Joe went above and beyond to locate a chipper and truly appreciate the great service Joe and the team in Keller provided. These days service is hit or miss, and is refreshing to see there are stores who care about their customers. We will definitely use this location again for our rental needs.

First Joe was fantastic and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The issue could have been prevented by better service on the front side. If you have trouble starting a piece of Equipment then source a new piece or follow up with a service tech.
