Horrible delivery service, as usual, everything is a waste in this store. Worst customer service you will ever get. Staff doesnt want to help when they pick up the call. And whats worst is that Brandsmart cant even contact the delivery driver. How is that even possible?

Worst customer service experience ever! 1.5 month waiting for a warranty repair on my washer and dryer, God forbid you miss their phone call, they re-schedule you 15 days down the road automatically, all these good reviews are probably incentivized or paid, I leave a screen shot of the real reviews, they have a 1.7 score. I also called the corporate office and they say they have nothing to do with warranty repairs! they are done through a 3rd party so they do not take any responsibility. in other words, once they take your money, they do not stand behind what they sell.
Very good prices on some of the items I was after. I ended up getting a printer for $50 lower than all other retailers I visited in person and also cheaper than the top online retailers too. They also had some baskets with $2.88 Bluetooth speakers and other nice deals. There is an open box table with nice discounts too. They had less selection on the printers than I expected, but enough quality ones that I walked away with one that I love, so cant complain too much about that. The one thing that does bother me is the employees walk up to you after you already chose an item on your own and hand you a ticket to bring to the register so that they get commission on the sale when they didnt really help you at all. Other employees can be helpful, its just that some do that shady tactic, kind rubs me the wrong way. Overall though its a great place to get deals on your electronics. They also have a toy section and huge kitchen section upstairs. I will shop there again soon after this successful visit.

EVERYONE, from the moment they greeted us in to the salesman to the exit, literally EVERYONE was super nice and attentive with great knowledge. Excellent prices and In-store customer service, while you’re entertaining the purchase of one of their products. However, once the sale is concluded it all goes downhill from there. Recently purchased a set of appliances from such store and walked away please, until the appliances were delivered.Upon delivery, we noticed a scratch (3inches) on the front door of the fridge. The driver offer to call his dispatch/ warehouse manager to review a discount option. The discount offered was no even enough to cover taxes on the purchase (insult); I had gotten rid of my old fridge that morning and a new item could not be delivered until 5 days from the original delivery date.I tried to request to have the existing fridge left behind until the new one arrives, I was told flat out no. The kind delivery reps offered if I wanted to speak with their warehouse manager, which I said yes. Romina rudely said no, did not care to hear me out and asked to send all back and cancel the full order if I chose to.With all the food and 2 kids (Infant & toddler) I’ve had no choice but to accept the scratched fridge. You would think customer service would be better. I tried calling the store, the customer service reps seemed annoyed and rushed to hang up. I know it was only a $4k purchase but you’d expect better service. Beyond disappointed.Moral of the story- I Will NEVER make a purchase again at Brandsmart and will discourage family and friends from doing so.
Just came to return a $13.88 clearance item that I bought at the store in Cutler Bay two days ago. Customer Service told me that I could not return this item at this store because it’s not where I originally bought it. What if I had bought it at a Brandsmart out of town???? This is why I prefer to buy at BEST BUY!!!!
I never done a review, but I will make an exeption this time. make the story short; I purchased a desktop computer, within 4 days I returned because of defectived unit, and after going to the store twice they didnt wanted to accept the return. I had to call the cops and file a police report. I ask several time to speak to a general manager (Juan Sanches) and I never was able to do so. They have good prices, however, poor customer service. I will never buy anything else at brandsmart, the management team specially for returns is very unprofessional. I will file a complain in BBB. Thank you.
They had what I was looking for, a whole bunch of needed computer upgrades, I got an apple beast desktop and printer. Additionally, I picked up a new phone LG K61,Paid them a lot of money, and they let me take the box cart over to my building to unload. I returned the cart. All together about 35 minutes and biz was concluded and all were happy.
I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received from the moment I stepped in until they loaded my purchase in the car. Herbert upstairs was excellent and I mean above and beyond. I would go back to him for assistance in a heartbeat! Thanks not only to Herbert and the nice young lady, Leona, who helped me pay. Refreshingly she even checked my ID for my credit card. Anytime that I go I just got problema with my PC... and you have to fight if you want a refund. I like after you purchase something algo good after that if there is something wrong you have too spent too mucho time waiting for you new device or for a refund of course after someone comes to convince you to keep the products.They do offer this confidence of you leaving with a brand new device if something goes wrong.Algo guys read the bill about the political refund or agreement.A good point the sales persons are always nice. Just watch out they always want to add something to your purchase.

Visited this Brandsmart and began browsing the TV section. We had in mind what we wanted, we are both technically knowledgeable and know the specs for the different models. A sales person immediately began trying to upsell us to the latest model because it had all the bells and whistles. I guess it’s their sales tactics but you still should listen to your customers needs before recommending the top tier item.***In response to the owners comment, don’t be “sorry” if I feel this way. That’s not an apology to begin with. And to be grammatically correct, it’s not that “I feel this way” it’s an actual “interaction” between a customer and an employee experienced in your store.***
Today I went to this brandsmart and I had a horrible experience. I had an issue with my TV and instead of helping us they didn’t even look at us when we were talking with them. Didn’t even try to help us they just wanted to get rid of me. Never coming here again.

Poor customer services ( very shady services). Delivered two defective refrigerators, and we returned them both. The delivery person came early before the afternoon appointment, and we werent ready. They banged on the door and said: open up the door as if we were being raided by the police, and then they scratched the wood oak floor. The last time they came without an appointment to pick it up, and we didnt let them in. Were never coming back again!

Gave 1 star because there is no minus 1 star. Worse service ever! Once the salesman did the sale, he completely ignored us. Even after calling him several times . I think his name is Erin at alliances. We had to deal directly with the manager who explained to us the process and why after being contacted for scheduling delivery 2 weeks after purchase, we still have not received our appliance after 2 months!!!! On top they wanted to con my senior mother into paying additional $70 for fast delivery when that was already paid. I have purchased in BM before but never at this branch. Never again!!!!!! Ever!!!!!
Got what I needed. Just wish the sales people on the floor was more into a customer trying to buy then just look and pay no mind at me. At least this one sales men had a good sale with me and tip him of for knowledge me.

On March 31st we bought a washer and dryer. We were told, the dryer could take 6 to 12 weeks to be delivered. Today we decided to visit the store to find out the status of our order. To our surprise, the washer was in stock but nobody gave us a call to let us know about it. The seller, Mr. Molina, did not follow up on the delivery of the dryer, during 3 months of waiting he didnt give us a call. Finally the dryer will be delivered on July 1st, almost 2 more weeks of waiting.
Worst service ever!!!!!!!I bought a washing machine on 6/26/21 and delivery was scheduled for 7/5/21 between 1:30 and 4:30, I ask in my work for the afternoon off so I can be available for the delivery but around 2:00pm they just call me and rescheduled the delivery for 7/9/21, I ask for a reason and just told me that truck has an accident, later I ask for sooner date and they say no, I ask for a manager and they just hang up the phone. I call back and the new person who answered the phone gave me a different history and transfer me with a store, I finally was able to talk with an assistant store manager who was very rude and game no other options. I feel deceived and disappointed. I don’t trust in this store anymore.

BUYER BEWARE of Brands Mart’s service department for appliances. Have had 4 service calls since December 2020 for dryer repair (6 month old!) and now they want to change motor! This appliance is definitely a lemon and should be replaced with a new one. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY APPLIANCE AT BRANDS MART. THEY DO NOT CARE NOR HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR US THE CONSUMERS.

I just had the worst experience of my life with BrandsMart USA. I purchased a Mattress along with an adjustable mattress base. Everything was going well until my delivery date. I took time off work to received the delivery which had been confirmed. Nobody showed up or even called until I called the store and they told me that the order was not available yet. They rescheduled for another delivery on /04/22/2021 and guess what ? They never showed up again, did not even bother to call so I didnt waste another day from work and now they tell me that the mattress was out of stock and back order. I wonder what kind of service they provided and if this is the way to earn people business. It seems to me that they only care about making the sale and then they assumed the client is going tp be okay with this lies. To make it even more interesting ! Now they tell me that in the system it shows as if I took delivery of the Mattress Base when they never showed up and they have to investigate in order for me to get my money back. What a way to loose a client and get a bad word out there to all the friends and family members. So I went ahead and went directly to El Dorado furniture located on 13755 North Kendall Drive and bought the same mattress with the same base at a better price and it was available for me immediately. What a difference in costumer service and transparency trough the transaction. Not overpromising at all and setting the right expectations should be always key in maintaining a healthy and prosperous business. It hurts to see thatsuch company has gotten to the point of not been costumer oriented.

If you can avoid this store and go to another one better than this one in particular, if theres one, please do it, the attention here is awful, all these Cuban people are lousy, loud and very unpolite, they have no idea about the promotions that they have and they always tell you whatever you want to hear everything to have their commission, they dont explain to you in detail the deals or promotions you just got the surprise at the end of the month, in your statement and you go to the store to have it fix, my God, you have to pray, specially if you have to talk to the manager, the one that I did he is so so hardheaded he did not understand a word that I said and much less a bank statement, maybe he never got one, the proof is there the store made a mistake but he didnt understand he did not want to see the mistake according to him the bank made the mistake, it was so uncomfortable, the bank going to charge you what the store is charging you, he kept looking and looking at the statement and he kept saying nonsenses, at the end I returned the item, he was right and the bank wrong. I have nothing against Cubans but the worst ended up working in retail stores where is require honest and respectful people and because of these kind of people Miami is seen like a third world country even from people coming from another state, its a shame, and therefore all Latin people are misjudged because of them.
I went in and bought 9K in Samsung appliances. This purchase was in December 2020, here we are 7 month later and I am still waiting for my cook top.
Had to wait to get help to buy 2 refrigerators. They seem short-staffed. Once we got help, the lady was pretty quick though. Another issue is that delivery was pretty expensive!
I like the variety of products in the store. The prices are good and the store is well maintained. My only issue is that the workers kind of attack you. Like you can’t shop in peace without having several workers asking you questions. Overall good store.

I would be extremely cautious purchasing from this store I bought a laptop from here that the screen was damaged internally and I had know idea it was damaged. Within week the screen started changing and flickering and they wouldnt return it and the managers Escobar and the higher manager above him didnt help or try to help there only interest of the store not the costumer. The higher up manager response was we get people that buy the $ 2000 laptops and we wont take it back and walked away. They didnt even bring in a qualify technician to revise the device. Escobar was extremely rude. I highly recommend to check your device if bought there at the store.

I wich I can give no stars to this Store, is the worst ever, we been waiting for some living room set delivery for more than a month now and when we finally received a call this morning with the news that finally they will be delivery by next Monday April 5 2021 between 3pm to 6pm I just received another call in the afternoon cancelling because they are out of stock, How is that possible and is not the first time they do that to us, we are making payments for something that we dont have, that we dont know when is going to be available and nobody knows nothing . The only explanation we received is that they are waiting for the containers but we are not willing to wait any more. If fhey dont the merchandise on them do not selled, the are plenty of furniture store oit there waiting to make some business.

Was told I was going to be getting a delivery of a dryer I purchased from them on Saturday so I took the day off drove to my home (under construction) and waited all day for them to tell me it was scheduled for the year 2023 in error. No problem it happens. I then received a voicemail by the sales rep stating it would be delivered Tuesday between 9-4. Once again took the day off, drove to the property and no delivery was made... apparently my time is not important and after spending thousands I will never buy from here again. Got my 6k appliance package price matched at Best Buy. Best Buy > Brandsmart

Broken box on merchandise. Manager was very ill mannered. The this damage box or leave. Did not bother to check to see it there was another box. We brought it because it was a coffeemaker my goddaughter wanted for her new apartment.

Went to this BrandsMart for the first time to buy a new wall unit AC, as Im tired of the negative experiences Ive had in the past at the Miami Gardens (167th St.) location. Even with a minor mistake made by the salesman, I was 100% satisfied with my experience here, and will be coming to this location from now on. Everything from the parking, stores layout, selection, friendliness of sales staff, and ease of check-out was just so much better. I would recommend others come to this location if possible.

I will never visit this store again in my life and will not recommend anybody to do.The salesman Ernesto was kind and professional but the upper managament have no idea of service.I bought a complete set of appliances with them, In each delivery the delivery team was rude and act that they were being paid by the second. They split my order in 4 deliveries and when I asked them to haul the old appliances they denied the service.After paying this store close to 10.000 in appliances I had to personally haul the old appliances.I went to the store and present the claim to the salesman, he talked to the appliance manager. When I explained the situation to this manager his resolution was to offer security to escort me out of the store and then left. 5 minutes later, the general manager showed up, after explaining to him the entire situation and explained to him that the only thing I wanted was for brandsmart to fulfill the services I paid for, he offered me 75.00 to compensate, seriously? And to make it even worse they never even gave them to me.This store is a complete joke, service is really bad and they have not idea of what they are doing.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Brandsmart for over 15 years. I love their prices, their electronics, and everything in general they sell at the store. In 2016, we purchased an LG Fridge (over $2000) and paid for the 5 year extended warranty. On September, 2017 we realized the fridge had issues, it was not cooling. We called Brandsmart’s customer service, and they set up an appointment for a technician to come and see the fridge. Technician came and ordered a part, and during that time the ice maker broke. Mind you that between appointment and appointment 2 whole months passed by, we have two small children in our house and a family of 7 in total, and had to manage to keep things fresh for us during all of that time since this is the only fridge we have. Just to make a very long story short, several claims were filed, and several technicians have come by. Up to this day, the ice maker still doesn’t work and the freezer is not cooling. Brandsmart is pushing the responsibility to the extended warranty company, and the extended warranty company has a bunch of disrespectful, dishonest and rude employees working for them that are not able to even get a supervisor or manager on the phone. This has been going on for 5 months, at this point, we are asking Brandsmart USA to replace the fridge for us, and not keep sending technicians to our home for no reason. One of our reference numbers was: 8875037-00. You should be able to verify this information in your records. We are paying for a fridge that hasn’t worked in 5 months, please is time for your company to take responsibility and make this situation right. Attached are pictures of the freezer door not closing completely after that last technician passed by, and the empty ice maker. Our next attempt if we get no answer will be to reach out to LG directly and BBB with a claim.You can call me using the information in your records.

I purchased a washer and dryer in 2018 at the Brandsmart store located in Dadeland in Miami, Florida. Along with this purchase, I was offered the warranty for 5 years. On the morning of February 9th, 2021, I woke up and noticed that my washer was not working. I immediately called the warranty department that was on the receipt and opened a ticket. After giving all the information requested by the customer service representative, I was surprised when he told me that they needed to obtain further information from the Brandsmart store and the estimated time frame to upload the information into the system was 3 business days. This, to me, is completely unacceptable. Why should I have to wait for my information to be uploaded into the system to produce a ticket and then wait even more time for a call from a service representative to schedule an appointment. Back in the day, you would call the warranty department, give them your customer identifier, and they would immediately schedule an appointment. Let me emphasize that I am a promising healthcare worker in the middle of a global pandemic. I am required to clean and wash my uniform daily. I live with my daughter and an elderly lady who is bed bound. Therefore, I am required to do laundry daily because of her health conditions. It is really upsetting that whenever you go purchase anything at Brandsmart, they encourage you to purchase a warranty. However, as a well known company, they fail to explain the protocols and ordeals that one has to go through with the warranty department.REVIEW UPDATE:I am extremely upset again with the outcome from my first review regarding warranty with Brandsmart and my washing machine. After my google review, I want to say that the folks from Brandsmart responded quickly. I received a call from them and they scheduled a service repair. They explained that the service repair person would be calling me the night before between 6 to 8PM to give me the scheduled time when he will be arriving to my house. On the day prior, I received a call after 8 PM and the man told me that he would be coming between 10 am and 12 PM. Keep in mind, during the entire process NO ONE asked me what was going on with the washing machine nor what message I was getting from the washing machine. Nevertheless, I spoke to the repair person that night and told him I was getting a flash message from the washing machine panel (F3 and F7). To which I told him that I had googled the message and according to google, it was something wrong with the panel. Therefore, I wanted to make him aware of the situation and to make sure that he had the parts and equipment available. His answer to this was that he had certain parts in his truck and that he will see.The man arrived to my house this morning and he called me when he was outside. Mind you, I told the same person last night that I am at work, but my daughter was at home. He asked me what message was the machine giving me and when I told him F3/F7 he said ok I’ll see and that this is going to take about 5 minutes. Within 2 minutes, my daughter called me and told me that the repair man had left and told her that he had to order the part. I called him back and he told me he did not have the part and that he had to order it. He explained that today was Friday and he did not know when he would receive it, he estimated probably sometime next week. Then once received, they would have to call me back and schedule an appointment again for installation. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WE ARE BACK TO SQUARE ONE! Never during this whole ordeal did someone ask me what was wrong with the washing machine, not one single person. Every time I spoke with the Warranty Department, they would say that they needed to get information from Brandsmart and an email had to be uploaded in their system regarding the Warranty and model of the washing machine in order for them to take any action. You would think that they would already have all the information and they would know if the parts were available or not. Now we are back to square one. Incredible.
If you re going to pickout a TV, I highly recommend Jonathan Gonzalez!!! I told him what i was looking for (55, great picture, long lasting) and he led me to the perfect TV for me. He took the time to explain to me the differences, he further qualified my needs, and by the end of my experience, I told him to pick which one he thought was best for me because I trusted him that much. The whole team at Brandsmart was quick, efficient, careful, and kind during my purchase. I love the fact that they sell refrigerators. Also I saw a squirrel trying to crawl up the... cockroaches are amazing pets to have when you have no friends.I I dont have any friends so I spend my days walking around BrandsMart looking for squirrels.. rocket ships that they installed at Burger King next to the BrandsMart also Pizza planet has a sale on cars trucks and limousines..Im giving you five stars because life is crazy at least let me write this crazy review..... this review will emphasize that my complete nonsense has nothing to do with the liquor store... lets continue... understanding that BrandsMart is the best place to shop for brand new toilets.. refrigerators were on sale for buy one get one free... (DO NOT BUY ONLINE) Worst costumer service they cancel my online order 4 times for no reason i they wont give an explantion they wont refund your money back to bank account asap worst place to buy, wont buy nothing from brandsmart anymore. Im filling a clomplaint on BBB.(Repeat)Do not buy online they will cancel your order.
Good morning my name is Alain and this is the 4 time that I contacted Brandsmart customer service. The 3 times before I went directly to the store but the answer was always the same “we are expecting a shipment next month and you are the 7th person in the waiting list, we are expecting around 10 articles like the one you purchase you should be contact for delivery”. I already bought this item in July 3rd 2020 and I’ve been paying for it since then but nobody can give an answer of when I will receive it. I understand that with all COVID-19 situation production and shipments are delayed but come on 6 months and still Brandsmart didn’t receive a single shipment from Samsung? Now I cannot even communicate with the store by phone because I called and they have a machine announcement with the store hours for the Christmas Holidays and we are about to finish January. I think this situation is very disrespectful because Brandsmart is making money without satisfied their clients is a fraud.
Walked in and was led immediately to the area where I could find exactly what I was looking for. Excellent price. On my way home in a matter of minutes.
Don’t go here ever, they’re super rude Jose one of the managers told me he don’t want to sell me a product that they have in Store even when I have the money, they’re the worst customer I have seen in my life RIP Brandsmart never again going to any or your Stores #worstserviceever
