Well the people at the register are perfectly fine but the ladies in the pharmacy area are the rudest most unhelpful people that I’ve ever seen in ANY pharmacy. ALL of them are like this. If there was another CVS closer to me I would go there but unfortunately there is not. They all need a huge attitude adjustment, they roll eyes constantly, yell at customers, treat people like they’re the most ignorant people that walk to face of the earth, it is disturbing to say the least. Hopefully this comment will change something because it seems I’m not the only one who has experienced this.

Its where I go to pick up my meds there always helpful and its always clean I like that.

Very rude! Terrible customer service! If you hate your job that much don’t work there! If you are out of a medication say that and when it will be in! Maybe Mikaela needs to be retrained!

DISREGARD THE REVIEW that Maryjane wrote!The workers at Kendallville CVS have always treated me and my minority ethnicity family and minority ethnicity friends with respect, dignity, and the utmost kindness. I have shopped here and used the Pharmacy here for 30 years. I have NEVER been treated badly. There have been NO negative or racist vibes from ANY of the workers toward us. NONE.The customer service is excellent. The store is clean.

They must have new management in the pharmacy because there had been a great improvement. Used to be very unprofessional, but has drastically improved recently. I still have to keep reminding them to check my insurance and saved $30 last time by having her check again. The employees in the rest of the store are fantastic and super friendly and efficient!

I just visited CVS today as my husband thought they had good safety covid procedures . They have the floor marked with bright red x’s for customers at checkout . My husband was paying as I stood way back from the counter . A lady that works in the pharmacy as a helper was on her break . She had no mask and went right behind my husband in the checkout easily within touching distance . Completely ignored the red x’s and social distancing - probably no more than 12 inches . I called and made a complaint as I would expect more from this place .

They make us jump through a lot of hoops for your medication so we requested a cheaper prescription and havent heard back.Nothing says we love our customers like not bothering to follow-through and make sure the customer has the medicine he needs to be ABLE TO SEE. Im not impressed. Not at all.

At 12:00pm I picked up and dropped off a prescription, they said they would have it ready by 1:00pm. I go shopping and come back at 3:40pm and I pull up to the window, give them my phone with my coupon on it. They give the phone back to me and tell me they have to go elsewhere to use the bathroom, so they will be back in 15 minutes. After they said it would be ready almost 3 hours ago I had to wait 15 minutes for them to come back and then ask for my phone again, just to say “can you just pull around so we can rebill this” in an I don’t care what you want tone of voice. I then have to wait for 2 people who arrived 15 minutes after I had already been there get their transactions taken care of before mine. Completely unprofessional and a total lack of customer service.

The pharmacy department does not know how to do their jobs PERIOD .. The most unorganized crew of kids that dont care about the customer or the health and well being of the customer!!! Something need to be done back..there..

My wife recently canceled a re-occuring prescription TWICE. She was prescribed NEW medicine today, and came in to pick it up. She made an easy assumption that this would be her NEW medicine, seeing it was also the same price as the OLD medicine. They gave her the WRONG medicine, and absolutely refuse to refund her the money. In NO other kind of business, can you be given the wrong product and be refused a refund. They said it is not their job to make sure it is the correct medicine. REALLY!!! TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Go to Walgreens right across the street, WAY better customer service!
