Love their feeding station pole. Just added the piece to attach a natural branch and the birds love it. Also bought the no mess seed. It is worth the cost. Smells sweet and fresh and keeps it clean beneath the feeder.

Love this store, they are knowledgeable and help you ascertain what you need to attract the most birds given your location and outdoor circumstances. Great selection of items and seed.

I buy all my wildlife products at the Keller location. Great staff and the products are high quality. They will even load your vehicle! Really, it’s such a waste to buy lower quality products elsewhere that have “fillers” that the birds simply won’t eat. Do yourself a BIG favor and shop this store. They’ve got it all in one convenient location!

I’ve been to many WBU locations and I love this one. Donna is so friendly and truly seems to love her job! The store is well stocked and has all the goodies for your backyard birds to enjoy! I’d highly recommend this place for you birding needs! Some cute gift items too!

Stopped to look for a bird feeder. Donna was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me as she took time to explain and answer my questions. Some items were expensive but we found the feeder along with the feed that met my needs. Was very impressed with the store and staff, I highly recommend it.

Awesome store for the local wild bird enthusiast. North Central Texas is home to many beautiful bird species, and its a treat to attract them to your yard. This store has everything you need and then some.

Everything in the store is very, very over priced.The lady in the store is more interested in SELLING her products than anything else. I informed her I was buying bird feeders for the pole I had, and she immediately began trying to sell their pole system. I just wanted bird feeders.Which also wasnt enough to keep her attention, since the moment a pole customer came in we were ignored.In addition? The $45 feeder I bought? Broke the moment I filled it.

Amazing shop if youre interested in attracting birds to your yard. I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift and saw quite a few things there that Id like to purchase and add to our backyard. Ill be back!

Its a much smaller store than I thought I thought itd be a bigger building then it was an it was in a strip mall I thought it was going to be in a freestanding building but they have a lot of my stuff in there

Mostly feed for birds and expensive decorations. Does not sell birds or cages. The big old dog that stays in the store at first scared me coming up to me but soon found out he just wanted to be petted. I liked the store.

Unique place. Pricey but they have to pay brick and mortar price so it stands to reason.

Over priced. Sales people dont know or care about birds they just want to make high sales. I went in to find a quality hummer feeder and they tried to up sell and wanted me to buy pre-made hummer food. Which for anyones info humming bird food is literal sugar water. When you buy their mix it has preservatives and food coloring that are both bad for the tiny fragile hummers.

Great presentations on ornithology, etc. A special presence in the community.
