The combination of cleanliness, convenience and courtesy are ALWAYS consistently great! The rearrangement of the merchandise was good! I was shocked at how much money I spent when I got to the check out, but I wasnt unhappy with what the money had bought!

Employees are excellent. Selection of products seem slim. Only one coffee bean grinder and automotive supplies are very slim. I bought Amour All wipes but really wanted a spray type auto interior cleaner like Tuff Stuff or similar. Also no Windex with the sprayer. I just moved and dont have an extra sprayer nozzle to use. Also small inventory of white bath rugs.

There was a customer who needed help outside because his car had broken down all he needed was a quick jum every employee was aware of this mans existence and plight and a customer came in asking if someone could help she was told who that guy no tell him to call a tow truck the unfortunate world of when you just need one human to treat you the way you deserve to be treated but your black in a white area you all are monsters

Target is one of the shining stars of whats left of the triangle stores. Whereas the mall is dead, stores like Target, Safeway, and Izzys are still thriving. Ive found customer service to be above par, when I go there every sunday we are greeted and constantly asked if we are finding everything ok. The workers are properly groomed, and the store has plenty of items. Overall, if you go to the three rivers property for one reason, make sure its to go to Target.

Pretty pricey, has lots of stuff though, sometimes they will be the only store to have a certain item. got my lamp here $10 works well. kinda hard to find things with the layout, but staff is helpful

I feel safe in this store. It is always so bright and clean and tidy.

Watch out for their gift cards. The moment you activate the card fraudulent transactions are made and they customer service will just brush you off.

It’s not the store specifically. I’m a teen okay so this is from my perspective. The amount of people my age that come here when I’m there increases my anxiety. That’s not a problem with the store that’s just me. But something with the store that’s wrong is that they don’t enforce mask wearing like they say they do. I’ve gone there several times in the past couple months and have seen MANY people not wearing masks. Not only is it a safety hazard nowadays but it’s also false advertising to say that you enforce them when you really don’t. Maybe I’m too anxious to actually tell anyone but the workers actually need to do their job. Do better.

I am totally disappointed in your lack of willingness to endorse the state mandate around masks. You are putting other customers and your staff at risk. Please look at the governor’s mandate as Target can provide other shopping options for clients who feel they cannot or will not wear masks. Shame on you.

I am very disappointed that Target does not require it’s customers to wear masks, it’s not a political issue it’s a safety issue. I’m sure it’s easier not to require masks and probably more lucrative, but the safety of your employees and customers should come first ! The fact that you don’t require all people to wear a mask at your establishment speaks volumes on how you really care about your employees and the people who shop at your stores.

I LOVE target. Its one of the 4 interesting places here in town and I apologize to the staff for having to constantly see my face but theres honestly no where else to go.Staff is always welcoming to the guests and its one of the cleanest and tidiest targets Ive been to.

Great Store, Great People

Today I had my worst shopping experience since the pandemic began at Target. Two customers were shopping without masks and when I asked the first shopper to put a mask on, the woman said, I cant make her. A nearby employee said the same thing. I asked another male shopper to put a mask on and he said no thank you. Another nearby employee said there was nothing they could do about it. I spoke to the acting store manager and she said they cant make anyone where a face covering. This is so not true. Other places of business are enforcing state and local health guidelines. Target near Longview, WA simply doesnt care about their customers and their staff. Staff working there should request a pay raise and other people should talk to the manager about putting your community at risk. There are online and pickup delivery options and the CDC says there are no acceptable reasons for no face covering. I think word is out in this community you can just say you dont want to wear a mask or that you have a health problem and you can do whatever you want. These two people did not have health issues and even if they did, there are options. My only posiive experience was the checker who didnt appreciate people thinking they were above the rules. Target should be ashamed of their lack of care for their staff, customers and community.

This target location is, frankly, a joke. Let me preface this by saying that this is not hourly team members fault, they have always been very friendly and helpful when Ive come in, despite there not being enough of them, as is standard in retail these days. They really are doing their best.Store management & corporate level, however, clearly dont make any real effort to compete with the stores around them in the area on any sort of pricing, and the store itself is both very small and very empty.Products are merchandised almost randomly, and the whole place seems like it is riddled with availability issues. They also dont seem to know their market. Kelso is a very drunk town with few grocery options and they have only four feet of beer fridge, a few overpriced wine & liquor options, and little to no food. Most people just go to the safeway next door for a reason (it being a well stocked if poorly priced & poorly ran ran grocery store with like 96ft of beer fridge plus gigantic wine and liquor selection)They really could make more money, I know it, if they capitalized on their location right next to the I-5 and within easy walking/dashing through the rain distance of the Tesla charging station. I get the feeling they want to avoid the working class crowd that comes on foot from south Kelso or casually walks to the mall from the apartment complex I myself live in nearby, I suspect the more affluent and kind of desperate customer off the I-5 is their bread & butter, but if their district level management decided to make the Kelso store more of a priority I know they could be a real competitor to Safeway, Walmart, & Fred Meyer.There is a lot of local Kelso market potential in the form of people who dont want to drive all the way to walmart for GM goods or good deals on a 12 pack of beer, and people who are brand loyal to target for groceries and home consumables, they just need to seize these opportunities with better availability and wider product offerings & better messaging.With Kelso becoming a more walkable town every year, I am surprised that Target Kelso isnt embracing the actually existing local customer base with everyday low prices, and instead choosing to rely on ever-dwindling traffic from the I-5 into the so-called dying Three Rivers Mall for its revenue base.

The store is clean and products are on the shelves for the most part which is why it’s getting two stars. The customer service is LACKING. I worked at Target for 5 years and I’m honestly surprised at how unhelpful and unfriendly the staff is. We were taught to greet anyone and everyone and ask the magic question, “Need help finding anything?”. I go to this store very often and have mentioned the lack of customer service to managers. Team Members will walk by you multiple times and never greet you or ask if you’re finding everything you need. Overall this store is fine I suppose, if you are an introvert and hate getting spoken to, this is the store for you!10/8 UpdateTime and time again I get proven correctly how below par this store is. No greetings, and no offer for help ever. It’s as if the team members on orientation day were made to sign a contract forcing them from ever helping customers by any means necessary. I specifically bought an item with a $1 off cartwheel offer and the cashier didn’t check that it was validated, and it wasn’t. If this wasn’t the only Target in town I’d completely avoid it. Seriously Target, shape it up, your service (lack there of, is more like it) is astounding.

Target usually has a wide selection of items and often they are a better quality.I would love it of Pueblo had a Super Target

Always great customer service! I have always thought Target was a little overpriced, but if you take the time, and use the cartwheel app, you can save some of those dollars. But the most important thing about the Target I go to is the customer service. The people there go out of their way to help you look for things, returns are easy, and they are always friendly.

Great service inside the store and lots of products with decent prices, but I dont recommend ever trying to call them and seeing if they have something in stock. Ive called on numerous occasions over the last couple months and can never find someone who can listen, write something down, and go look for it - just go in to the store and look around, its a good place.

Target is my back up plan when shopping. The clothes are sometimes really cute! Prices average. Household items a little high priced. Its always Clean and the Public Bathroom is clean. Negative is No customer service to assist finding an item or getting a price. Sales associates are not groomed nor alert. This store needs a manager? Needs attention.

Watch for sale items. Good prices when on sale. Lots of customer service store employees during tje holidays.

Its target ....what can you expect but what you normally would from big box stores

Customer service at this location is lacking in general as in other locations due to the other youngsters they hire. Steve, the store manager is helpful because he is an older and wise man. Ive noticed some of the people in the past to be a bit snooty and walk away if they see you coming just in case you may want to ask for help or have a general question. I was in there this past Monday and the young lady with glasses in the womens dressing room section was very kind and helpful. I was given a gift card for Mothers Day so Ill stop by and update my review should I have to!

Staff was very helpful & friendly. Clean, well laid out store. Very convenient on & off the I-5 Freeway. Target parking lot is shared by a few restaurants, such as the Red Lobster.

Target is the best store ever! Target has things you never knew you needed as well as all the things you have on your list.

I was totally amazed at how fast my order was ready, like within an hour!!! I purchased items, and picked them up all in less than 2 hours total. That is what I call efficiency!!!

How friendly the employees were and very patient with the lady that was in front of me returning numerous items and not knowing which credit card she used for what items I felt bad for the clerk but she did a great job through the whole 20 plus minute ordeal

One of the worst Targets. Its a smaller footprint store with a week selection, almost no groceries, and they never restock clothing or toys.

Was able to find what we needed quickly. Minus the disorganized mess of clothes in some areas, selection was good. Customer service was helpful when we had to ask a question in looking for something.

I recently visited this Target with a few friends. We were not messing around or yelling, however, when I arrived at checkout, a blonde woman asked us if our bus was near. She claimed that she received complaints, which makes no sense since we were quiet as a mouse. Even though we gave this Target business, we were deeply disrespected. This blonde manager/cashier even insulted our parents and said that they didnt know how to raise children. However, I would say that a woman in her 30s that is working for minimum wage at a Target was not what you would call raised well. I will never return to this Target!

Pick up was so easy!!! Ordered online on Thanksgiving, picked up at 9pm, no waiting. so simple!!

The electronics department leaves you dissapointed everytime. Though the help received when asking, not the electronics employees, is great! This specific Target I would recommend due to Brian and Richard!

I just want to give a shout out to Steve at the Three Rivers Mall Target store. The other day I inadvertently locked my keys in the trunk of my car. (Who would do it on purpose?) I had also inadvertently forgotten my cell phone at home. Really bad day!! I still had several storage containers in my cart so I went back in the store, all the while getting myself all worked up over how I was turning into a forgetful old lady. Steve greeted me and wanted to know if he had rung something up incorrectly. I told him about my predicament. He handed me his cell phone and told me to keep it until I found someone to help me out. He was called away to answer an employees question but before leaving, he told the barista to fix anything I wanted. He returned several times to see how it was going with me and when I returned his phone he double checked to make sure everything was ok when my son picked me up. What a great guy and what a thoughtful way to handle a situation with an upset older lady. Thanks again, Steve!

Quick amd easy. Right at rhe front door. Fred Meyer only had 12 iPads for each store. Target had as many as one would like. And $100.00 off. Beats the heck out of Amazon and the sale was local. The purchase was just a few clicks and I had my iPad then evening before insane Black Friday. Cant beat that. Cheers dor Target. They are a real winner.

Target is what you woukd expect, cashier seemed a little annoyed with the public (holidays were just in full swing). Although you pay a littke more so expect a little more from staff. Nice there is a starbucks inside, super friendly staff.

Wow, the customer service at the Target in Kelso is terrible. The employee that works at Self Check-Out made eye contact with me and didnt simply say, Thank You. At least a simple Thank You would have been good enough. They dont even say thank you for shopping here. You know, there are other stores in this area that I can shop at that will treat me better than the Target in Kelso, so I dont NEED to shop at the Target in Kelso. Since there isnt a need to shop at this particular Target then Target in Kelso should be thankful that theyre lucky enough to get my business. Now, I will spend hundreds of dollars at a different store. Target in Kelso you just lost my business which means you lost hundreds of dollars in business.
