OMG 😳 the place was crowded.... It looks like everything was for free! Seriously there was about 50 people standing in line to pay!Note....no shopping carts... When I asked for a shopping cart to a manager... She told me that I had to get one or wait or wait for one... and she offered me a motorized one she said it will be faster.

Overall got everything I wanted. This store is busy, a little crowded in some areas. Checkout at self checkout went fine. Would give store 5 stars if store employees would be more engaging.

Parking is always a pain unless you go really early in the morning. If you order curbside pickup chances are someone is parked in the spot and went inside to shop. Lines are always long. Help is minimal. The availability of products is usually good. I go because its the closest one to me but I try to avoid going as much as possible.

What a beautiful Supermarket with so many fresh produce so many healthy alternatives and also such good quality of meats I was amazed that they had english-style bangers also they had a German style bangers they had a roasted fresh garlic made fresh peeled garlic minced garlic its a beautiful place for culinary Enthusiast or culinary master also great place to shop the only thing is that Im not seeing anybody clean the shopping carts in this moment of covid come on guys step it up with the cleanliness

Cosmetics store is closed when store is open. Asked politely if all the Walmart Supercenter closes the cosmetic dept. The associate responded most work differently.I find it kinda strange from a corporation.

I bought a Coleman propane camp lantern at Walmart and got it home, put it together, and saw that it was missing two pieces. Looked like someone probably needed pieces and stole them. It happens so ok, I drove back to return it. I approached Customer Service and was told by an employee that the line was on the other side of the entrance area. I stood there (see photo) for 10 minutes before being told till move up. Then I saw the reason for the delay: one person handling the returns, complaints, and everything else they have to handle. At one point the line was a dozen people long and they couldnt bring in another employee??? Wow. 30 minutes total to return an item is entirely too long. Managers need to watch this. Customer service is more important than the products you sell.

Unfortunately like made fun of online, only two registers open and rest self checkout. Long lines to get out and honesty poor support.

Easier than expected when I needed to return an item I ordered on line. The woman was alone behind the counter, she was amazing. (This is the Walmart on152 and kendall. ) Prices good, had most of what I was looking for. Went on a week day around 11AM. Good parking in shade.

I got what I hope is my SD card for the switch with no trouble. I have my 15 days to return it if I realize I got the wrong product.My reason for 5 stars besides the nice hospitality is that my relative fell in love with the sheer quantity of diverse products here in Walmart and their smile was enough for me to appreciate this super center more.Edit: it was the SD card I needed. I would bump it up hut I already put it to 5 star the review. Shame.

This Walmart is amazing, I eat only gluten free and was able to find a huge variety of the breads and foods I can eat, so convenient! Loves it!

I love Wal-Mart great products & prices.I go for one thing end leaving with more.Fishing rods reels hook leadsCamping,sleeping mattress etc.Need to walk the store to enjoy what you see.Love the savings.There is this very small pies made of cherryblue berries,pumpkin and others flavors at the bakery that I buy & love.They have anything you are looking for.They fallow covid 19Everything clean plenty parking.Handycap parking.Employees are always nice and helpful.

Employees dont want to answer the door they dont want to help customers. Stood back by the receiving door for 30 minutes and no one will answer but I hear voices inside.

I go to a lot of Walmarts during my travels & lately they have been doing some resets and while most are needed some just are inconvenient as all hell. The one going on in this store had a lot of areas that were impossible to navigate around making shopping for groceries a huge pain. Also waited for almost 30 minutes for someone just to unlock the knives case so I could purchase one. It took me three employees to finally get it & that is what I call ridiculous! I did end up getting my shopping done but the extra 45 minutes is the reason I chose 3 stars vs 5.

Always have what I need at an affordable price. If I just wanna be left alone (service is not a priority here), get what I need and leave, this is the place to do it. The self check-out is great for that too. Sometimes I walk around and look at things simply because the prices are so reasonable its hard not to get more than what I came for lol

The store was too busy no Carts in store. I am used to the Doral Super Store find it more comfortable to shop at.

The checkout can be a hassle during the closing hours (time - 11 pm). Highly recommended not to visit during these times. Decent selection of clothes.

Average WalMart, they have everything and are open 24/7, very close to home so thats a plus. We dont buy groceries here, just general stuff we might need fast! This place is always packed, specially weekends, so plan accordingly! Curb side pickup when ordering online really works great at this location, I use it all the time!

Horrible! Only ONE register open on a Saturday morning. I was waiting in line for over 45 minutes. I started calling the store as I was standing in line and no one answered. I walked to Customer Service and I asked for a manager and I was told that there was no store manager on the weekends. I asked why no one was answering the phone and I was told the office didnt open until 2p.m.

Parking lot was clean and quick to locate a parking spot. Went in to buy bags of dog food. Going to the check out is always a pain and takes a while to get out.

System was down today impossible to pay for anything. At other times massive long lines at checkout and very few cashier.

Great place to get all essentials from milk, eggs, meat, fish, poultry, farm fresh fruit and vegetables, cakes, bread or desserts, housewares, tires, pet food, live plants, new bed sheets, tv station, a new writing desk, coffee pot or knives, from baking supplies, to clothing for everyone in your household. You can go wrong at Walmart!

Google needs to start giving an option for no stars.I’ve had issues with WalMart way before COVID-19 . But today was just the icing on the cake. I went to go buy the Summer Waves 45-inch wading pool to use for some projects but I couldn’t find it in the Sporting department and I didn’t know where else to look (It was in the Gardening Department - my family who weren’t with me had to help me figure it out). So I found one employee and they told me to go to the Fitting Room Department and ask them to request assistance over the speakers for me, which they did. But I spent about 10 minutes at the Sports Department near the register (where there was no one) waiting for assistance. No one ever came to help and I heard several announcements after mine asking for assistance in multiple different departments. After waiting 10 minutes in the Sports Department, I called the number listed for this WalMart and requested to speak to an associate - no one answers the phone and it hangs up after you’ve been on the line for about 5 minutes. I called 6 times, only cancelling two of them. From the Sports Department’s phone, I could see myself calling and no one answering. I normally try to do all my shopping without help and rarely go to WalMart because of constant experiences like this. But this experience today was absolutely unacceptable. Especially since I made it clear to stand in a visible area and was waiting for assistance - it should not have taken over 10 minutes for help nor should each call not be answered. While waiting for someone to assist me in the Sports Department, I was on my phone browsing through Amazon, looking for the wading pool or something similar (or even better). This experience was so unacceptable, that it doesn’t come as a surprise why people are using Amazon’s services more and more. The managers and employees need to be trained a lot better especially to improve customer experience (and maybe hire more people to help customer experience as well).

Lately not very well supplied, horrible customer service.Theres one thing I do not understand. Why they invest money building too many cash register lines If only 2 or 3 are going to be working. This is not because of the Pandemic, since they started this its been like this. In my opinion is a disrespect to their customers not to provide the service promised and advertised on tv everyday.

The need to pay attention on their cashiers; some of then are unfortunately: nasty, they dont have the minimal education to treat people. This Store always is so crowded and they dont put able the cashiers, They just have 2 cashiers able.. And everybody has to make the lone line even they have open self-cashier but that is not enough for the dimentions of that store. I hope this problem can be solve by the Manager at the end....

This place is the worst Walmart Ive been to. There is never any karts, the AC is never on and is hot and musty. I cant ever find anything I need from here. I cant find the things I am looking for that I know they have in Walmarts 30 minutes North of it, I just settle and buy what I can find thats close enough to what Im looking for.

Well I went to cut my hair, and Odalys was great and chopped 4 inches off. Then she recommended Miller all natural product to make top of hair grow. So I bought a few things.

No one ever picks up the phone. Worse retailer to call. Seems they don’t care. When they pick up they hang up on you. Horrible customer service!

Miguel from Paint department offered me an Excelent customer service. I needed a base it wasnt exposed on the shelve and he looked it in the stockroom for me in order to prepare the color I needed.

Typical Walmart. However they have certain items locked up due to theft. The photo alone should speak to how much they care about their store.

Its great, you have near big store, but sometimes in the night, you couldnt find somebody to help you in the baby section, and this section need attention. Its important have to be clean this area please.

Customer service is non existing at this store. I walked in at 8:05pm to do an online return. I had to find a shopping cart to put a large boxed coffee table to take in. The 2 ladies at customer service didnt even look at me and the CSM on duty looked at me and did a slicing throat motion to tell me they were closed. I asked what time they closed and she said at 8pm. I looked at her and then at the shopping cart with a huge box and she just shrugged her shoulders and told me I had to come back another day. I was really upset and had to put the box back into my car and drive off with it. There was just no sense of customer service at all. This is why I stopped shoping at this store. If it wasnt for online ordering certain things, I wouldnt even deal with Walmart.

It is ok, but its always crowded, and sometimes the items boxes are sometimes not in good condition. Its my local Walmart supercenter, but I still prefer my local Walmart neighborhood market, which its more near my house.

The worst attention, if they don’t want to work they have to change their jobs. The cashiers was so rude, I only asked to her if she can change the box because it was missing Sthephanie cover and she started to talk that she doesn’t have time and this is my problem, then she didn’t hell with the bag and she looked my cousin like, do it!Malísima la atención en la caja 2, si no tienen paciencia mejor que no vengan a trabajar…

I purchased a birthday present on line, it was only available at the Walmart store in Kendall which is over ten miles from my home. I chose to other on line and pick it up in the store. I parked my car and walked into the store lobby, typed my name into the Pick Up Computer. Within two minates a gentleman called my name and handed me a bag containing my purchase and thanked me for shopping at Walmart. It was faster than going into my local department store and standing in a check out cash register line. Ill use this system more in the future, no shipping cost, guaranteed my purchase is available and no checkout lines. I suggest that Walmart set up a Drive Through pick up window, this would free up spaces in their parking lot and reduce congestion in the store lobby as well as saving the purchaser the time looking for a place to park, walking to and from the store and carrying their purchases to their car..

8:30pm at night . All registers all closed, no staff . No cashiers . Only Scan & go machines self service open . Lines full of people to pay . The customer service is practically non existent . Store is a Super Center of Walmart. And they make sure there’s one person at the front to check your receipt but not a single person to actually help you even pay what you bought.No one speaks English . Only Spanish language here. And if you want to get Corona come here where there is no social distance at all . I felt like I was in a 3rd world country. Lines of people to pay without help . Crowded store. Horrible nonexistent service .The Garden is closed by 6pm . The customer service counter closes by 8pm . If you have something to return new store policy they tell you if you don’t have receipt it’s not returnable . And the overall attitude ion general at customer service is lacking people skills . I have the videos to prove it . It puts Walmart to shame . Last time I’m going to that store 😫🤪😫😔

People at the sporting goods section have the worst attitude. The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed just waiting 20 minutes with no one in attendance just to be told in a crude & rude way they don’t duplicate my car key.

I dont feel safe shopping here. I dont think enough is being done to protect me while Im shopping. The sand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes at the front entrance are always empty and the shopping carts are always filthy and full of litter and trash. The employees at this store dont value or appreciate their customers and they dont care enough about making my experience here a positive one. This store does not reflect the values or standards of the Walmart company.
