I will never ever buy a car from them I asked about a van they said it was coming said it was everything I wanted it wasn’t they kept harassing me about getting my co signer in their before I could even test drive the van I had a hard time even looking at it and when I finally got to look at it I had a salesman looking over my shoulder the whole time I was interested in a couple other vehicles and one minute they were available the next they were sold very unhappy wouldn’t recommend buying a car from them then they wanted like 25000 for the van with 25% interest no thanks and I was a first time buyer but still do not recommend I will say though I highly recommend best deal auto sales most amazing place to buy a vehicle.

Typically vehicle shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. I absolutely hate when I pull into a lot, only to have salesmen/saleswomen flocking over me before I even have a chance to get out of my vehicle. I like to have a chance to look around the lot and IF I need assistance, I will find someone from the sales staff.This experience was different. I pulled in, got out and saw a salesman looking right at me... I thought, Oh no, here they come. But he didnt. He waved to acknowledge me and left me browse for a few minutes, then came over and asked if I had any questions.I didnt feel pressured like I have in the past.Throughout the whole process, Brian Johnson treated me with respect, gave me room to breath and was extremely accommodating on my requests. Guys like Brian, typically become managers or start their own car lots... and I hope that Lake City Motors understand exactly how much of an asset his is to their wonderful organization.

****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER**** They are shady as all get out! My dad purchased a vehicle in June and they still have not paid off the loan for his trade-in, which is now in default. Lies after lies for reasons they wasnt paying off the loan. So now theyve had his trade-in vehicle for 3 months without paying off the loan. Money troubles???? Or just plain shady? Do not do business with these people. All they do is lie. I got a vehicle and 3 days later engine light came on and blower motor runs after you shut the car off. Ryan, the half owner, will never call you back. He never does what he says he will do to fix the problem. They sell junk and do not care about people. Ryan does not know the definition of integrity or accountability. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Bought a truck at this dealer, six days later water was leaking in the cab. I called the dealer and left a message for my salesman and never heard back from them. No chance that leak developed in six days. Also wanted to set up for a spray in bed liner and never heard back on a day and time. Ended up the cost of getting the liner was much cheaper than what they quoted me for.

Got a truck here. Didnt even drive it 3000 miles and the transmission went out. Was told it was rigged up for quick sale. Never again will i go here. Ill be paying $2500 for a new transmission rebuild.

The owner made promises he did not deliver on and was very unorganized. When I took my car to get an oil change, the BMW dealer told me that the oil change Lake City did prior to selling us the car, had an incorrect oil filter in it and they broke the cap(which cost us an extra $60 to fix). I will not buy another car from them or recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a vehicle from this business back on June 28th. Today, September 23, I finally have the vehicle registered in my name. I kept asking the owner, Ryan, on updates. He at one point lied to me and claimed that my title was at my local clerks office. I called and they hadnt received anything. Also, when I purchased the vehicle, it had some issues with the starter. I mentioned it to Ryan before purchasing and he said he would have his mechanics at his shop get it fixed. Upon picking it up, I realized it still hadnt been fixed. Being that I live quiet aways away, he told me I could take it to my local mechanic and he would send me a check. Well, I did that and still havent received any $. Oh, and to top it off, Ryan the manager, blocked me on social media where we had been communicating about these issues.Ive dealt with a lot of different car dealerships, and this business, is by far the absolute worst!

When you buy a used car, there is always a possibility something will go wrong. The question is, how will the dealership react to the situation. This is hard to know the answer to. I can tell you, first-hand, Lake City Motors stands behind their vehicles, through thick and thin. I bought a 2006 GMC Canyon that ended up having a serious deficiency. This was an as-is sale, and Lake City had no legal responsibility. In spite of this fact, Ryan, the owner, committed that they would take care of it. Lou worked for weeks, replacing two heads and eventually the entire engine, at no cost to me. I tell everyone I know that this is a stand-up group of people. I dont know that you would find this from any other dealership in the region. Thanks again, Lou and Ryan.
