I like shopping at this location. The staff is very friendly. This staff works very hard to accommodate the customers. Before the COVID scare, during and continuing with shortages, this staff including Managers, holds ‘true’ to the meaning of GREAT customer service. In reviewing some of the “low star” reviews, I literally just shake my head. I would challenge anybody, to stand in the shoes of this staff - through all the COVID hatred, low or zero products in the store. Long hours and mask mandates......how many of YOU would last under that pressure. It’s so easy to demand and complain, so your VOICE is heard. Walk a “week” in their shoes and see how the “reality” unfolds. Bet you won’t be so quick to complain. “ FOOD FOR THOUGHT “

I forgot how expensive Tom thumb is. But staff was all exceptional so if youre looking for customer service thats probably a reason to go there. It was my first time to be at a Tom thumb in probably two decades.

Good in taking care of store items stacked like they took pride in doing it.No McDonalds coffee that sucked.No place to leave your buggy after unloading it into your vehicle.They are more expensive than other stores.

Limited selection from what I’m used to (H‑E‑B).Fresh fruit and vegetables are a problem at this store. I just returned with a bunch of grapes only to find them soft and spoiled. This has happened several times with various other produce.

Gas station is not open. Otherwise love the grocery selection.

This store has been going downhill for a long time but as a patron for many years and thousands and thousands of dollars in groceries I have stuck with them through thick and thin. Through the pandemic and through hard times. But their deli manager Sam has an attitude problem and needs to get another job. Argued a full-blown argument with a customer today and wonders why people don’t come back.

Been going there for many years. In recent months the service has degraded significantly. Bakery and deli are both difficult in getting an attendant. The Pharmacy is the only redeeming entity. Today we (senior citizens) were accosted like a common thief by a manager after the checker by his own negligence did not include two cases of water on our bill. Terrible tactics in customer relations. We will never go back to this store.

They still have cashiers!! I hate all the ring yourself stuff. Load the cart, unload and load at self check out and bag your stuff, load your car, unload the car then unload in your home. Will go to Tom Thumb for their commitment to customer service from now on.

Very friendly people, also very helpful. Provides information in a nice friendly way, makes it easier to find items. At times they walk to the where the item is and point it out. They have always been very helpful, ready to help. This another reason why I always shop at Tom Thumb. Great people, friendly. Thank you so much for making it easy for us shoppers that sometimes cant find items or forget where they are.

Great bakery, meat, produce, beverages, but prices on chips are higher than Walmart, Kroger, Winco.

Only used the Quest Diagnostic but location is always polite and store is always clean and friendly staff.

I sat in the parking lot and ate Chick-fil-A it was gas I love Chick-fil-A with all my heart theres one in the parking lot get some if you can ❤

I really like Tom thumbs supermarket. Im from Philadelphia and I used to go to acme supermarket which I think Tom thumb is affiliated with..the deli is the best featuring Dietz & Watson meats. The only negative I must add is that they are a bit pricey.. but sometimes with good quality comes a higher price tag..

Tom Thumb is the best grocery store, ever. Every time Ive come here, the employees are always so kind and helpful! If youre worried about Covid safety, they are all wearing masks! Even before it was government mandated.For some reason, this place feels different from other grocery stores. It feels like they actually care about the customers, not like youre just another sale. 2 thumbs up!!

Friendly staff and a nice selection of fresh produce. They also have a fresh flower section and ready to serve food pick up for a quick meal with a nice selection of food to pick from. I tend to see pricing a bit higher than say a place like Walmart but you can score great deals on the app that has digital only sales where you must use the app to get the sale price. I would recommend to others but shop around to compare pricing.

I did not get the green peppers that I paid for. The sack boy must have given them to the man in front of me. Before the man in front of me had his groceries bagged, the checker boy had my groceries checked out. Great store with classy staff

Hmmm... where to begin? Older store and not as tidy as Id prefer. Most things in produce are usually empty or have a few left that have seen better days. Theres no self checkout which for me, is a HUGE deterrent because Im not a fan of human interaction with my groceries. Ive managed to shop elsewhere and just visit Tom Thumb when Im out of the one specialty item I can only buy there. Perhaps a remodel and self checkout will greatly improve the shopping experience here.

Really need more cashiers. Good selection, okay prices, depending on what you get. We have been shopping here and next door at the Kroger. We come for the convenience more than the prices. Sometimes, easy is better than savings! If you are looking for the lowest prices in town, this isnt it. You do get rewards for discounts at the Tom Thumb gas station in front of the store. You can save a dime or more per gallon. That helps defray some of the cost at the register. Become a card member to get all of the benefits! Just see any cashier for details.

80 year old woman with at least 20 bags of groceries and 3 boxes of soda was left to wheel all of it to car alone in the cold. I dumped my 4 bags in my car and helped her load hers. Lots of young men in uniform walking around.... no offer to help. Disgusted!

The last two times I was in the store in mid afternoon, I left without buying because of long lines. Yesterday there were about four people waiting in the regular lane and six to eight in the express lane. This store is thousands of square feet and they have two cashiers working?
