Paid $1,300 to have my car fixed. It ran two weeks. Took it back. They said it wasnt what they charged me for it the transmission. They recommended Alonso Transmissions. Took it their. Not the transmission but the front axles that Tires Plus had charged me $1,300 for just two weeks previously.

This is my 3rd time coming here because I wanted to give them a chance and I also live around the block . The service never changes . Service is always super poor . I Highly don’t recommend this place if your car is foreign. This will be my last time coming here . Employees are never rude, just really poor service that needs to be addressed in this place. If you guys are expensive, I expect Amazing services . I am a paying customer .

Worst place and service I have received in my whole life. They close two hours earlier than what the regular schedule says. Today I drew the line when I got here at 5:30 and the man coming out of the store told me yeah we are close we close at 6 and I told them I just called you and you said you closed at 7.He said its 6 am OUT. Rude and arrogant from the very beginning! Ive been coming here for years with my mom, but that ends today. I declined an alignment that I didnt need and Oscar, clearly offended, again tried to pressure me even though I just came in for a rotation and balance. Never asked me how I wanted the rotation done because they dont make money off those ($50 for the balance so its not like I got away with anything!). Despite my saying it was a FWD car, he dismissed me and did a basic front-to-back rotation and was again rude and defensive when I brought this to his attention. No apologies were made and no solutions were given. Other locations in Miami have horrible reviews as well. Company must REALLY be going downhill!

I’m only leaving a one star so I can enter my experience at this place. They are very dishonest. Always trying to sell you unnecessary services or products. And to top it off, you come with a flat tire and they come to you with an additional slashed tire that “needs replacement for a new one”. This place needs to be reported to consumers service right away.

I have to say I am completely surprised and extremely happy with the customer service at this location!! Another location made a huge mistake I won’t mention the what location. But this location to control of the situation and rectified it with no extra charge that shows huge customer service some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Awesome place with very helpful employees and management. Came in for four new tires and an oil change and am very pleased with the service. The manager was very informative and friendly. You can tell he values his customers. Also is VERY military friendly and goes above and beyond for service members. I would highly recommend using this Tires Plus location for tire purchases as well as general maintenance. Will definitely be back.

The low reviews on here make no sense. If you come in with a good attitude and understand that repairs take time and money you will have no problems. Both Jorge and Richard are amazing people who have helped with my Nissan that I had to buy after my accident. The repairs have never had issues and I will be sad to move away from this place.

Great experience at this location. First and foremost, the the team here is knowledgeable from the tire guys to the manager and they are time efficient. They were very thorough and caught things that needed my attention while another location did not and even though I know about vehicles took the time to show me the issue even though it was small. I do recommend their road hazard protection if you buy tires, it will save you money when you hit that unavoidable object on the turnpike (or wherever). Ill be returning to this location again for a wheel alignment soon since they have some of the newest tech at their disposal. Thanks guys

Service is a bit slow but done right. The shop is running on its own time which is a bit late but the service given is decent and the prices are competitive. Tire I asked for were not in stock so the the manager offered a different model not as good but on sale and great product.BUT AFTER I AGREED TO THE TIRE FOUND OUT IT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WOULD BE NEEDED TO BE SENT OUT FOR communication in this shop is a bit lack but All in all visit was a success but again service is very slow.

Im not going back here. I brought my car on two occasions, and both times left feeling like I got ripped off. Im not a car expert and cant prove anything; but I was upsold a lot of expensive work both times ($1200!!) that Im not sure was needed. For my latest repair I went to another local garage, they said everything looks good and only charged me $110.

THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME!!! I went to Tires Plus and asked for them to replace 2 tires and do an alignment $340. I got a call from them telling me that all four tires were bad and so were all the shocks and it would cost $2576 to do everything. I said “no just do the work I requested.” When they finished I immediately drove to Toyota of West Hollywood. They inspected the car and told me that the shocks are fine and the other two tires are ok for at least 6 months. They were trying to rip me off for $2000!!! I will never go back there again!

Awful place, the staff just trying to overcharge you all the time. The part they changed in my car costs $55 at Advance Auto Parts, but they charged $171 for the part and $232 for the labor. Dont be fooled by paying triple price!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACEI want to report that I was the victim of an immoral act within this service center. Here, damage is done to vehicles manipulated by the workers themselves. In my case I made an oil change to my car on 07/09/19 and at the time of being in the place the manager called me to go see something in my car. It indicates to me that the rim had a nut but by the characteristics of the position of the nut, the separation that it had of the rubber, the wear of the nut did not correspond with what it was announcing. I commented that this was impossible because from where I came (Fort Louderdale) to Kendall (where I live) it was impossible that I could successfully reach kendall without having been injured. The route was 48 miles at a speed of 60 miles and this is impossible. Pedi will show me the cameras of the place and they refused and they told me that they did not have a camera. However, they did not care that I had my 2 small children with me and they left me the car with the answer without giving me a solution. Obviously I went to another place to finish solving the problem. Spend more than you could at the time. I can assure you that this place creates situations to earn more money. I can send evidence of what happened because I took a photographIt is important to note that the manager for that moment always insisted on applying for a card, balancing the car, aligning. Always looking for ways to place more service to generate more sales and as I refuse to acquire something additional then I think it was a way to get what I wanted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I work every day except Sundays, and I need my car serviced on weekends. very inconvenient to go and get tires rotated with my lifetime service, and be told there are 6 cars in front of you and he may mot be able to get it done. because people called in sick. This place is a mess. I came here because I looked up my tires online and saw they had the cheapest price. I asked for the specific tires. They say they didnt have them. I checked online again. It said they were available. The guy who worked there said that was wrong. While he was checking for other tires, a mechanic came in with a part in his hand and told him that he didnt have the splitter for that part and they had to order it because he couldnt do the repair with that part. The guy helping me said in Spanish in a low voice, Just split it and use electric tape. Then, in English he motioned to a woman in the lobby and said, We have the part. We are going to install it.

I had a nail on my tire. took it to Tire plus then told me i need a new tire plus alignment. Mind you this was all done my looking at thre tire on the car. Not looking for the nail. The wait time was 5 hours. priced everything out for me $565. I went to Tire Kingtom next to publix. i just told them i have a nail 20 mins later 25$ done.

I was overcharged in my opinion for patching up a small hole in a tire and then on top of that they ask me to leave the tire and come back 2 hours later. Once they called again I came to pick up the tire the guy at the front desk rolls the tire out and when I ask him to install it (how dare I) he gives me a BS excuse about how the shop is shorthanded and I can either wait another 2 hours or just take the tire. To top it off while I write this post (which took me 15 mins) Im just parked here in front of the shop and the guy who charged me has not moved his behind from in front of the computer. I will definitely be contacting the company tomorrow to make an official complaint .

They are scammers. They said my rav4 with only 25k miles front brakes were wore out. I asked them to show me the pads but they didnt. I asked to replace brake pads with ceramic ones. They agreed and even charged me for them as shown on receipt. Later I found out they actually didnt put ceramic pads on there but much cheaper ones but was charged ceramic price. They also changed my oil and was supposed to be synthetic but now wonder if it even is. I dont trust them and will never be back

Not too friendly service, I have strong suspecious they messed up my car. I went to have new tires installed, they did some work on one axel, and right after this the car began leaking oil from the same side they worked on. Of course I confronted them, but they said it was just a coincidence.

Horrible!!!!! Please run!!! I went in for a oil change and it was the beginning of a disaster!!!!! After receiving a oil Change, we were told that our transmission hose needed to be replaced. We agreed and the procedure was done, after we drove off its was only an hour later and the transmission hose came a loose. After breaking down in the middle of an inner section, we had to beg tire plus to assist us with getting the car back to the store. For 2wks I fought with corporate office to finish the work properly but to no avail. Afterward they suggested that the car be sent to its brother company fire stone and they also tried to rip us off for a mistake They had made and was requesting that we pay over $2500 just to tighten a loose transmission hose which we later found out by local mechanic! Tire plus is a dis honest company that tries to steal money from its customers. Supervisors were non chalont when told that my husband and I could have died because of employees did not tighten tubes properly.

Had my starter replaced on my 2002 VW jetta here after receiving a faulty model from them and luckily I was still under warranty. It is a simple procedure but requires the battery to be removed. After the repair I noticed that my radio had locked up and entered safe mode. I spoke to the manager and apparently during the repairs the mechanic neglected to use a memory minder when he removed the batter so the memory in my dashboard reset. Rather than admitting this to me, he chose to tell me that it happens all the time when the battery is removed, that it is something normal, it is my fault for not having the radio code available for a car I bought used and that they cannot remove my radio in order to find the serial number to call the dealership and get my code. Basically due to their inability to take a simple precaution now I have to go through the hassle of getting the code from the dealership and either removing the radio myself or paying someone to remove it for me. I will never take my car to Tire plus again, this is a basic simple step to overlook during a simple procedure, I do not want to think about what they would overlook during a more complex task.

So, i asked a friend if he knew of a mechanic from his church. He told me that a christian mechanic is an oxymoron...really?....sad.Do mechanics get paid a comish above their salaries? if they do, that may help to explain certain things.

The customer service is very bad, I made a reservation to change the oil, rotate the tires and adjust the alignment, with the second one it is free since the tires were bought in tires plus and the supposed warranty is for life during the duration of the same, These were bought in 2014 according to them, before in the application you could review the purchases, now you can not and I do not have the invoice at hand. I only do 8000 miles per year since it is a truck and I only use it for outings some weekends outside the city and also during the year and a half of the pandemic I have not moved the vehicle. Likewise, the concept of the alignment bought the service of three years of alignment and it has only been a year and a half therefore it is already paid. But here is the situation, the boy who attended me said that they could not rotate the tires because they were very old and had brittle lines I mark them with chalk (I attach photos) and that the alignment did not either because he had to change the tires. I told him that this was not to say things by denying the warranty service and forcing a purchase, that the alignment had to do with not buying the tires. I required him to do the oil change and alignment. Here the problem began, the appointment was at 11:00 am and I arrived at 10:15, there was only one vehicle and they told me that when I left they would attend to mine, I saw that my vehicle went in to change the oil, after doing so they took it out And they parked it nearby, the vehicle that was in alignment came out and I saw another vehicle enter to line up as well, I asked the clerk that in theory mine was the one that should enter, he told me that it was first, when I finished I was following mine, I spent a while and another one also entered to line up I returned to claim the turn and the clerk went to ask, I spoke with the workshop and they told him that they had aligned him for a while, when I found out, I complained that because he had me waiting for something that supposedly already They had made, that this was not a way to attend a service that had been requested in advance, and an alignment that I doubt that they had done it. I told him that I was going to report the bad service, I also asked him for the bill for the service and he told me that they would send it to me by e-mail, to date I have not received it. This is my point of opinion: a company like Tires Plus, which is a large recognized company in the USA, depends on the image that they provide in the service points, which have a trained and qualified human factor for the services offered in their advertising to the satisfaction of the user and I do not understand that a service is denied because they consider the purchase old and due to lack of use, for example if they offer tires with a supposed lifetime guarantee according to their tire mileage for 80,000 miles, with average use of 14,000 miles per year of use would take 5.7 years to expire your warranty. But the guarantee never says that it is only for 3 years of use on average because later it is considered old and that without a pandemic due to downtime of non-use, all this to avoid an acceptance of the guarantee for average use and not to force a customer Denying him the services already paid for not buying new tires, the mileage record when buying the tires with the current one does not exceed more than 25,000 miles, I do not know if these are on average 50,000 or less and that they have the brittle points marked In the photos, therefore there is no guarantee of anything but to buy again and hope that there are no more pandemics that lengthen the time of inactive periods, if they are bought again. Conclusion: I was left with the distaste of non-alignment, an hour and a half oil change not counting the 45 minutes that arrived early, the caramel with the waiting times even though they had supposedly done the job and that in the Next re-read the warranty if it says it is only for 3 or 4 years of service or mileage, whichever comes first, for it to expire.

I went to service my car, everything perfect. What I did not like was that there is no feedback with the client. I tried to ask and they told me that the information was sent by email, that is, there is no empathy or a recommendation. Just what it says on the PAPER. this is my perception. Greetings and thanks
