The staff at the Keller Trek store are amazing. Tori is a true professional providing expert customer service and has an excellent knowledge about Trek bikes and products. Service manager Kyle is also very professional, super customer oriented and does excellent work. We are so fortunate to have the Keller Trek store in our community and blessed with the great staff. Customer service here was great. I asked the employees lots of questions of which they answered with no hesitancy or attitude. Pricing is competitive with Amazon and Scheels too but well worth the extra dollar to two dollar spend for tire tubes and brake pads for your Trek cycles. Definitely will be supporting this local business for our family cycle needs.

Great customer service!!I decided to get a bike to ride the pavement trails so I called Trek in Keller and fortunately they had the FX Sport Carbon 4, one of the bikes that I had in mind so I headed out there to try it out. As soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Tori who helped me through the test ride and buying process. She gave me great insight on the bike features and made some great recommendations. My bike was adjusted before I left the store and was ready for the pavement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the overall buying experience at Trek in Keller!!Highly recommend this location

As far as service goes, I have worked with four of the staff members and I believe the store manager at TREK Keller store. All have been knowledgeable, informative and a pure pleasure to work with.Our bikes are on order with a longer than desired lead-time, however I believe I understand the underlying issues asique no hay problema.These purchases were based on reviews, spec analysis and reputation. Im certain my wife and I will absolutely love our new MTBs when the arrive.

The Keller Trek Team was awesome! Informative and quick when it came to repairing my bike tire tube.

We were looking for a specific bike and size, and the main Trek website said Keller had what we were looking for - so, we made the “trek” (haha) from Colleyville and can’t recommend these guys more highly! Romain and Jason were incredibly helpful and friendly, and assembled our bike straight from the box while we enjoyed a nearby margarita. They were patient with our questions, and made sure that we had the exact right fit we needed before we left the store. Can’t wait to explore some of the trails and rides they recommended. I have now had 3 bikes from this store. Two custom P1 TT bikes and more recently a Madone. I also do all of my servicing here and Todd the head mechanic is a wizard! He is always on hand to help and very willing to share his knowledge. Romain, the manager, has always looked after me well and makes sure I have everything I need for the road. I wouldnt be the rider I am today without this shops support. Ride on!! 🤙🏼

Had a popped tire on a morning ride. They were quickly able to get it set up tubeless again. Friendly staff.
