I love this place because it is the easiest thing I can purchase (gift card) for special occasions, and my husband LOVES going there and being pampered. The associates are always very nice and attentive. The store is small, but very elegant. I cannot review on the shaving because I have never used the service, but I love how my hubby looks when he gets a shave there.

I spent $440 with this company - I specifically asked for an item that can trim hair, and was just up sold the most expensive shaver. Come to find out it’s not even a good shaver and can’t trim hair.I emailed customer service and they told me I can get a full refund in store - but the store manager “Mickey” at Boca Raton Mall refused to do it.The customer service number doesn’t even work and you have to go through the most roundabout process to even try and get someone.... I have still not been given a refund. So now the company has their item back AND my $400 plus dollars.This company just wants to take your money and run.This company should be shut down.

It was really bat, i ask for service and they said NO, it was today a 2:30 pm . The employee doing nothing .
