattress and removed the old mattress in just a few minutes. This entire shopping could not have been easier ... almost pleasant!
