Cost to mount/dismount and dispose of tire: $28.Cost for same services a mile down the road at Noble County Tire: $14Might be because Tire Star forces you to pay for balancing, even if you dont want or need it.Plus, Tire Star said that they may or may not be able to get to my tire by the time they close in 45 minutes, whereas Noble County Tire had me in and out in about 10-15 minutes.

Needed a new battery and our local store was able to take me as a walk-in while another of their locations came to give me a jump as part of my auto service. We have used them for several repairs and will continue to use them again.

Car went off the road on an icy day. Their towing company hauled it in 2 miles. Discounted the tow from $750 to $250 because we paid directly rather than going through insurance. Looked at the underside, claimed damaged tie rods and ball joints, would fix for $1700. Decided to bring it home and do work ourselves. Personal inspection could find no problems outside of alignment. Tireville Garrett aligned the front end for $80 and could find no problems. Feels like I narrowly missed a major swindle!

I just got my truck back and I am quite pleased. I needed a heater core installed and I wanted a full inspection from front to back. They found a few issues that needed addressed. I was offered a loaner vehicle since it was going to take a few days to do everything. I honestly didnt think anyone did that anymore! Although I spent a chunk of money, for the amount of work done I an very pleased. I needed engine, suspension, climate control, and exhaust work done and everything is much better. They have a new customer with me.

I was pleased with the ease of selecting and ordering my new tires online, receiving an “out the “ door quote, and making an appointment on an easy to use site. The waiting room was spacious, Covid safe, and comfortable. The service was prompt and courteous. I now have a great set of new tires at a nice price with a minimum of hassle to get them.

This place is just the best! Ran over a rock and blew out my tire and bent the wheel. The found a wheel at a salvage yard and it cost far less than a new one. I will definitely be back there again. Staff is so nice and helpful!!!

Had heard great things about this place. So after I got a spacer lift and new tires on my truck i figured i would take it there for a simple alingment to avoid excessive wearing on my tires. I took it in and they told me I needed new upper control arms, lower ball joints, and tie rods. Quoted me $1,970 for $200 in parts and 4 hours a labor!!!! Then tried to charge me an inspection fee that I had not asked for, nor got confirmation to do to my vehicle. Then after taking my vehicle home I ordered the parts for myself thinking they were bad. After installing the parts(took me 4 hours in my driveway🙄) I figured out the upper control arms, lower ball joints, and tie rods were perfect and did not need replaced... would highly not reccomend this untrustworthy, dishonest company!

I saw this place while passing through town desperately trying to find someone on a Friday to help me figure out what was going on with my vehicle since I was still an hour from home, unsure if my vehicle was safe to drive, and unfamiliar with the town. I was greeted by Bob and Brooke who were so kind and driven to help me. I dont know anything about cars so I aways fear getting screwed but Brooke took my pile of papers I found to help me figure out what my warranty was and how to save the most money. They had me in and out within a half hour even with getting my claim approved! Brooke was seriously such a blessing! I would be willing to drive there again for any issue even though its so far away for me. As I sat there, they treated everyone who came in the same- always striving to be efficient. Highly recommend!
