Fast worker, good product

I am so happy I chose to tint my car at Cartronics.I was initially helped by Victor who was extremely helpful and patient with my indecision on the shade I would like to tint my car. Once I finally decided, they got straight to work and were done in 30 minutes! The quality and affordability is incredible. I will be taking any and all future cars to Cartronics.

Ive had a couple of cars tinted at Cartronics, with yesterday being the latest one. They are professional, enthusiastic, friendly and great to work with. Yesterday, they even got it done while I waited. Quality of the job is outstanding - it looks perfect. If you need your windows tinted, or any stereo / car electronic work, I highly recommend - you will not be disappointed!

Terrible customer service. They don’t know how to hook up sound right. One second it was my speaker then it was the amp! Fire everyone there because they are wack and knows nothing about how to hookup audio. Wasted my whole day to have to go somewhere else the next day!

Looks can be deceiving, Thats this place. I went in to get my 2 front windows on my truck I recently got. I was there at 9 am with appointment and all. Didnt receive my truck back like until 10:45 am. At first the windows seem great from far but up close you see all the mistakes and bubbles. Was told I have a year warranty and if all the bubbles are not gone to come back and will be replace. 1 week later I have to come back because bubbles every where and now I notice more mistakes and dust in the windows like it wasnt clean. Completely bad attitude was told I dont do warranty jobs on the weekend,Funny thing is theres was guy there from my first visit the they didnt do a good job or having issues from what they did there before. Very disappointed I just left because I dont want to waste any more time,money,gas going there and for them not to do anything or just leave it worst. Its to bad because I was gonna have other things I want in my truck done there, so now I would never go back or recommend them but my biggest regret was paying cash, I would have paid credit I would decline the charge for a bad job. So im leaving this review because is bad enough I have to go back for a job it should have been done right from the beginning. Dont let the other reviews fool you, most of them probably belong to friends and family.

I went to this shop to get recommendations for a complete stereo upgrade for my 2014 Porsche Cayman S. They designed a system using mainly Alpine components and stayed within the budget I was looking to spend. The install went great other than taking a little longer than I expected and the new stereo in my car sounds great! The components used are top of the line and perfect for what I wanted in this car. They did not try to sell me more than what I wanted, which I appreciated. The stereo upgrade was well worth the expense and now I have amazing sound in a pretty awesome car! Thanks to Cartronics for taking care of all my auto sound needs!

Made an appointment, left my car with them and still nothing got done. Worst customer service

I took my Toyota Highlander on Friday to have the front tints installed. They ended up being too dark for me. They allowed me to go on Saturday and they changed the tints for me right away. Not only are the products they sell incredible, but so is their customer service. Thank you so much for making my new car perfect!

Carlos is nice, they have a Spanish individual that soaked my seats because, when I brought it to his attention, he first said well my car got wet as well ...I am your customer you cover the seats, you make sure you dont ruin a customers vehicle! Then he came into the office and went off on me. And additionally some sort of stain on one of my passengers window frame.

Cartronics is the real deal. These guys are true professionals and I wouldn’t take my Tundra anywhere else. New system sounds amazing, and they also did LEDs for my headlights. I’ve already sent family over with their trucks.

I had a new system installed last year to replace my stock radio in my 2007 Mustang convertible. I HIGHLY recommend this business they got us to move out of the CD era and into Bluetooth/USB. Also installed a backup camera which works perfectly. Such a professional installation and GREAT customer service! I went back about 9 months later after the installation after I had some interior AC vent repairs done at another shop which caused the microphone to not work. My mechanic forgot to plug it back in. They pulled my car in and pulled out the radio and plugged the mic back in NO CHARGE. Again the best car audio and alarm sales and service in Miami!

After an initial hiccup with the remote start that was installed, the owner, Phil understood and went to great lengths to not just fix the issue, but go up and beyond what was expected. I am pleased with the alarm/remote start system that replaced what was initially installed.

Excellent service and performance. Juan Carlos Arellano took care of my car and he did a fantastic job. I feel much safer while driving with the Bluetooth and the backup camera. 5 stars is not enough for this place. Had Exotic Sounds on Dixie Hwy replace my factory unit with a Pioneer. Brought car to Exotic Sounds at 10AM finished at 745PM, no Apple car play, no front speakers working, no Idatalinnk. Cartronics did the job correct, fixing the mess from Exotic Sounds, USB installed correctly, Idatalink working. Nelson at Cartronics even helped me setup the Pioneer unit correctly with my phone. Will be back there for cameras and upgrade my other car. They know what they are doing, true professionals.

I currently live down in Key West and these guys were worth the 4 hour drive up to Miami. Great service by Carlos and the crew, definitely coming back for more work.

Amateur work is what it all comes down to. Scratched my original paint on my mint 300zx and then sent me to a low end paint and body place to fix it. They ended up making it worst with subpar painting whick now looks like orange peel. No attention to detail when installing the audio system with logos not pointing the same direction. Alarm system proximity sensors dont seem to work properly either. I would avoid them if you are attached to your car. Most likely fake reviews.

Horrific experience, they make you pay 45 to tell you, sorry we cant fix this or they will upsell you something you were not looking for in the first place. Don’t waste your time.

I want to warn any customer that thinks of coming to the store that the owner is a cheapskate and a liar in my opinion from the way he treated me. I spent over two grand to have him put some equipment in my new be hicle they put it in wrong and it cracked the shifter in my new Mercedes van it cost me over $2500. When I asked the owner to pay me he wouldn’t answer the phone and was hiding his name is les this man wise for every nickel he’s earned. If you have a nice brand new expensive vehicle do not bring it to this place they do not stand behind their work they don’t stand behind their workers either . I saw a worker there with a broken arm that just had surgery who is being forced to work with a broken arm. I could see his blood pressure was so high his face was flushed he was in so much pain it was pathetic. This is how he treats he workers when told to every penny for himself he wants his workers to come in after surgery with a broken arm having high blood pressure so his never healed properly that’s how he treats Workers and customers.The radio he installed for me blew up. No warranty no help no credit towards anything this is what causes business in our to go out I could only wish how foul what he does to people his workers and his customers. They have no quality control other than making sure they Bill as much as they can and have no warranties. If you have any issues with it and forget it they will not help you go to a major store to get anything done then you don’t have to deal The owner is a crook. HeWill be in court for not paying for my shifterDamage. Benz of Miami Road up that the person that installed the back up camera wrap the wire around the shifts are which caused it to crack that cost me $1800. They identified les as the culprit who came there and looked at it and they confirmed that it was his work that’s cracked the shifter. I called he multiple times that he would not return the phone call or answer it. Friendly reliable service.

We brought my sons car here because something was constantly draining the battery; we thought it was the amp and subwoofers that a friend of his installed. Cartronics checked everything out and discovered that it was the Bluetooth module that was original to the car (an Acura TL), which my wife had the dealer disconnect years ago for the same reason (constantly drawing power). Apparently, when I had the headliner replaced on the car, those workers had reconnected the faulty Bluetooth module. Cartronics removed the module and also upgraded the wiring for the amp; the wiring that had come with the kit was cheap and could have started a fire. They even rewired some speakers where the polarity had been switched, moved the microphone for the new stereo to the proper place in the ceiling, and replaced the bulbs in the interior lights. They stayed as close as possible to the original quote even though they put in way more work on the car. I know this is true, because my son told me what a horrible pain it was to install the new stereo the first time - in a 2006 Acura TL, almost everything has to be removed to get to the wiring. The technician who worked on the car - I think his name was Cito - went above and beyond. He was the one who moved the microphone, replaced the lights, and even trimmed the dash so the new radio fit better - all beyond the scope of the work requested. I would not hesitate to bring my car here - they are honest, dedicated, and obviously take pride in their work. I could not be happier with the results.
