Needed some help so I figured I would give this shop a call. I had the pleasure of speaking with a man named Gary. He was very knowledgeable on go cart parts and was able to answer ally questions and even give me a few pointers I didnt even know. As they say you learn something new every day.

Ordered a Colman ct200u stage 1 performance kit today. Go power sports said expect to ship with in approximately 48 hrs. to 7 days due to COVID…within 3 hours they had this shipped 😦 … with multiple emails with many different important links and updates and tracking numbers…I am vary vary vary satisfied with this company so far!!! I definitely trust and will return to this store for more of my engine modding needs!

This company sales great products, the only issue is their shipping method. I placed my order and they’re barely sending it after 10 days of my purchase. I would suggest the customer to call and follow up on your order.

This place is a joke. I have called her many time about my order they can’t give me no answer everyone I talk to can’t fine the order but when I can pay tomorrow they have all my info right there. Then after me the customer does all the calling and asking them these people here at Go Power Sports has a issue with me when I call back for the 5th time in two weeks. Now I will be giving them one week to find my order if they need to call pay tomorrow that is and should be there job not mine. But the next call will not be from me it will be from my lawyer.

The worst possible place you can buy parts. Unless you have a YouTube channel and get treated like royalty. The small hobbyist will get scammed. They sent me a kit with a cam that doesn’t fit, mismatched valves for a different engine the wrong wrist pin for the rod. And even worse and more hilarious no bearing journals for the rod! Good luck calling them, straight to voicemail. So if you’re not a reputable YouTube channel with a lot of followers, they do not care about you, your project or your money. The owner very irresponsible probably out somewhere on his yacht. Now he tries huh? After I’ve lifted the lid on the trash can. NOPOWERSPORTS.COM. And they’re lucky I’ve yet reported them to the federal trade commission for FRAUD.

Cars and cameras tells you to buy parts here red beard says buy parts here they must get special treatment for mentioning go power sports.Im telling you if you want to wait 3 weeks to get partsGo ahead an order from these people but I would suggest E C carburators in TN quick shipping no waiting 4 to 7 days just to process your order. Yea next day shipping I paid 30.65 for and package set in waiting . Customer service was rude to me and said 4 to 7 day lead time, so wouldnt have been processed till Friday or next Monday so over night delivery isnt a option is what I was told

From Houston, Maintained my boys Manco with the parts from this place. Shipping is also shorter than what is stated usually a couple days. Large variety of parts and upgrades, almost too much but it just ensures you know exactly what you need. Logos all over the go kart would Love more wink wink!

So bought a 40 cvt from these people for 375 first the driven was bent guy name Scott told me to send him picture s so I did I waited for days no reply on the replacement..so I took my other driven pulley out of my other 40 and ran that for a hour and the drive clutch would not disengage so I called again reached someone else they said they will send me new ones which they did got the new ones and its a inboard driven not a outboard..its hard to believe you can mess it up...Ill give them a 5 once this is all fixed till then 1 star and a lost customer...

Very good shop. Great prices and good quality parts. Great customer service. Only complaint that I have is that they ship out there orders a little slow. I do understand that the reason for this is that the business has been effected by the snowstorm and the pandemic. Overall 5/5 stars

I placed an order of a stage 1 kit including header pipe w cover for coleman 200cc along with header pipe support and a stage 1 carb. $190+ Got it delievered last weekend in a TINY box that apparently miss items. There is even an order letter signed by someone saying that everything in my order was there and all checked. But where are my header pipe, header pipe cover, header pipe support and some extra items? How can you even fit these parts in a TINY box and get someone signed so confidently?Sent several emails on their contact us page and no response in 3 days. Called and was sent to voicebox.Edit: after the owner replyed I have waited another day and no email here.

Called Friday, Mon, Tues,wednesday, all I get is an answering machine are yall even open? Last time I came here drove 40 miles for sumthin they said in stock..got there ordered $200 in parts then they said they have to order it and I had to make another 80 minute round trip just to get it 3 days later...

With engine all the way forward on a ct200u the pipe is 3 finger widths away from pointing directly at rear rack. With the rlv muffler forget about even thinking of fitting. Was told buy a heat shield, and that this is correct pipe. I sent pictures of my issue. ZERO response back. The only way to keep it from burning paint off the rack is to cut in half and make it a side exit exhaust. Not happy with the pipe at all. The stage 2 items fit like a glove.The pipe I received does NOT fit correctly as seen in the pics I sent.The rest of the order was fine as usual.Now my link to leave a review on their website is no longer valid ???

Very disappointing. Ordered hydraulic mini bike brakes and they came leaking oil everywhere, and not operable. Submitted two complaints so theyd email me (because they do not answer their phone) and I just dont hear back. I needed brakes to finish my mini bike so i was forced to buy a second pair elsewhere because I still have not received a response.

I have placed 2 orders recently and have been very pleased on the delivery time. (full tracking and was in touch with delivery driver on both) Both mini bikes came in without a scratch and started right up. I have no complaints and am happy to purchase from Go Power Sports. Quality or durability of the product/vs/cost is yet to be determined. I will be purchasing more items from this business.

I bought the performance kit for the coleman ct200u and when i had received it in the mail, i got a real short exhaust pipe that doesn’t fit the bike. I Have seen multiple places as, youtube, even their own website and many more, showing that their kits come with the long exhaust pipe that comes out on the right side… The exhaust pipe I received won’t stay on unless i remove the rear fender, or cut the exhaust pipe

I ordered Stage 1: Performance Kit for 196cc & 212cc Engines and 4 Hole Mini Bike Sprocket and its still on AWAITING FULFILLMENT and i tried to call 4 times and it just goes to voice mail.

Can gps not answer a phone or email? Ive called them about ten times and emailed them but no response. Most of the parts are desent quality but if you need help or need to return something good luck. If there are people there to fulfill orders then why cant anyone answer a phone seriously? Guess ill start getting my parts elsewhere.

I ordered a GPS-0010 exhaust and got a build your own header. Never purchasing anything off this website again poor customer service won’t even let me return it or send me a new one. 0/10 for experience.

Yes they sale good quality items. But customer service is the number one thing to me. And i was not treated with the respect that i would of liked. I build a lot of weird things. Stuff that people get a laugh at. So for a new project i was considering buying a live axel kit and I emailed asking about it. And i did not quite understand gearing. So i was asking him to explain it to me. Once i sent that email they will no longer reply to my emails. Every time i order something only then will they answer. So in my experience if you dont know a lot about the items that they sale and u are wanting it to be explained dont even bother asking them.

I bought an 6inch rear wheal assembly gor amino bike project I was doing chopper build and Im 3 weeks behind now do to defective rear wheal assembly the hub was welded to the rim off center which caused the rear wheal to wobble about a half inch Ive tried speaking to the people through messages and they have not gotten back with me so now Ive got to go shopping for another year wheal assembly not only late on the build but now Ill be over bigger if this is how they treat there customers they wont be in bussiness long

I ordered a torque converter kit for a CT200U with a 5/8 shaft, which I finally got today. The only thing in the box is the torque cover cover. Even the packing slip says torque converter kit. I didnt pay more than $200 for a cover. Ive tried calling but their mailbox is full, Ive sent emails and no response...hopefully someone will read this and help...what the ef???

Impossible to contact, if you call their main line you get a message that the main mailbox is full. I have been trying to contact them for over a week regarding an order. No response from email and no one answers when you call.

All of the parts Ive ordered were exactly what I needed and the measurements they give you to check against your parts are spot on.

Always ships decent parts...if you get your whole order. I placed an order with them about a month ago and got everything except footholds, which I was only informed wouldn’t be on their way once I saw the packing list when it was here. Now over a month later I decided to risk it again and try getting some other things, and AGAIN they couldn’t fulfill my order. They carry good parts, but I’ve tried calling numerous times and tried leaving a note to have them contact me on my second order and have heard NOTHING! If you wish to receive everything you ask for AND PAY FOR, save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else. I have not been refunded nor have I even heard they’d be sending the rest of my first order. Too much of a hassle to get everything.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a performance part (juggernaut torque converter) which makes alot of noise and doesnt work like advertised. While explaining the issue the Customer service talked down to me and when confronted about how they were treating me they just stopped responding. I suggest using ebay or OMB before go power sports.

That simple reply wth a offer to help is all i needed. after some more research i now know how hard it is to change the back tire to a narrow and smaller one on the coleman ct200u. just a simple reason why yall couldnt help me would have been great. but what i got was im sorry we cannot help you with this. i will be ordering from you in the future. thank you

I Think Go Power Sports Have Been Very Good. The Only Thing That I See That They Could Work On Is The Man At The Front Desk When You Come In The Door, His People Skills Aint The Best At First But After A While He Becomes A Normal Human Being. Some People Just Take A Little Time. So People Stop Hating On Go Power Sports. They Probably Have To Deal With To Many Ignorant Customers Everyday.

I went to the Pate Swap meet and met with the mini bike gang! I really enjoyed talking and learning about these mini bikes. I was able to get one that was returned to them because of the starter, and was able to take it apart and fix it. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and great at helping me with my specific needs! I definitely will be doing business with them in the future.

I bought a new motor for a go kart. As a guy with intermediate auto experience I asked if it was an easy swap. They assured me that it was a cinch. 7 hours later after having to disassemble the axle and move parts around because the drive shafts were different...I would say thats an easy install. I did get it in and we are enjoying it. I couldve bought the same engine for much less at Harbor Freight but bought here because they are pretty good guys and they also had tires, cables, etc that I needed. Thats why I give them 4 *
