So sorry I did not read the reviews before I rented a spot for 36 RV, owner Zina Reutov -Kenai Store - rude & worst customer service ever. I asked for a receipt for leaving my keys after we parked RV from her employee- was told they dont do that and wont and I could remove RV, 2 times I was told we could remove RV we parked it that day and took it out the nexted after that. Never to use Kenai U-Haul again!!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. In the last week I have received 3 calls all telling me I owe a different amount. When I ask them to break it down they dont know how. The staff is poorly trained and the manager should do something about it. There is no reason when I have my bill paid to the next billing date that I should have a past due amount. But somehow I do. They harass me constantly. As if I dont know whats going on with my account. Literally 5-6 calls a week about my unit. Then they charged me a fee for moving my unit as if the outrageous prices for them isnt bad enough and when I asked about the fee I received a very disrespectful answer. Never will I use this place for service again. They should learn a thing or 2 from the Soldotna location.
Guaranteed reservations means nothing to this organization! I made a guaranteed boat storage reservation in May for 17 Sep. Used my credit card to hold the reservation. Manager called me today and stated that they were overbooked and unless I started paying today (8Jul) that I would not have a space because others wanted my space and were willing to pay now. Seriously! Customers beware, I cannot believe U Haul would allow a business like this to operate under their name.
Have been doing business with uhaul for years and has always been great. I tried the one here in Kenai because it is close. There is one person working there and never knows anything ever. Good luck.
Friendly helpful service. Too expensive to ship stuff to lower 48 for the size of the pod they offer.
The staff was so helpful, & acomidating. We needed a trailer really quickly.I live 1 & 1/2 hour drive from them. They had our trailer & paper work ready for us when we arrived. So very helpful!
Im a cab driver and just dropped people to pick up a truck. They were happy.
Not adequate training, mean owner,manager, and training is wack, gives you 12 mins to do a task that takes you 30 to do, the mentality her is the boss is always right even if they are not
I parked 2 vehicles in October. I wanted to disconnect the batteries to prevent draining the power. Employee asked me not to, because if they had to move them it would be a problem. She also said she could run the cars periodicalIy. I called in January and asked if they could start the cars in order to keep the batteries charged. I was then told that there would be a $20.00 charge each time I requested this. I asked a friend to go there and put a trickle charger on the cars. Again, I was charged $20.00 in order to allow him to do it. When we returned in April the batteries were dead. The employee would not allow me to bring in another vehicle to jump start my cars. She said the manager says it was a liability issue. My truck was about 50 feet from a roll-up door. We could have easily brought another vehicle in to jump start my vehicles I had to return the following day with a portable charger to start my cars. I live 45 miles from the facility, so I ended up needing 2 days to get my vehicles back. The employees I dealt with were fine, but were obligated to follow the managers instructions. As for cleanliness, apparently there has been some construction going on inside. My vehicles and all the others around it were covered with a layer of concrete dust, which is highly abrasive.My question to U-Haul is- If you are storing vehicles for extended periods, why not have a portable jump starter? It would be a minimal cost to provide an increased level of service.
Corynn Morgan is the super star at Kenai UHaul. This young Lady is a real professional, polite, courteous and makes you feel like you count. The World needs more people like Corynn Morgan. UHAUL made a great 👍and wise move bringing her on board. I will definitely keep coming back to do more business at the Kenai UHaul.

Management needs some serious reworking. Soldotna Uhaul is amazing, its a pity that hasnt rubbed off on Kenais.
Nice to have a U-Haul so close to home. Being a former Lowes building theres tons of storage space available.
The employees here are top rate. Very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. The units are clean with great deals and prices, and the store is clean and well stocked.

I am first hand watching the worst example of GENERAL MANAGER behavior I have ever witnessed. Between not 1 but 2 different people. I would not recommend using uhaul of Kenai to anyone after what I seen today. This simple pick up turned into almost an hour long process where she exercised her duties in the worst way with the worst conduct to customers and to a Lynden driver. Pretty sure new management should be considered for customer relations sake.
