I constantly come to this location for chicken needed products. This time was like no other. Everything was stocked, clean and ample amount of cashier. No wait to check out. The back stock room was being swept and cleaned when we entered the back area where the chicken feed and supplies area.. great staff and great store

Had an item put on hold, went to pick it up and wasnt to be found, the staff went above and beyond trying to locate it. And they did!! Wonderful customer service!! Love the store, will always return!! I believe that was in molalla. Kelso location has great customer service too!!

I had an issue with curbside pick up, but David helped in such an exceptional way, it made me write this review. Mistakes happen but I have high respect for those that apologize and try to fix that issue.Thanks again for making me feel like a valued customer!

I just finished a big fencing project, and I needed to return quite a bit of extra supplies. Although I had purchased the fencing materials back in early October, they still refunded all of the returns to my credit card. (I thought I might need to settle for store credit). Michelle was working the checkstand, and she provided great service even though she was training another employee at the time. Thanks so much!

We went to tractor supply in kelso WA to do a return we asked were to go and the girl was really rude her Name was HOPE told us to go over there to the front right over there we were waiting in line and she helped us do the return was really rude made no eye contact slammed the receipt down with the pen and told my husband to sign there. People like her need to be sent home if she has no desire to be nice.

Went to get Muck boots at the Kelso, WA store. Opened box to try on and there was a mouse in box. Gave box to employee. Grabbed another box and it had another mouse in box also. Gave to employee in back stockroom taking care of first box. Needless to say I didnt buy any boots from them. Maybe they need to check boot boxes once in awhile.

I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. Online order Dec 6th...supposed to arrive Dec 20th...shipped to the wrong place.... ..supposed to arrive Jan 6th... today...NOT HERE. I have called 10 times in the last month. ZERO return calls. I have sent 5 emails...ZERO response!!! I spent $1000.00 to have my 12×12 Shelterlogic shelter here for my new horse....he has been standing in 8 inches of mud. ZERO solutions. Horrible customer service. Dont waster your time or money here folks!!!

Tractor supply Longview Wa checker Grace was rude argumentative over a sign posted on pricing. I received a pic from a family member showing a 50% discount at 11:30 today I asked her about it and she said she changed the sign yesterday. I said my family was just her she got very rude called me a liar saying I didnt get it today i showed her my phone she insisted she was right so I said fine shoved my cart and walked out. Wrong custo.er service to be combative with a customer.

I love Tractor supply. Decent prices and a very nice variety. If things dont sell well they clearance them out and try something else till they find what the people want. Friendly helpful staff.

Nice friendly, helpful staff. They have a great variety in Tractor Supply. When you need parts for a piece of farm equipment its nice to have a store like this nearby. They usually have good deals and sales and their clearance section is pretty good also. They also carry Bad Boy mowers.

The lady working the counter welcomed us as we came through the door that was nice. The guy that helped us look at gun safes was funny and helpful same gentleman that loaded us up with a ton of pellets. The lady that welcomed us when we got there (to me it looked like) she was waiting for a manager override on one register when we walked up. So she jumped on another register instead of making everyone wait. They were busy and seemed to be fast and efficient.

Take the time to go downtown and have quality key made. Commercial and residential keys made fast and accurately. Shop local!

Best store ever! They have a little of everything from clothing to tools to housewares, all at reasonable prices and prices much more affordable than similar stores, especially for clothing. The site was neat and well kept and the employees were friendly and helpful. Definitely my new favorite!

I am only posting my review here because the tractor supply company deleated my review from there main webpage only after asking me to review them on my last order.DO NOT ORDER chicks from tractor supply. They ship from Indiana and all of them where dead when i picked the up at the post office. I live in Battleground wa.Horrible product. We ordered live chicks but received cold chicken nuggets. All DOA! Ridiculous amount of time for live chicks to be shipped across the country. If Tractor Supply would have notifed us of the location of where the chicks shipped from, we would not have ordered. First impression not good.

Absolutely hands down one of the best man stores around every single one I have ever visited has a very courteous and knowledgeable and helpful staff and they dont bug theyre there for you when you need them but they dont push you or bug you while youre shopping they have tools theyre inexpensive but not cheap my favorite everyday knife I bought there for $10 and men the sale bin when you first walked through the door is a gift from heaven for me its like they always have what I need at that time in the discount bins in the front of the store when I visit.Women you can never go wrong shopping for your husband here plus kids love it great boots for all ages clothes its a tiny all you need for the outdoorsman store.if you get a chance and you love your home farm apartment doesnt matter give it a shot it cant hurt to visit at least once.

Good clean store. Lots of inventory. I was in the store looking for rabbit feed, Show feed. 30 minutes and not one employee made eye contact with me, let alone ask me if I was finding what I was looking for.I did finally find the correct rabbit feed. The feed room was well labeled, Poultry feed, wild life feed, horse feed, pig feed, goat feed, cattle feed. But no shelf label near the rabbit feed.I always have good customer serve at the Chehalis store.

I love this store! I buy my cat food, dog food, and guinea pig food here. You get higher quality food for cheaper than the regular stores or pet stores and the employees are incredibly happy and helpful.

My daughter and I werent going to stop here, as we were headed to Wilco but glad we did stop. Took care of most of her Christmas shopping and I found a few items for myself as well. Great place.

Tractor Supply Company is a great store smaller feeling but has lots of supplies especially if you live on a farm or you on animals. a lot of hardware and tools its kind of like a hardware store mixed with a feed store and they also sell machine such as wood chippers and things like that

Always have my regular items in stock all year round pellets, chicken supplies, dog supplies. and teddys root beer for a dollar! Great friendly service.

I love THIS LOCATION of Tractor Supply. Theyll price match to Wilco and the staff is really friendly. I much prefer the Kelso location to Chehalis which tends to be kind of worthless. I noticed at my last visit that theyre getting in some really cute Christmas & home decor too.

Update: they took care of me with new tank and fuel. So problem resolved and gave 5 star..... thank you. I greatly appreciated it............ from the happy honey bee farm.I wouldn’t even give them one star at this point. Went in today at 5:15 to fill a propane tank. I’ve been using the business when it was Dels. The people were nice here I loved tractor supply I went for years in West Virginia Louisiana and Texas. I even delivered supplies when I drove truck. But this store has hired unfriendly people. I went today gate closed you can’t just pull in like at all the others. You have to ask for someone in store to get them to open gate. When I went in a lady said they will get to it when they can. Usuallly I hear that when it’s busy not when no one is in store I just went out waited not long though. The guy came with attitude he told me the guard on the top of my tank is bent. Yea very little. He began filling the tank unscrewed the valve and kept unscrewing it till it came off. He shut it off stopped filling and denied my tank because he unscrewed it off. Then proceeded To charge me for propane he’ll no you broke it tell me it’s denied and then told me to buy a tank. Why would I buy one. I have mine it’s been perfect for over a year filling it allmost weekly. Don’t break my stuff and sell me another. I think his name is Richard anyway I told him I’ve been doing this for years here never had a problem. He said he never seen me or my tank and I said I never seen you . He said he transferred in. That’s why you never seen it you weren’t working here for the 3 years I filled my tank. Unless I get a tank and filled i refuse to give this place a penny. Thank god I can order online or go somewhere else. This place has changed and not for the better. This weekend is my birthday we were heading out to go camping all stores are closed where we are going plus I don’t know if anywhere close sells propane. Plus it may be denied for him unscrewing the top. What a way to have a happy birthday weekend. If I could afford a tank but it’s more than what we have so I may not use propane plus I use it for my business. Thanks tractor supply
