Probably the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, they were very not pushy and actually cared about getting us what we wanted. They were so friendly and told us even after the sale, that if we needed anything that they would take care of us. 10/10 recommend checking this place out when looking for something new!

I had a bit of a strange situation my trade in vehicle title and was worried about financing. They spoke with my credit union and worked magic! I left with a beautiful car at a great price, low interest rate and low payment.I truly appreciate Jacob and Derrick for going above and beyond! You truly made my day! So these guys were amazing with my boyfriend purchasing his new truck and trading in his old one. They were able to work with him on what he wanted and how much he was willing to spend on a monthly basis. They went out of their way to find a place that worked with what he was requesting. Oh and he absolutely loves his truck. 😁

Rude salesman, we were looking at a Ford and when my husband said that MIGHT be a deal breaker didn’t say it would be the salesman said well then you can’t test drive it we don’t wanna waist our gas. Like seriously?! How do you know you want it if you don’t test drive. Won’t ever recommend this place.

Bought a 2008 Ford F-150 thank God we bought the warranty. These guys are friendly, but they know absolutely nothing about the vehicles they are selling. They buy them from auctions. It’s tough getting a call back if you are making a appointment to get your truck worked on, you have to keep bugging them. Nice people but would not buy another vehicle again from them, too much maintenance buying high mileage vehicles.

Bought my 2007 Toyota Camry. Was able to purchase with only a 3.47 interest rate through Red Canoe!!!Literally asked for the least expensive car on the lot and the next day drove home with it.Super excited and happy with it!!!Scott and Derek were amazing and professional!Would highly recommend them and will probably purchase through them again when the time comes.Ive had the car for over a month and was training in Olympia, and the car drives great, no issues.

My 2003 Ford Escape was on its last leg and wanted to upgrade. Test drove 2 newer Ford Escapes and picked a 2008 that I liked. Absolute pristine condition. They asked if anything was wrong with it, and I said the windshield had some cracks. When I purchased the car, they paid for the windshield to be repaired. Absolutely easy financing. This car went so well, I asked them to find a F150 for my wife, and they found a gem! Im sad I wont need a car in a long time, cause I would go back in a second. Highly recommend!

Very shady place! Let me think I was going to be approved come to find out they only pulled my wifes credit and did not send it to the banks like they said. They said sorry we cant get you approved. Well of course not if they dont even try! I will never ever step foot on their lot ever again. I would give zero stars if I could!!

Would give zero if I could. 1st time customer to look at a specific truck. Priced almost $2000 over book. Figured it must be bad ass. During test drive noticed shocks bad, leaks in transfer case and engine. Wouldn’t even come down $1.00. Was also dismissive and rude. Bought the same truck at Rainier Truck and Auto instead. They are actually amazing. I do not recommend USA Motors. They are overpriced and truly do not care about gaining or retaining customers, only sucking every possible dollar out of their vehicles (customers’ pockets).

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I purchased a vehicle from this place in August 2016 and it was the worst financial mistake I have ever made in my life. These guys took advantage of me as a young woman not knowing much about buying a car. I honestly dont know how these guys sleep at night knowing all the people theyve probably screwed over. My vehicle has a leak so when it rains my back floorboards pool up with water. My seat heater never worked, and oh lets not forget I had to replace the entire motor! As well as various other components of the cars engine. And on top of all that now Im having transmission problems... When I called to complain they talked down to me and acted like it was my fault for buying the car and refused to even fix my seat heater so I could be warm on my way to work... No compassion for customers or honesty whatsoever. Now I will end up paying after my loan and the cost of all the repairs a whopping 9,000 dollars for a car that is KBB for about 900 dollars.... Stay clear of this pathetic excuse for a car dealership.

Great experience but wait time wasnt ideal. Was told we could get the vehicle on lunch and had to stop by after work to finish everything and get the vehicle. Wasted 2 hours of my work day because it was made out to be quick. Possibly bad timing.

I bought a vehicle from them ..and it had the trans go out ..after I had had it for quite awhile they tried to help me figure out what was up with it ..makes them all right in my book

I was in a pinch. My family was in the process of moving and our family truck had a major engine failure. I was in a hurry to replace it. (I know, bad place to be, when car shopping.) We stopped here as we have driven past it many times, and knew they always had newer trucks. Our salesman, Chris, was incredible. I told him what I was looking for, he showed us to what fit that bill. He let my wife and I test drive the one we liked, with zero pressure or any talking down. (Especially towards my wife. So many salesmen think women no nothing about cars. Not true in this day and age.) The price was right where it should be according to KBB, so we signed the deal, (I saved time and hassle with the financing by getting pre-approved through my credit union,) and drove away in our new vehicle that afternoon. So far it has been fantastic, and we couldnt be happier. Thanks Chris!

I have bought two cars from USA Auto and they have been very easy to work with and have taken care of any issue we have had .

Would give a negative 100 stars, avoid this place at all cost, long story short, 9400.00 in aftermarket warranty work, still need to replace the engine in a 2009 GMC Sierra that I only put 3000m on in a year, shady place to say the least.

These guys sold my mother a car that was leaking exhaust fumes into the cabin of the car. I took the car back the next day telling them that the car had this issue. They told me that we were crazy and could pick a different car out. I told them no, she wants to keep her money. They said the car was sold AS IS. I gave them the keys went down to the bank with my mom and canceled the check.

Almost 20 thousand for a truck that has over 200,000 miles ... this place is a joke. WAY OVER PRICED.

Went in today to discuss buying a truck its a 2006 and they wanted 13,000 we were directed to possibly trade in our car and then the new sales guy went in and when he came back out all of a sudden buying the truck wasnt even an option...the guy wouldnt stop and talk to us actually rude af to us......OVER PRICED and RUDE AS HELL
