I took my car for windows tinting, the job was great, but I lost my Beach Unbrella (Tommy Bahamas ) that was inside the car !!! Details!!!

This is a really nice place, the owner Marcus, take care personally of the job done, literally he personally removed part of a hard to die old windows tint in the back windows using vapor, and the staff is really friendly and professional, specially Hector.

Friendly people, however, delivered the car by 10am. The car was not finished on the same day. Picked up the mediocre interior detail at 4pm the following day. Difficult to recommend this place.

I have been meaning to write a review for a long time but never got around to it. I am very annoyed and disappointed at the fact that I spent to much money to fix my car and the paint job is horrendous. It’s a black car. How hard is it to leave 2 doors to the original black color. I took it back after a week of receiving it and Marco just added a gloss to it which did nothing. My car looks so bad. I took it to another auto place and the guy told me they did a really bad job and to take it back but it’s been a while since they fixed it so I’ll just take the hit for it and eventually find more money to fix it elsewhere.

This is the most under- rated auto body shop in Miami. They did an amazing job fixing up my car AND returned it super clean! I will be referring all of my friends and family here.

I came to Auto Perfection for a detail service the dealer was going to charge $480 for and AP took care of it for $40! I pulled up and they took care of it quickly on the spot within 20 minutes.I will be going back for sure!

Great, friendly, and affordable! I am a young female so am always nervous about getting ripped off at car repair shops but this place was fantastic. Marc was so friendly and quoted me around $600 for dents and scratches on my car. This is after I went to two different car repair shops that quoted me $2,500 and $1,600 for the same damages. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy repair shop, this is the place to go! I will definitely be back.

Great place, they do it all... Tints, body repair, you name, they do it. Very respectful workers. Other places should learn from Auto Perfection how to treat customers.....

Beware. Bait and switch. Wrote up an estimate ($300 total) for bumper repair and to take care of surface scratches before turning in my lease. Went to drop it off and they wanted an extra $25 per panel for buffing out the scratches and said it wasnt included in the original estimate (even though it was written in the estimate). Other places are more expensive, but at least theyre honest.

Don’t recommend this place at all! Was promised car by ideally Saturday I said Monday if really have to. When I called Monday after car being there for a week I was told they sent the wrong car door. I was simply confused and frustrated that I was told it would be taken care of and when I call Monday you don’t even have the door and a week goes by?! If you want a car shop entry you have to constantly call to make sure service is done this is your spot! I was promised car hold be vacuumed and perfect inside it wasn’t! Marc the owner simply told me it doesn’t have to be perfect. It wasn’t washed perfectly and there was a new scratch when I picked up my car. For the money and customer service I don’t recommend this place. Only saving grace was Fernando who helped me after seeing how upset I was Tuesday when I picked up the car!

I’ve brought my past five Hondas to these great folks, since early 1990’s, high school days. They have performed all my window tinting, alarms, detailing, and stereo installations. I still drive down from Broward for their amazing service. I trust no one else. They still hold true as one of the few honest and capable family owned businesses in Miami.

Horrible experience. Stay away. Rip off and scam artist there. Paid a fortune to have my car repaired and it lasted for just a few days until the same issue occurred again. Marc refused to fix it correctly they way it shouldve been fixed initially and said I would have to pay even more. AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I went to fix a dent my car had in the back rear. They said it needed a replacement and a paint job. I trusted they knew what they were doing and when I got my car back it had paint all over it. They left paint smears in the front of the car, trying to match the color, which they didnt care to remove. I found paint inside of my taillight and they told me they couldnt do anything about it. After I got my car a car wash, my front windshield was filled of paint particles, meaning paint was sprayed without being cautious of it landing all over my car. After taking it back for them to fix it, I kept finding more and more paint everywhere. I decided to take it elsewhere because taking it back would only make it worse. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE, UNLESS THEY WANT A UNPROFESSIONAL JOB DONE. Waste of my money and time. Never again.

I took my car here recently for a simple dent fix and it took two extra days than expected. When I went to pick up my car there was over spray on the panel that was being repaired and throughout the entire car (paint spray particles on all the windows including the windshield were found. I had to leave my car there an extra day for them to try and clean what they did and still didnt solve the problem.) Also, they left smears of paint all over the vehicle trying to match color. The taillight of the car had paint inside, when I explained what I had seen they informed me they couldnt clean it. Now going to a different shop to fix what they did and getting charged less than what this shop charged me. I payed a lot of money to realize Ill never go to this shop again.

Its a very busy place but they still managed to give you good service. I had my windows tinted here they did a great job and very reasonably priced.

I would never bring my car to that place. I commute through the metrorail station next to it daily. When they close they alow the homeless to drink and use illegal substances a few feet from your vehicle. Who knows whats going on when the service workers arent there. Probably cleaning your car out of the valuables. The smell of marijuana and alchohol is so strong in the evening it make the adcjacent parking lot smell like a dispensary.

These guys were nice, price was good as well, I paid $100 USD for my tints all around on a Toyota Tacoma 2015 4 door Cab. I was able to leave my car there and go back to work and just came later in the day to pick it up. I am still waiting to judge the final product in about a week or two to see how well it was done, I will keep posted.

After coming here for years of great service and experience now the opposite. Windows peeling and coming back for a second time to repair bubbling on a window and a second window peeling they arent willing to stay open later to fix the problem. Im expected to take off work yet again?!! highly advise against coming here.

Marc charged me more than he quoted me on the phone when i called to make an appointment, he told me 20 minutes and I waited 1hr and half. Then I realize they had also scratched the side panel of my brand new car!!! When I called the store he was rude and would not own up to it.

I took my car to get my bumper fixed. They kept my car for 4 days and the quality of work was horrible. They were very sloppy, paint was left in places where you shouldnt have painted. My trunk was left dirty, full of white powder from sanding the car I guess. I dont recommend this place at all.

Went to get my bmw tinted, theycut into my windows, a weather strip, a big portion and there were stuff inside the tint. Pointed out the damages to themain guy and I quote “No one cut into your weather strip deliberately it happens.” NEVER HAVE THEM TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN!!

THIEFS THIEFS THIEFS!!!! They STOLED my 300.00 Ray Bans from the glove compartment!!! Dont go here!! I dropped my car off and the I realized that I left my extra pair of sunglasses in the glove, I was going to call the Lady (owners wife) at the front desk and ask her to hold them for me but I didnt. BIG MISTAKE!!! When I arrived to my car, I checked and sure enough the case was there but it was empty!!! The owner Marc didnt even question his workers and told me I was wrong and he was 100% right actually 150% right and that his workers didnt take them. Guess what Marc, youre wrong the sunglasses are not in my home, and youre COSTUMER SERVICE SUCKS!! Of course his workers steal and will continue to too, because their own boss/business owner allows them to get away with it!! Shame on you Marc. Havent you ever heard the saying The costumer is always right? Im sure you have but with that attitude you have, you just couldnt care any less!

When i went to get my tints done at HELLS TINTING they did half A$$ job so i had to come back the next day to get them redone.The owner was so rude called my car old ass car said they do all the cars like this and im just being picky.I got refund and tints off my car then when i got home i noticed my driver window has scratches all over it from him taking it off (the owner) called back next day to see if they can fix my scratched window.He said its my car now and i have to deal with it they name MARCO and LORI dont take your car there they should call them Auto DESTRUCTION!
