Sadly the door says open to the public 7:30am 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Well apparently they have completely closed the front room. I called and told them I needed to get some heavy duty self tapping bolts. The lady on the phone (very nice) told me unless I know the exact size they wouldnt be able to help me. On top of that if I dont have an account with them its a minimum $25.00 purchase. This does not come off very well as an open to the publuc business.
