I called this location to get directions on how to find them because it was my first time here and i was lost. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and he helped me find them. Over the phone i mentioned i had a heavy box. When i parked, i was trying to figure out how to get the box into the UPS location. I was approached by the same gentleman that i was on the phone with named Mauricio. He was there to help me with the heavy box. I was so happy to see someone take the initiative without me asking. Sunday Morning, two people working and i am the only one in the store. The lady takes care of me right away then in the middle of calculating the cost she answers the phone and makes me wait over 20 minutes without finishing the transaction. The other woman never even bothered to help. Poor customer service. Will not go back again.

I have had the pleasure of working with this UPS Store when I have had to do returns for Amazon twice in this past year. While I did get a bit confused finding the location within the mall, they helped me pack some delicate items + ship them as well everything was shipped fast + without any hassle other stores may give when returning packages. The 2 who I have me that work here are very courteous, professional, and helpful. The packing too was done completely by them with what I consider what glove service..... If you need to ship out anything, I would recommend hands down going here 1st!

I worked long-distance with the store to pick up, package, and freight a desk from Miami to DC, and I am very happy with the service. Emails and calls were returned promptly, and information about the process and cost was clear. The desk was well-wrapped, including extra protection for a leg that was loose, and arrived exactly when promised. And best of all, the price using UPS was significantly lower than that quoted by 3 different freight companies. Many thanks to the store, and to Joseph in particular.

I live in Homestead but I happen to be by Dadeland Mall and I was looking for this little store in this little mall I think it was built in the 80s brought back memories just came back to Miami after 28 years but I’m not sure if he was the owner but he treated me with respect I just came to drop off something but you know thank you UPS and thank you to the owner I believe it was definitely you guys go to his store and buy from him definitely recommend five star.ps i’ve been to different stores not very friendly people but this place I know I live in Homestead I’m starting a business soon and definitely I can ship them with him thank you again.Note yes it’s the location it says UPS store but there’s a restaurant right on top of it it is confusing I would say UPS company should do something about that it’s not his fault I got lost to I couldn’t find it but something has to be done about that to UPS company

The person who works there did not help is with the package for which we needed a label reprint. We brought a heavy package in with a prepaid label and he sent us away. Poor customer service skills.

No where to find this location. The sign pointing to a place and I could not find it. Called store no answer. If it has a store, it is probably hiding inside the building somewhere and you have to haul your package . Worst ups experience ever.Update: they are closed and ups website showded they are open. Wasted so much of my time.
