Cowlitz Fence Co. not only did a fantastic job on our custom gate, but they have continued to offer customer service long after the job was completed. Periodically, we have called with questions, and if they couldnt answer our question over the phone, they promptly drove to our home to help us. A few days ago, we had a lawn chair that needed to be spot welded so we took it in. The welder repaired the chair instantly, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that it was done at no charge. Thats pretty good customer service.

We asked Cowlitz Fence to make a modification to our commercial security gate, which they built/installed 3 years ago. Today, they promptly arrived on site and did a great job - exactly what we asked for. We have used Cowlitz Fence on 2 projects (residential and commercial) over the past 3+ years and couldnt be happier with the product and the on-going support. Big thanks to Jim and Jay.

Ive been looking to put in a fence and automated gate and found a cowlitz fence business card on a local store wall. I called him and he came out right away. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I decided to sign up and I am truly glad I did. The group of guys came out and installed my chain link fence and gate with the operator. I am so happy with the quality. I will be recommending them!!!

Just had my fence replaced by Cowlitz Fence. I am very happy with the result. Jim was very helpful in advising me on type of fence to use. He timed the teardown and installation so that my dogs and I were not inconvenienced any longer than necessary. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and wasted no time. Dont bother . I decided to give them a try even though there are multiple reviews of hiring to do the job and getting nothing. We paid them half the cost, said it would be a month out, then gave them the benefit of the doubt. After a month and a half we started hounding them because other folks that left reviews let it go further and I wasnt willing to. Excuse after excuse, telling us what will be done one week and then the next. Finally, asked for a refund. At least the refund was timely but now we have wasted 2 months. Just look elsewhere.

Dont answer their phone. Dont return calls. No one answered their door on a Monday during business hours. Are they closed?

Had cowlitz fence put in a entry system for my gated community. Very professional attitude and best customer service. Gate got stuck open late in the evening so we called Jim. Even though it was 830pm, he came right out and solved the problem. I honestly didnt think that kind of service still existed but this company sure knows how to go above and beyond.

True ripoff artist. Had to file complaint to get them to finish the work. Horrible customer service. Run as fast as you can!!

They busy so no work started in a month after we paid half down

Called 3 times over 4 weeks, Each time they promised they take a look and give me an estimate. I needed the estimate before the insurance would pay for the damages. They never showed up. I went with another company

On a scale to 10 Ill give them a zero because that is what they accomplished in four months.
