Store needs to update business hours. Waited at 9am to open. At 9:30 someone showed up and said wasn’t opening at 10. I had things to do and twiddling my thumbs for an hour wasn’t one of them.But the lady who helped us was nice and knew what she was doing... unlike soldotna location.

People are alright slow internet access there but helpful price are high

Really is a great place to purchase cell phones. The sales associate Austin was so helpful and was able to get me as close to what I wanted as possible. You will have a bit of a wait but it is absolutely worth it because they take their time to get what you want and make sure it is right. They do not skimp on customer service and they are so personable. I really felt good about giving them my business instead of just going online.

Sign says open today until 5:00 Pm. Website says open til 5:00 Pm. I have been sitting here since 3:25 Pm, its now 4:15 Pm, and i can only presume the individual who is getting paid to manage the store is sitting in a silver car next to me, as its the only other car in the lot, with a sign on the door saying closed for lunch. Im not sure what lunch times are acceptable to be taken at this business or for how long but this seems to be excessive and intentional waste of time versus an actual lunch, especially when taken near the end of the day.

Hmm I have to say my best visit ever!! The kid, gentlemen they had working made it all worth while. He was funny witty and policy driven. Go At&t for finally. Finding someone worth while.!

We had to make a second trip here to get mobile data working four a new phone, but we got the best tech who solved the problem. With better training, they probably could have solved our problem on the first visit. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.

Went here.l with reservations since it was an authorized retailer, but I was happy to learn there is little to no difference between this store and the store in Soldotna. The service was fast and easy. I was able to get a billing issue corrected and got a good deal on a new tablet. The sales manager shook my hand and thanked me for my business while he helped the worker with my transaction, which I was surprised by because typically you dont see those guys unless you are mad and ask for them. Great store. Im doing all my att business here from now on.

Crystal was absolutely phenomenal in assisting me with my phone. I sincerely appreciated her knowledge, her thoughtfulness and her professional attitude the entire time she was helping me. There was a problem with my Active7 and she spent the time perusing all the settings and apps to figure out what was wrong with it. She was able to get most of the phone to work (mostly from a recent update from Samsung). She recommended moving to an Active8; however, with little or no sales pressure. I left the store to think about the pros and cons of staying or upgrading. When I returned a several hours later with a decision to upgrade, she had the new phone available and spent the time with me that it took to completely move all the pictures, apps, memos, etc. to my new phone. She checked ALL the settings to ensure syncing and backup were in place AND not a lot of unnecessary settings for my life style were in place.I cannot say enough thank yous or positive things about the ways in which I was treated/helped while at this store by Crystal.Thank you again!

I would give less if I could because they dont seem to have enough people working there I sat there for 30 plus minutes and never got helped ended up leaving.

Bought 2 gophones and time for both. They both activated easily, but time expired after 2 hours. bought at 5:30pm at walmart and spent half hour activating both. Its now 8pm and both will only allow emergency calls. Website doesnt help worth a damn. Please note this is NOT about the kenai office, just AT&T in general. Never had these issues with any other phone service.

Bought an iPhone 7. Died within an hour.They refuse to replace it or even go with the 14 day Buyers Remorse program they clearly participate in.Corporate AT&T and Apple both state they should take back the phone. They refuse.Buyer beware..

This site says this particular store is open until 6pm on Sundays. But you guys are closed at 5pm. False advertisement is very disappointing

Every single time I come in this store (twice a momth) it takes over 30 minutes wait then another 20 to put my prepaid card on. Its pretty ridiculous. This store need a more staff!!!
