We had trouble with our home theater speaker system after cutting the cord and moving toward streaming TV. James came out, took a look at our systems, and fixed them quickly. He was so efficient, we ask him to look at a second TV. As we chatted about our old Yamaha receiver system, he gave great recommendations of newer products. We bought the new receiver and outdoor speakers. James and his team Installed them quickly. He saved us lots of money with his recommendation. I would highly recommend AVHD to anyone in the Fort Worth area for home theater designs, service work, or improving your existing system. We will use AVHD again when we install an outdoor TV on our patio.

Highly recommend AVHD! I’m always looking to support local business and when I shopped around I went to the large chains, but there is something specials when dealing with individuals that are vested in the business. The communication was great, we discussed our options, budgets, etc...and felt no pressure. When it came to the install the finished product was perfect. What’s also comforting is that now there is personal relationships built with a local company that if something is wrong I’m able to reach out.

I called Best Buy to connect a couple of bookshelf speakers. It should be what looks to be a simple task, but from them it wasnt and quite expensive for the job. Next thing were talking about some options with plans and GeekSquad, etc. etc. I decided to give a call at AVHD. James answered the call, booked the next available day and came out to take a look. He connected the speakers, setup the receiver and TV, cable box and gave solid advice. Professional, personable and earned my repeat business. If you live in Keller, TX or in surrounding areas, cant go wrong. Go local.

Highly recommend Advanced AV Services (James)! They installed our home theatre in our media room - including additional electrical wiring needed, audio and video wiring, flush and wall mounted speakers, ceiling mounted projector and 120 projector screen. Very knowledgeable with equipment needed based on media room pre-wiring, additional wiring needs, and equipment based on the room size/set up, and also importantly, based on our budget. Very proactive and responsive throughout the whole process. Pricing was very reasonable compared to some of the major chains and still just as professionally finished. They also accommodated changes in my schedule very reasonably. 100% hands off on my end during install and ready to go once they were done. Great experience all the way to post installation follow up!

AVHD installed 2 large tvs in my home. All the wires are hidden so it looks nice! They also did our media room with a projector,screen and sound system. The installers did a great job,the price was good and I will call them again as needed :)
