Was a loyal customer for years late on one payment they locked my phone payed my bill they gave me a code and it didnt work and said well there is nothing we can do

I was buying a samsung galaxy note 10 it just quit working 1 day so they gave us a loaner.. three weeks later they still hadnt heard anything about the phone so they found another note 10 and exchanged it. The new phone was already broken. We will not go to them ever again!! And they said that there was nothing they could do no more note 10s available

They are never on time. They were suppose to pick up a fridge from us tonight they didnt even knock on the door. Or even try to call us to see if we were here they have no issue calling any other time. And I tries to call them and the phone picks up but no one answers me when I say something very very upset. Will tell everyone I know not to go through them.

The manager Steve is rude and unfriendly, talks down to women. Jonathan and Andy are great.

Bad customer service ever since the new manager came and all he did was screw up everybody’s account won’t turn nothing into benefits plus like he supposed to stay away from Kendallville store go anywhere but Kendallville bad customer service

They call you about a payment and you tell them that you are out of town and then they show up to your house the next day plus 2 or 3 different people call you right after you just got done talking to a person to make plans to pay because they do talk to each other dont go there ever they will heras you
