Dont expect any customer service... Phone calls for way more important than customers that were literally standing in front of you

Cissy helped me pick out paint today for our baby room. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and added her expertise knowledge. What a wonderful manager!

This store is wonderful. They take very good care of me and my customers. I am a contractor and I can call they deliver if I need it with a smile. Sam the manager, can color match anything I bring to him. Jason is my sales rep and he will always find the solution to any problem that I have. Cris takes great care of me when Im in the store. Jimmy makes me laugh and has a lot of paint knowledge from several years of being in the paint business. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. My husband went into the Kelly Moore store on Keller Pkwy in Keller, Texas to get paint to match the Kelly Moore paint I used in most of my house, KM550M, Tropical Breeze. The people working in the store had no idea what color this was and couldnt come up with a color even close...So we went to Lowes and they mixed it up right away... Do you have any idea why this happened? I guess we will be going to Lowes from now on. This is the store address: 363 E. Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248.

Sissy is the greatest customer server there. Paints are great and a good contractor discount. Been using KM for over 30 years.
