We needed to open a new account and switch a line to that new account. We got the succinct instructions and help with coordinating three different people in three different locations. The phones we wanted were backordered so Tiarra ordered them for us. They arrived 4 days early and it took about an hour from the time we walked in until we walked out. Data was transferred, a new account was opened, and phones were set up. Tiarra was efficient and awesome to work with. She chatted with us and our daughter while she worked on our stuff and made the time fly by. This was one of the best experiences weve had with a Verizon store.

I will never return to this store. I’ve had Verizon for years and the service has been great. But this particular store is an absolute mess. As soon as I arrived, I noticed every single employee standing right outside the doors smoking (vapes I believe). Not one of them inside the store, and once I came in I learned that management was outside as well! Nobody rushed to help me or even greeted me when I entered the store. Employees were loud and cursed frequently with customers in the store. Management needs to be fixed and corporate should be notified of this. Such an unprofessional experience, the only names I caught were Andre (management I believe) and Tiarra. Both of the two were unpleasant to speak with and should not work customer service. Disappointed.

I went to this store on a snowy horrendous day and forgot my wallet at my house. After trudging back and forth Ayden was able not only hook me up with everything I needed but did so kindly, quickly, and with absolutely no issue. Kindra, Tiarra, and Aiden went above and beyond to set me up with my new phone. Even though we encountered multiple glitches in the setup process, they remained professional and handled the transaction well.

Visited to get advice about upgrading my current phone, possibly changing phone brands from what I have used for several years. I was pleasantly surprised to find information I had not considered, guidance less to spend money and more to look for ease of transition to a new device. Zach was the person I was primarily speaking with and he was offering suggestions that would likely be saving me time and money in the long run, not something I was expecting. I had done at least a little homework before going in, expecting to need to resist a heavy sales pitch. Instead, what I experienced was more questions about what I really wanted and needed, and discussion about how much improvement in my own usage experience I might see and at what cost. I am old, so cannot go to dad for help. I felt like the advice and guidance I was getting was what I would have gotten from a tech-savvy family member, more interested in my needs, than from a salesman intent on making a sale.

Andre was very helpful and made the process very easy. We came from another store that made it very difficult, Andre helped us out without a hitch. I highly recommend him of you are looking for a new phone.

I came to Verizon because my Google account wasnt working. The Customer Servicr Representative-Zachary C, immediately answered my questions. Googles/Samsung phone issue. He didnt try to upsell me-just provided me with options. I will he back and ask for Zachary when l buy a new phone tomorrow!
