Greg is amazing. He can handle my unruly hair and doesn’t rush through appointments like I’ve had people do at other salons.

Got a trim and what was supposed to be side bangs they were very uneven and weird looking so but its ok my boyfriend got a refund. Will ask for someone else if I go again 🙂

I asked them to cut 1 inch off the top but instead they cut 4. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow back. Only go here if you want your hair messed up.

Came in with platinum blonde asked for roots to be done. Apparently my stylist was afraid to do under the hair in the back due to damage. ( which could have been cut off) so she decided to leave it dark and add a little to it. Well She took all of my platinum and turned it dark brown with yellow blonde stands. Also not what I wanted! I like my hair before and now I’m going to another salon to save my hair! I never cried over hair before! I asked her for a bob to add fuller look she butchered my hair and made it uneven! Kailey was nice but no clue what she was doing. And you know it’s bad when your are leaving the salon and the other people looking at you like omg. Even the manager that checked me out didn’t say a word just awkward silence.

Greg is awesome! I had over bleached scraggly hair and I now have the cutest cut of my life and amazing colors. After he had to correct months of home bleaching. I’m so glad I came here. New to the area and with no one to help me find a good stylist, I chose JCPenney based off their reputation in general and google reviews.All of the hairdressers seemed to have a following, so you probably won’t go wrong with any of them. I HIGHLY recommend Greg though. He even massaged my head with the shampoo! I’ve never been so relaxed. I nearly fell asleep several times. And my hair looks amazing. It’s been 3 hours and I’ve received 12 compliments.Go see Greg, you’ll just feel better and look amazing

I am from out of town, here for a family event. I called the salon on Monday at 10:00 they got me in at 11:00. I have curly hair and stressed that I wanted to get a cut that highlighted my curls. My stylist was amazing, she listened and actually did what I asked. I give her 10 stars, if I come to visit I know where I will go for an awesome cut.

My son loves getting his hair cut here they do a wonderful job!

While shopping at JCP and feeling a bit melencholy, I decided to get my hair done. Ive never been to a JCP salon and thought Why not? I called the salon while I was in store... I live about an hour away and strive to avoid small town drama and gossip, therefore, I stay away from salons especially. I was scheduled for 4pm which was about 3 hours from the time of the call - I was grateful to say the least! Upon arriving, Ashley greeted me at the counter and asked me inside and to have a seat. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and modern decor. Ashley listened to my request and immediately went to work on my hair. Two hours later: 15 minutes passed closing on a Sunday I walked out with an absolutely cute cut and style... soft, smooth, lightweight gorgeous hair the gleamed in the light and made me feel 110% better than when I walked in! Ashley made no qualms about staying late, she was friendly, personable, professional and fun to chat with. It was such a sigh of relief to have a hair dresser not dominate the conversation with their personal drama and/or gossiping and demeaning co-workers or even clients. Ashley was an absolute breath of fresh air that knows what shes doing and does it with the utmost professionalism and skill. She took her time making sure I got what I asked and paid for. She never made any comments nor did her body language convey irritation when I initially took down my messy bun only for her to discover that I have very long, very thick, very curly hair that just happened to be at its peak of curliness between washings and it was so close to closing time on a Sunday! I will schedule with Ashley from this point forward and I would highly recommended her to anyone.

They charged me $140 to dye my hair and the color is almost completely washed out after only 3 washes with the special shampoo for colored hair.
