Usually, I despise walking into a auto shop. but this Goodyear Shop changed my attitude quickly. Management was so kind, service was fast and friendly and price more than reasonable. I had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak.. I wasnt hassled to purchase services I didnt need and the repair explanation was informative without the condescending demeanor I experience at most shops This is my new go to service center! Jim and Dale are total all stars! I brought my Jeep in due to a check engine light. Jim fixed the issues but something was missed and my car started making some eerie sounds. I brought it back to be fixed, -it was looked at-, but it was making the same noises on the way home. I brought my Jeep back for the second time and Jim fixed the noise without charging me for having to bring it back again. Were all human and sometimes miss things, but its how the oversights are handled that make all the difference, and Jim made everything right! I will definitely return to this Goodyear. :)

I have nothing negative to say about my Good Year Sheridan family.. Jim, Mike and Dale and his crew are always accommodating and efficient. they do not compromise standard or discount standard. It is so nice to walk into a place of business and everyone knows your name. They are accountable for their actions (eg. will apologize if they are late/service not completed on time).They are not about BS. They will walk you thru the process(especially Jim ). I call them the surgeon general of Car service. They will work with you to accommodate your needs. Everything is about the customer

Recently moved and have had some bad luck with shops in my new area but this Goodyear location is top notch. Recently brought my vehicle in to have my summer tires put on and the service was quick and professionally done.Having had a great experience with my first trip there I took my vehicle back for an oil change and a light rubbing/grinding noise on the drivers side front. The shop said they noticed some surface rust on the rotors (havent been driving a ton lately) and went above and beyond with getting the surface rust off the rotors with a specialized tool saving me a good chunk of change vs. having the rotors turned. They could have easily upcharged me to turn the rotors but took the time to get the surface rust off without the added cost - huge thanks to the staff for this.I would highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs and the manager, Jim, is a great guy and offers exceptional customer service!

On vacation and first morning woke up to a flat. Rental car company was useless BUT we found Dale and James. They came to our rescue and fixed the tire quickly. Highly recommend if you need tire service in the Kenmore area to use them.

This is the only Goodyear location me and my sister go to. The staff is extremely friendly and they care about their customers. Very honest if you don’t need something they won’t change it like other places I have been to. If you need filters or windshield wipers and they don’t have them in stock they will order them and try to get them the same day for you.

Jim M. Store Manager at the Goodyear tire on N. F. Blvd. was great from the moment I stopped in the store. He helped me get the tires I was searching for to put on my 5th. Wheel. I set up the day with him, dropped it off at 8am and expected a call later in the morning. He called at 9am. New tires on and balanced. Bearings greased. Super nice guy and an even better experience at his store.

Made an appointment as I needed a new set of tires. Jim Messana was extremely polite and professional and spelled out all my options so I could make an informed decision. I was able to work at their public work station while I waited so I had no down time. Car was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I was back at it. I had no idea how much is packed into this store. I got new wiper blades here at a reasonable price. They have so much inside and the staff is very helpful. I now know where to go for all things car related!

I bought a 4 Goodyear assurance tires from this Goodyear store 2 yrs ago. When the sales man sold us those tires, they said you have 60,000 miles warranty on those assurance tires. I been having trouble ever since i got these Good year assurance tires. Today, I when to that store to see what they could do to help me out because i only had these few years and I only put less than 24,000 miles on those tires. After they inspecting the tires, they try to sell me 4 more new tires. This is ridiculous, these service people are scammers, they just want to take your money selling low quality tires. Therefore please stay away from this place. You will only waste your time and money if you go to this place.

Called to make a oil change and tire rotation appointment, confirmed it. I showed up to my appointment I was told they had no record of it. I checked my call log to verify I had called the correct place. Frustrating.

Please be very careful if you purchase tires from this establishment. Last October, I purchased a set of new tires and an alignment for my SUV. The replacement tires were the exact match for the tires that were on the SUV when purchased. My original tires had almost 48k miles on them. I recently had to return to this establishment because the replacement tires had worn down to an unsafe level after only 8k miles. The new tires were rotated after about 4k miles of use. After three trips back to the establishment, I was sold another set of tires for 75% off and the cost of another alignment. The staff at this establishment acted like they were doing me a favor. Next time I will go back to the dealership to purchase replacement tires. I may pay a little more, but they will stand behind their product. A tough lesson learned.UPDATE:I called back the # provided below in customer services first response. As expected, nothing changed and my original post is 100% accurate. These folks sold an inferior product and have poor customer service skills. They claim that the alignment was off and that is what caused the premature wear on the tires, even if so... they were paid to do a full alignment on the first set of tires that wore prematurely.

They are truly amazing. The manager Donald Gerass is very professional. They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and not over charge you as others. Great quality and customer service.

I bought a set of 4 tires from here, had to go back 2 times do to vibrations, turns out belts were shifted in tires which wasnt there fault, in the end I got my tires replaced and all is good. Jim was great to work with, thanks again!!

Bought a set of tires on Friday, 2/9. Got a flat from driving over a screw 2/12. Stopped in the morning of 2/13, and was in and out in 30 minutes. They patched it and it works great now. Excellent service.

I went here to get an oil change in August 2017. When I went to Pep Boys a couple days ago for a car inspection, they told me that my oil filter has a cut in it. Oil has been leaking from my car and was running dry. I called Good Year to let them know what happened and Brian was super rude and sarcastic. His comment was well why hasnt your car run out of oil yet?. Well Brian, it has only been less than 3 months since I got my oil change. I guess I shouldve waited until my engine stopped working to call. The reason I call Good Year is so they can look in my file and see the person responsible for changing my oil and let him know to be careful next time he does it. Instead I was treated rudely. Thats okay. I will never come back here again and I will make sure my friends and family doesnt come here either.

I had a minor collision with my car after hitting a patch of black ice a few days ago, hit my head on the drivers side glass, and barely got the car rolling into the shop because of the damage. The staff at Goodyear were very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in and did everything they could to get my car back on the road again. They even gave me something for my headache and offered to call paramedics. Luckily I had only a minor injury so a trip to the hospital was unnecessary. Now its all said and done, my car is driving even better than it did before. My girlfriend has also used this shop for her car a couple years back and has had absolutely no problems with it since then. The staff were just as professional and helpful then as they were this time. I would highly recommend this Goodyear in particular to take care of your car.

FAIL! I brought my car here for an inspection, they told me it would not pass because I have a cylinder misfire and that I need a new engine for $5200! The next day I spoke to Brian around noon, told him I wanted a second opinion before I spend that much money and asked him if I could pick up the car around 1:30. I get there at 3:30 and still have to wait 30 minutes because they forgot to put a failed inspection receipt on my car so i could legally drive it to the other shop. Seems a little bit fishy if you ask me. I had been to this store for oil changes before and their 30 point free inspection always seemed to find something wrong that cost a couple hundred dollars to fix. Needless to say I probably wont be giving them my business anymore

This is the the second Goodyear Assurance tire I have had to replace in two years for a hole in the sidewall. If you go online a search, youll find many complaints about defective sidewalls in these tires. The only reason I gave them two stars was for the friendly service. Besides the defective product, all Goodyear dealers have additional charges for balancing, stems, etc. to the tune of almost $40 above the cost of the tire. Buyer beware! Goodyear - never again.

Warning this place will scam you... Absolutely terrible that is the most kind and family friendly way to describe my most recent experience at this location. The staff is kind and nice thats the only positive thing.I have been taking my car here for the past 6 months. The first time I got 4 new tires and took advantage of the Goodyear credit card promotion. The next time was for a flat tire I had from a nail puncture. I also had an oil change. This is when things go south. All three times I went I was told my car was fine no issues. So its time for my inspection I am taking the shop at its word assuming this will be a quick easy inspection..... Boy was I wrong they found $1,000 dollars worth of issues. All of which would have been clearly visible when my tires where take off. Issues including rear springs left and right control arms and a break adjustment. Along with some other suggestions that where not required to pass inspection. So here I am without an inspection sticker and a $1000 bill to fix my car. If these issues where addressed properly they might have been able to milk me of some of my money. This was clearly a scam and a feable attempt to rip me off. Considering the next shop I went to was able to make some minor adjustments and inspect my car for under $100.00. All I can say is dont bring your car here.

MEH, thats the greatest rating i can give it. the guys there are nice and polite, however the service is anything but. i took my car in for an oil change, mind you nothing is wrong with the car. i have kept up with everything on it. yet after the oil change suddenly my check engine light comes on. i mean really...? right after it was in the shop, seems a little fishy to me!?

I brought my car in for an oil change. My Windows dont really work. They will roll down but you cant roll them back up. They rolled my window down and then acted as if its my fault for not telling them my Windows dont work. How should I know I need to tell them that when they are doing an oil change? Then they didnt offer to roll it back up. I took it to another location to have the window rolled back up and was told it would be a 450 dollar fix that I am stuck with. Will never go back to another goodyear location.

Awesome service! I have a 2006 Maserati GranSport and I couldnt ask for more. I booked on line wth a price from Sams Club. They said they would match but later said they had an even better price. When I came into the dealer they took very good care. When I came to pay they informed me they have a rebate of $80 and if I get a Goodyear credit card I would save another $60. Also I would have 6 months to pay at no interest. They even gave me the rebate application in a sealed stamped envelope so all I had to do is find a mailbox! Great service!!!

Totally was very impressed by the level of service I received at this GoodYear location. I drive a C300 M-Benz and I was in the market for four new tires for my car. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Christian, the Service Manager. His knowledge of his GoodYear products was excellent. He spoke to me in terms I can understand to help me make the best choice for my cars needs. Taking in consideration I dont have a great deal of car knowledge. He walked me through every step of the way and my car handles better then ever! Thank u GoodYear and thank u Christian. I will be back for future service.

Having problems with my Dodge Neon paid 3,400 dollars to get it fixed and the repair lasted 3 hours and the car drives worse now then when I took it in. Did not put an updated sticker in my window for the oil change and left one tire flat on the passengers side. When I picked it up. Seems like the alignment is off now when it was just aligned last month and it still leaks antifreeze. I will give them no stars since the job was done have assed. Very disappointed since they assured me that the car was done and would be like a brand new car. I feel like a sucker. Stuck with the bill and no car

Was very unhappy. Could not get the oil filter off. They charged me for one I never got and oh by the way they changed my oil last time.

Crazy overpriced. Had to get 2 bolts off so I could remove my license plate cost me 55 $. Another 55 $ to tighten some loose bolts on my heat shield that was rattling.
