Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite.

I have had a plethora of billing issues within FedEx for my business. A quoted rate from this entity should be assumed to be tripled and then charged to your card on file. Time after time after time. I’m beyond frustrated and unsure as to how a company can operate on purely lies and deception. I would not recommend using this company or even considering to do so.

Im not sure what the criteria is to work at FedEx, but, if you are going to have someone on the front counter they should have more personality than a rock. This old man (looked in his 60-70s) was rude and uninviting. I will ship everything else from Alaska thru UPS just to not have to go in that office again. I will have all of my visitors use UPS. Just lost a bit of business from me .....

How in the heck does this place run or stay in business?? You cant contact an individual at this specfic location as the number is listed private according to FedEx Customer Service. You have to deal with FedEx customer service through the 800 number. When customer service tries to put you through, they decline the call?? Really??? I get a relayed message THROUGH customer service, mind you, that they cant 1) receive emails and 2) cant print a shipping label! Out-freaking-ragous!!
