Bill and his team did a lovely job on this chair that my daughter and I thought to leave on the street for trash pick up. Thank goodness I decided to take it to Bill. When I saw his reaction I knew I had to let him restore it for me. And I’m so happy I did! It is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with it. Great experience! We had a couch with leather/fabric combination done last year and recently came back to reupholster our banquette. The owner worked with us each time on customizing each piece and ordering top quality fabrics and leather. The work quality is superb! The shop was responsive and work was done quickly. We are already repeat customers but will return again if we have more pieces.

I have visited a number of Antique shops in the Miami area in searchof a firm to repair and restore antique furniture, but found no one. Justby chance I found the Regency Restoration firm near the Falls ShoppingCenter. We had them repair, restore and refinish a number of antiquechairs and tables. They did a very professional job and completed thework when promised. My wife and I recommend this company for qualityworkmanship and professional service. This was the best method to retain the value of our antique furniture.

I am only giving five stars because I cannot give more. Bill and his team are the best! Not only in the professional high quality they give, but in the special care they treat their customers with. Which is very rare these days, but he certainly sets the right example. We interviewed many companies to properly enlarge the island in our kitchen, but all to no avail until we found Bill and Regency Furniture Restoration.The island had an unusual shape, so everyone we previously interviewed for the job, insisted our idea was not possible. Up until we met Bill from Regency. Bill immediately understood what we wanted and also pointed out the important factors to consider in order to have it done right. He thought of every detail, almost as if it was for his home. Bill has a team of very talented workers, who seem to enjoy where they work, which of course says a lot about the owners. I have since received many compliments on their work, and their price was reasonable and worth it. Their attention to detail, and care in satisfying their customers, shows they enjoy what they do, and the reason their business is so successful, with their loyal clients continuing on as friends.

Took in a set of 8 dining room chairs to be reupholstered. Service was great professional. Was shown all the different types of materials along with pros and cons prior to my selection. I recently used regency furniture restoration group to create new patio lounge cushions. They did an excellent job in creating cushions that perfectly matched our existing furniture. We were able to leverage leftover high end outdoor fabric to make beautiful upholstered cushions. We also reached out to create matching pillows which they were able to turn around in one day! We would definitely recommend them for future upholstery needs.

I was hearbroken when the original art deco cabinet I had bought was crushed in transport from Europe. I found this company online and did not know what to expect. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY! Our front door was in terrible shape but they worked magic and brought it back to life. We had a very tight timeframe to fix the door and they shuffled around their schedule to accommodate us. My first call was answered by Bill, the owner, and he made sure that we were well taken care of. Even after the door was installed he called to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Such a smooth process and the door looks excellent, I cannot recommend them enough.

Bill and the team are amazing! Our great grandmother passed on a dining room table and chairs to us when we got married more than 15 years ago. We met Bill, he came over for a consultation, picked up the furniture, made recommendations, repairs, then returned it in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about Bill and his team. This business is such a breath of fresh air for me. I first had them redo a banquet for me. The banquet came out beautiful. My father brought 2 beautiful elephant tables from Africa during WWII. I always remembered them being gorgeous wood pieces. After Hurricane Andrew my mom hired an interior designer who painted the tables white. I always envisioned them being restored to their original beauty. I recently brought the tables to Bill at Regency. I could not be happier! Bill recommend the perfect stain and my fathers tables have been restored. These tables were a warm reminder of my dad and Bill and his team gave that back to me. I am forever grateful.

Bill and his team at Regency did an outstanding job restoring a leather couch. The couch had degraded over time. Certain portions of the couch became cracked, faded, and otherwise degraded. The issue was what to do with a couch that once was both comfortable and perfect for the space, but was now something that needed to be replaced or placed in a basement (if I still lived up North). Thanks to Regency, there was another option. The couch now looks as nice as it did when the original retailer delivered several years ago.

We picked out the fabric, they picked up our couch the next day, and two weeks later our couch was back. Beautiful job well done.

Absolutely the worst service. I contacted the company on 5/31 via email and attached photos of the work for a quote. I received a response to contact a Bill on 6/2. I called Bill immediately and he asked for me for some information and to text him the photos and he would get back to me later that day. I did and did not hear back anything. I figured maybe he was busy getting the quote using the pictures. I finally had to call back 9 days later to find that he hadnt done anything and then started asking for more photos of the work which would have been perfectly reasonable had he requested them immediately or at least followed up and contacted me. Worst was that he was completely unapologetic for the delay and poor customer service.

After my grandmothers passing, my mother decided to import from Spain a 3 piece set that had been in the family close to 75 years. My mother reupholstered them twice. I never liked her choice in fabric or the color of the wood itself. Its safe to say that I was never truly attached to the set. One day she told me she was going to get rid of it and asked if I wanted them, immediately I said YES! I wanted to keep it in the family.I brought the set to Bill at Regency, with an image in my mind of what I wanted to achieve. Bill quickly grasped my image and made if reality.At Regency there is a vast variety of fabric to choose from. You dont have to go somewhere else for fabric. They have every type of pattern, color, and texture to choose from. Bill even helped me find this beautiful Italian fabric that complemented the color I had chosen to change the furniture into. He even came up with the idea to use the same type of fabric in a reciprocal color for the back of each piece and for the trimming.He took me to a wall near the main office, where no lie there was at least 300 different colors to chose from for the staining of the furniture. I chose 2 colors and found myself in a dilemma. I liked both and could not decide which I liked more. Bill told me to come back in a couple of days. I did just that. When I came back he took me to the back of the facility and showed me both sample colors. One color on each of the legs. Seeing it directly on the furniture made it simple for me to make a final decision.The work took a little longer than anticipated, but so worth the wait. The set looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Everyone that walks into my home cant help but stare!Bill even gave me the left over material. I highly recommend Regency.

Bill and his wife are amazing. They took a 1950s heywood wakefield dining set which we thought was hopeless and brought it back to its original lustre even nailing the rare original sable color. This type of expert craftsmanship is very hard to find these days. The work and customer service is five star stellar!

Bill made my very dull brand new vanity look better than when I first purchased it! A different level of finishing and painting furniture!! Im not one to leave frivolous reviews, good or bad. In my humble opinion, there is no one better or more knowledgeable in the south Florida area for furniture restoration than Bill at Regency Restoration. It doesnt matter if its an antique, a mimo, a period piece, whatever. Hes seen it and done it all. Hes not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. With that said, hes very reasonable and a pleasure to work with.

They agreed to do a job within a time frame and did not even started it. After canceling the contract they agreed to refund the deposit and never did so. Check their BBB complaints and buyers beware. Very unscrupulous owners, dead beats. Lost their BBB accreditation.

I recently had a loveseat and an antique rocker reupholstered at Regency. The rocker was refinished as well. Both pieces look beautiful. My first experience at Regency was with some antique chairs which were my mothers which needed recaning. They also look beautiful. I was very happy with the service provided by Bill and the others on his staff. They were very helpful and accommodating.

We recently did a remodel of our kitchen and needed a new cabinet to support an additional countertop. Bill and his team made the process quick and easy. They came to the house to measure and gave us creative suggestions on how improve our initial design. The cabinet turned out to be exactly as we had hoped, the quality was excellent, and they were even able to closely match the paint finish and molding on the new cabinets to our existing custom-made cabinets. Additionally, they completed the job within the time frame they gave us! It was truly a pleasure to work with Regency, and we would definitely use them again!

I took a wooden table to regency for repair. The customer service was exceptional from the lady who Initially helped me over the phone to the gentleman who met with me to accept the table. They are usually closed Saturdays and they specifically had someone meet me at the store and opened it just so I could drop off my item because I could not take it any other day. I needed the table in a hurry and they fixed my table in ONE day. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the efficiency of the work. When I picked up the table I couldn’t even tell where the hole Originally was. They did such a GREAT job. I would take any item to them for repair with my eyes closed! Highly recommend for anyone who needs wood furniture repair!

I have 2 Ralph Lauren leather couches that were purchased in a purposefully “ distressed “ finish . Fast forward 23 years . Ugh ! Sun & time damaged and faded the leather . I heard from a friend that the the Regency Furniture Restoration Group might be able to change and restore the finish, on furniture that warrants keeping . Sounds like my couches !Bill of RRG promised me I’d love what they did . He showed me the potential finish on the back side of a leather cushion . OMG ! What a difference ! I took the leap of faith, and so glad that I did ! I have couches that look like brand new, only better ! We still have the well made couches we already owned, comfy, and now beautiful to the point of amazing . They managed to work around the nail heads . They treated my furniture with respect for the former craftsmanship . Gone only 5 days !Happy happy me ! No one can believe they’re the same couches ! Wow !

Very professional from beginning to end. The company sent a truck to pick up 4 pieces of furniture. They refurbished each item in record time and redelivered them to our home. They did a beautiful job and went the extra mile to make sure each hinge and handle were polished. The owner, office staff and delivery personnel were exceptionally nice and willing to work with our schedules. We could not be happier with the results and recommend them to everyone we know.

Take my furniture to Regency on the recommendation of a friend. What a good decision to have heard. I sent an email with photos and the next day I already had an estimate. After negotiating the prices we agreed to do the job. Although it took a few days longer than agreed, it was worth it. My dining room and bedroom furniture are unrecognizable from how wonderful they look. The color, the brightness, the knot of the wood, all perfectly finished. I recommend them.
