Let me start out by telling you this was the best experience I have ever had at a jewelry shop. They were friendly and very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable on how much they charge. I have a Seiko diver watch which I had to take the back off. After I took the back off I did not trust it to go into the water. I took my watch in where I was greeted very friendly with a smile. I told them what I did and expected to have to leave the watch there, they tested on the spot and was out with my watch in 20 minutes. Best service at a great price. They have a customer for life. If you need anything done to do with jewelry repair, dont hesitate to go here. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I took my watch to this jeweler on Fri to have a new watch band on it but had to leave it there and pick up on Monday. I received a call saying that the band would not fit so I drove back there to pick up my watch. I told themAll that was wrong with the original band I wanted replaced was that it wouldn’t stay closed. The lady there said they may be able to replace the clasp and they had one that fit so they replaced it for free. They were very courteous and professional! I have been there once before to have a watch battery replaced. Very good customer service. I highly recommend this place!

I went to Garner Wallace to get my vintage rings cleaned up after having them for about a year. I was chatting with the owner while my ring was being cleaned. Ive done business with them before and theyve always got excellent service.Theyve replaced a diamond in a previous ring that fell out, theyve bought my old jewelry and gave more than a fair price for it. I cant say enough great things about this business. Theyre the only jeweler I take my jewelry to. Highly recommended!!! (Also the wife is a gemologist so thats a plus!)

Went in for a battery replacement on my Seiko and was greeted with friendly service. The replacement itself took maybe two minutes total and the price couldn’t be beat. I will definitely be going back in the future!

I stopped in to just get my watch adjusted on the band and in less the 5 min had jt back to me and very professional during the whole interaction. Got to pet their cute dog in the waiting room was definitely a plus and browse a good selection of jewelery.

This is by far the best jewelry shop I’ve ever been to. If I’d known about them when we bought our wedding rings I would’ve come here. They can customize just about anything and for a very fair price! For this visit I had my husbands watch maintained, it just needed a couple pins in the band. I was expecting to have to drop it off but they got it done in about 3 minutes. While I waited they even polished my wedding band set for no extra charge.

On our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary my Wife surprised me with a Submariner Rolex Watch. That was 16 years ago, I proudly wear it everyday! My Rolex goes everywhere I go, while I am working, playing or going out with my Wife, its with me all the time!I was super busy and did not notice that I had brushed again a surface that pop the Dial Bezel, and the 2 ringers under it off. You could say it was in need of major attention. I could not find the Dial Bezel or Rings. Ive known Todd for some time now.I took my Rolex to Todd, he has cleaned by Rolex in the past and done a super job. Todd put my Rolex back together making look and operate like new again. I was extremely pleased with the price and most impressed with the quality of his workmanship.My Rolex looks and feels like the day my Wife gifted it to me. During the winter snow storm. I called to see if they were open. They answered, said they were technically closed, but the gentleman who answered still asked what I needed. Saw a sign for jewelry repair in the window and I stopped by for my watch repair. Kris was very helpful and was able to have their Master Watch maker repair my watch while I waited. After looking at the selection of watches and other jewelry there it has changed my mind in the way that I think and where I buy my jewelry from. I will definitely be keeping them in mind whenever I go shopping for jewelry. Also while I was here they gave me a great idea of what to purchase for my daughter and her graduation gift from college. What better way to say congratulations than buying her a Rolex timepiece after her dedication in school and Athletics to graduate with a biology degree. So I will definitely be making a stop here in April of 2020.

I have a beloved old Swiss watch. I checked with several other jewelry stores in the area that sell fine watches, and all they could do was mail off my watch for service. I was thrilled to find Garner Wallace, which does have a watchmaker. Todd took care of everything I needed in a few minutes. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice. I highly recommend them.

I can not say enough good things about the service here. Based on the good reviews I saw, I drove from Arlington in hopes of finding someone to fix my husband’s watch which was literally in pieces from me accidentally dropping it on a tile floor. I was greeted and helped immediately. The service far exceeded five stars and I will definitely be back. They fixed the watch way faster than I expected and it looks brand new. There is nothing else to say other than it was so refreshing to find good old fashioned customer service from just plain good people.

I dont have really expensive watches, but the watches I have mean a lot to me. Garner Wallace has fixed three of them and the service has been fast, well done and very, very reasonable. I have to drive 30-45 minutes to get there, but I wont use anyone else! Best value for service Ive ever had!Heres an update. I was given a very nice watch and it needed some work. AGAIN, they were such fantastic people to work with! They had the work done fast and did several minor adjustments to some other watches for no charge. I cant imagine going to any other watch repair option after working with them.

For watch repirs, this is the place to go. This was the second time I used their services and was very pleased with the speed, quality, and price to get our Citizen watches fixed. First was a bezel replacement and the second was a pin replacement for which there wasnt even a charge and i was in and out within five minutes. While there I was looking around and they sell some very fine jewelry and watches as well...once i stopped checking out the fish tank

I was going straight over to my regular jeweler at Fred Meyer jeweler and was sadly disappointed to be turned around to say that my watch was too unique and that they would have to send it off to their bench to take a couple of links out for 3 days and charge me $30, $20 over the normal rate. Well luckily I have a Garner and Wallace fine time pieces in jewelry in my neighborhood. Had my watch sized with no appointment necessary and was seen promptly and very happy with the work five star review

I stopped by to have my watch repaired expecting to drop it off and come back in a few days. The awesome gentleman fixed it right then in less than 5 minutes. Obviously this will vary on your repair, their workload, etc but I was so impressed by how helpful they were. While I was waiting, I looked around at their display cabinets, they have some really beautiful stuff and looks like if they don’t have exactly what you want they can make it for you! A great shop with great people, definitely stop by if you are looking for a nice watch. Thanks!

Wow! I went in for a minor clock repair... one with a battery that runs the hands of a modern clock. They were a little amused such a simple thing had entered their store and that it didnt work. they fixed it on the spot and didnt even charge me for it! Who does that these days?! I was surprised last week when I stopped by the store to check on a battery for a Gucci watch. I asked why the battery was so expensive and was told due to the liability. I was given a little discount and was told he did not need the business. Since he did not need the business, I took the business to Duffs Fine jewelry who took take of me. I was shock because Ive spent money here and have brought business to them as well in the past.

Zero stars if I could. Tried to buy a $13k watch, multiple times from them. Went in, told them exactly what we wanted, no call back. I even called and followed up three separate times! When they replaced the Westminster chime in a clock that was very special to me, the first one they tried did not have the rich sound I wanted. They ordered another one because they “wanted me to be happy with it”. It sounds even better than the original and I very pleased! Very thankful they were willing to go to the extra trouble to make a customer happy.
