Ive been to a handful of Cash America pawn shops, and this one is by far my favorite. Sometimes this place is extremely busy with customers, but the staff is efficient, friendly and helps everyone in a timely manner. Always respectful, wait on customers in order of arrival, never messed up a transaction yet. We once purchased a laptop for $29.99. Just marked down from one hundred. Good people skills. Not up in your coolaid. Have been reliable and have taken good care of every item I have needed a loan on.

The woman behind the counter said she didnt know anything about cameras but I wanted to look, hoping to find a decent one for my upcoming vacation. My child briefly touched buttons of the Nintendo toy that was for sale. Much more gently than adults Ive seen but she made a point to tell me that it was worth like $1,000 and if my child breaks it Ill have to pay for it. Not sure if she took issue with the fact that my child isnt white or what her issue was. I ended up splurging on a camera much more than I intended on buying...online. I wont be back.

I go in weekly just to look and buy DVDs. I am greeted by name and always asked if I need any help. The staff is always friendly and helpful towards me.

This place is a joke. First off the manager Simon is a sleaze ball that tries to sleep with any female employee and he thinks he is cool by putting down employees in front of people.I feel bad for the people that work there

I’d called every week explaining my situation offered to pay over phone they couldn’t help...I had to move out of town cause unemployment hadn’t payed me in weeks....I called my first day back to work first day back in town n was told they sold my Xbox 3 days after final day...I mean considering the situation nobody could offer a little understanding..during terrible times businesses like these capitalize on your misfortune.

Great place to get quick money in a pinch. Takes about 10 minutes to walk out with money in your pocket. You’ll get more money for the stuff that they are in need of.

I brought a 10k gold chain a while ago and I needed a loan, the guy that checked it with a magnet said it was fake, so I didnt get the loan. knew it was real so I went to another pawn shop. The guy checked my gold with a magnet and a liquid, its gold! And asked how much do I need (I got the loan) I told him how the guy at the other pawnshop tested my gold and he laughed and said he missed out on good gold.

Fair amount of tools & outdoor equipment, some older computers, small selections of cameras and video games. Fair amount of stereo and occasionally pro audio equipment. Good return policies, helpful employees.

Ok, let me say that I have been to this place a number of times since it is usually on my way to where I work out. I would have probably rated this a 2 star a few months ago but since they have gotten new store management, things are certainly better. First off, if you are selling something high value, you are not going to get a lot. Pawn shops typically pay no more than 25% of retail and that is if it is a high demand item, sometimes way less. You are better off selling on Craigslist or Ebay even with their fees. If you are trying to get a loan, think long and hard because you will be paying interest on that loan and it is based on collateral. Be that as it may, I would say that their assessments are fair. Keep in mind that they cant sell at retail prices and in many cases, items they buy may not be in pristine condition. Also, take into account that older items for the most part depreciate over time. If you are a buyer, this is where knowing what you are looking for and being knowledgeable about said item works to your advantage. For example, I literally picked up a Dell Latitude laptop with 8GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD and a low end Intel quad core processor (N-series) for under $50 and the laptop had no scratches and maybe 1 or 2 deal pixels on the screen and the battery charges. The reason for it being so cheap was because it was giving a partition error when you start it up and either the staff was either too busy to fix it or didnt know how to fix it. I resolved the issue using a Windows PE recovery USB drive I created. BTW, the partition error was incidentally an issue with the MBR. Thankfully, the previous owner did not set up a password. When I accessed it, I discovered that it had Windows 10 installed and not Windows 7 which was described on the sales label. Even better, the sales label said it had 4GB of RAM, it actually had 8GB! I also didnt buy the extra 14 or 24 day warranty. Also, if you plan to buy a laptop, ask questions like does it come with a charger and if so, is it the OEM charger. Also, read the sales label. In the case of the laptop I bought, it said may need a new OS (it was because they couldnt access it). Inspect the item you want and ask questions! Please realize that most sales are final or as is. The sales person will offer an extra warranty for a price depending on the item price. Technically, they are supposed to check and test everything they purchase but in many cases, it might be nothing more than turning it on and off. Research what you need and definitely bring your smartphone so you can double check pricing (look for used or refurbished pricing), not new. The last 2 times I visited, I saw folks who clearly did not know what they were buying and didnt accept the extra warranty when they should have. However, I did see the manager offer someone the chance to return something if it didnt work by coming back the same day or the next day. Finally, dont be afraid to negotiate and ask if you can get a lower price. The staff is generally friendly but if they are short staff or busy, try to be patient. There are real bargains here. I should know, I have bought 3 laptops here and for less than $300 for all 3 including one that was a gaming laptop as well as boxed TV DVD sets for under a dollar. If parking is full, park in the Safeway lot next door.

The lady at the register made me feel I stole my own laptop when trying to get a loan. Lady please! You need to be a little more inteligent than this. First time visiting. Never coming back for sure. I have to go to Cash America Everett where I was treated with respect profesionalism and with a good actitude.

Bought a basic DVD player. $24.Do you want the 24 day warranty?Its a DVD player. It either works or it doesnt. Did you test it?Yes, we plug them all in and make sure they play movies on the monitor in the back.Ok, Ill risk it.Plugged it in, it works, but the remote that was bundled with it was for a TV only. Id noticed that at the time but alot of TV remotes will also serve their video counterparts. But this remote will not. When I called them to see if they had the correct remote they said bring it down and they could check for an additional remote. I said, Do you have any Samsung remotes for DVD? They said they did not but they did have another DVD player for $40. I asked if I brought mine back with the receipt would they apply it towards the player that actually had a remote.No. Not without the 14 day warranty purchase.Does selling a product with the wrong remote constitute a warranty issue? Or is it just poor service. Im landing on poor service. Warning, buy the warranty or you are gambling because they will not honor basic business practices. Good luck. And WHY do you need my ID and address if Im BUYING STUFF?!

This place has the most disrespectful women working there that I have ever dealt with. They do not have any customer service skills whatsoever. They are completely rude to all their customers. Be careful of what you buy there they will rip you off every chance they can get. I bought different computers all of the hard drives are bad or the cd-roms dont work, I bought a TV from them the color was completely out in one corner and they refused to give money back or in store credit because they try to say it was my fault I had it for 4 days they are very disrespectful I do not recommend going to the one in Kenmore Washington.

I wouldnt even pick one star if I had a choice. They sold me a mixing board and software that arent compatible with each other and I couldnt register the product in the first place without prior owner releasing it. Needless to say they sold me a non useable product and had I not purchased the 5% warranty, they would not have honored a return. Basically stole my money. I wont get into the bs they tried pulling during the return process. Fn joke. Loop holes everywhere. If you walk in the door youll get ripped off one way or another.

Worst customer service ever!!The guy that works there has a very bad attitude, speccially for been a manager!I tried to get get loan out something and his attitude tuwards me was like I has stealing something.They should be aware that thanks to loans or pawns they get paid not to, entiom that they deal with customers all day despite of what the situation is. This place sucks. I was going to buy a xbox 360 from them for 30 dollars but they freaking were missing cords for the console so i had to pay extra money for a different xbox. Then me and my mom went there to sell a tv and when she walked in this mexican guy with glasses just looked at it and said nope dont want it. My mom left and gave the tv to our neighbor to sell it and yeeeep she walked out minutes later with money for the tv. Hes always had a problem with my mom maybe because shes white i dont know he never lets her sell anything when he works there.
