Out of 4 items I needed. Distilled water, Eskimo pies, Corona beer and the ensure my father likes. Generally its one item maybe 2.However my biggest complaint about this store is the parking lot. Worst parkers ever! Also they really really need to pave the road that runs between the store and the parking spaces. Its so torn up that I have to hand carry and fragile produce in my hands. I prefer the Safeway closer to canyon park.

Its a longer drive for us to hit the Kenmore Safeway, but so worth it vs. the finite disappointment I feel almost every time I go to the Safeway on 100th in Kirkland.

I frequent the deli here and am always very satisfied. I feel bad sometimes when Im in there around lunch time and see Jennifer working hard asking for help from the back trying to provide good customer service and her coworkers just give her attitude.

The staff are unbelievably rude. I went in the store to use their coinstar & I could hear the staff making rude comments. If you have an issue with the noise of the coins; don’t provide the service simple.I won’t return to this disrespectful place.

I did curbside pick-up. I parked in a designated area, let them know on the app that I was there, and they brought my groceries out and loaded them. No tipping. Love the service!

Everything is priced about 10-30% higher than Amazon fresh or even other local stores, selections are sparse in the meat and seafood department, and even the pickings that are there, have gotten me sick twice. Think twice about buying your meat here if anything.

Uh... Its a Safeway, exactly like all the others Ive been to. :) I like Safeway, though, as its always easy to find what Im looking for, prices are reasonable, and selections are good. I was surprised to see how many non-dairy milk alternatives there were, though. And they always have the best price on Henry Weinhard root beer.

Not required to comply with new forced way of living. I recommend spending money at these types of establishments.

I wanted to publicly just express my appreciation for two women who work in the bakery: Karen and Baton. Unfortunately I have a relative who is dying from cancer and today is her birthday. Baton and Karen really helped me out by helping me get her favorite cake and they were even willing to write a kind message on the cakes for me with very little notice. This was really really kind my family just wanted to say thanks :)

Pretty typical grocery store, this one with a fuel station too. It’s located in a busy shopping center with generally clueless drivers. I’m not wild about this location’s layout so I only stop here when it’s on my way to or from wherever I’m going, but the checkers are fast and knowledgeable so your shopping experience will move pretty quickly even if there are lines.

I have been betrayed in the highest order: no hummus. My grief is a behemoth shadow upon my conscious. No hummus. Unless the Kenmore Safeway has a disturbing fetish of prohibiting hummus use and hiding it from public eye, I see absolutely no explainable reasoning that the hummus should be absent. No hummus. Upset

Safeway was awesome! I love that there is an indoor Starbucks also. The employees were very helpful if I couldnt find anything and the cashier we had was AWESOME as well.

The worst customer service Ive ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I will NEVER step foot in there again. The manager was great, the customer service witch was awful!!!

New decor looks nice and probably matches better with the corporate aesthetic. Not too functional, though they did add more cold salad space. They usually have what I am looking for which is what I would expect. Employees always seem nice which is a huge bonus. Had no problems with people wearing masks, though one employee does expose the nose when stocking produce. And please please keep wearing them this thing that is attacking us is not a joke.

Nice large and well lit, nice laid out store convenient to my house. I found most of the things I needed there. Overall prices are higher than Kroger stores so I mainly shop for their specials. They have a large selection of dried beans and peas and grains whichs great for soup!:) also self checks.

Forever get great service here at this location and I appreciate that!

What can I say, its Safeway! Plenty of options, organic not organic, etc

This Safeway used to be 24 hours its my home store until very recently now they close at 1 or 11:00 depending on the day p.m. obviously which is inconvenient but understandable. Theyve done an excellent job with re doing their cold deli section and foods to go there usually very quick behind the deli counters and theres always plenty of parking.

Is a grocery store? Could expand the fresh vegetable and fruit offerings and watch prices?

Everything you would expect and just a bit more! As always Safeway is stocked with all of your must- haves* as well as all of your favorite items. Convenient and fresh with great restaurant and personal care businesses right next door!

Ive never seen more store employees that hate their jobs/lives than at this Safeway location. Could really use a staff overhaul here as the current batch is pretty unfriendly.

I travel around the Seattle area a lot and often I like to stop in to a Safeway to get a hot tasty breakfast burrito from the deli. At every location they ask me what kind of sauce I would like but not today. Aida slathered on the ranch without confirming what I wanted and then got upset when I told her I did not want ranch which made her have to start over. She proceeded to scold me for not telling her beforehand and that ranch was standard. Unfortunately I did not know that as the sign doesnt list the standard ingredients and Ive never not had a deli associate ask me before they started what I wanted in my burrito. Trivial really but the reaction from the associate is what I did not appreciate.

Went there kind of on spur of moment trip? I have been looking for Cambells cream of bacon soup! Came out at beginning of Covid.Was delicious & the website said they sold it.NO luck! Cant find bacon salt either?

The employees are not attentive or friendly. And I dont appreciate the fact that they only have self-checkout available to purchase your groceries. If I wanted to work for the store, I wouldve applied for a job there! Since thats not the case, the store should offer regular lines with an employee to ring me up!!!!

The store itself is very clean and organized as it was only a few years before it had upgrading.I requested a Sugar free Icecream variety of the select brand and it was made to happen,as a friendly worker suggests.The store has new self check out stations moving in and much easier and fast checkouts.The Customer Service team and Pharmacy workers are precise and efficient.I recommend it for many reasons.

Safeway has gotten very expensive its more worth it to drive up 3 miles to lake City to Fred Meyers. I used to think that it was more cheaper but not anymore!!!

Usually satisfied with shopping experience, however, the other night I was there and the store was closing at 1 a.m.(has always been 24 hours) decided to check hours of operations tonight because it is Sunday. Website says closes at midnight which left me 20 minutes. I rush down there windy and cold out. Get there and theres I note on the door that says closing at 10:00 p.m. which is 2 hours earlier then the website says. I am not happy

The selection is cool but man the service here can be terrible. They cut the line off right in front of me and had me get in the back of another line, then they opened up another one and didnt even let me know.

This is the one on 522 and 68th. Remodeled it for social distancing. Many more self checkout slots w/plastic dividers. Shoppers seem to be taking more care here.

Their attention to to cleanliness around their site is absolutely embarrassing. Their commitment to the surrounding community in Kenmore, at least in terms of a healthy and respectable appearance is nonexistent. The sidewalk on the west side of their store is perpetually littered with trash, alcohol bottles, broken carts, and just about anything else you can think of. This is what that shopping cart that you are pushing around or your children are sitting in looks like just before you grabbed it.It literally is a rat trap and mini skid row. The only thing missing is used needles and Im sure if you look through there you will find those too. Its so disgusting I dont even like to walk through there and subject my shoes to that contamination let alone have to see that mess because it is visually disturbing.I know the city has notified them on multiple occasions and obviously they have no concerns or motivations to check it regularly or no intention to come up with a permanent solution. On any given day you can walk through there and observe the conditions that are shown in these photos, and actually its usually worse, these are not nearly as bad as it usually is. That tells me that they are not concerned with it and just flat dont care.

The staff is always professional and very courteous I enjoy shopping at Safeway and Ive made a number of nice acquaintances with the staff. Especially in the bakery does a outstanding job and their service to the public and the Breads and pastries are excellent. I believe Steve the manager or one of the managers has been very helpful to me when Im on a time scale and need assistance.

Most of these overnight shift workers are literally directly related to the Troll who lives under the bridge who wont let anyone cross. Just needed to check out and she clearly had better things to do cause none of my questions were answered as if i was such a burden. So much for service excellence, more like service extinct.

Generally well stocked, although missing a few of the usual COVID items, and eggplant. My first time at this store and I found it difficult to find items on my list, the aisles are not particularly well labeled. Also didnt offer me paper bags at checkout, just plastic. I dont think I will go back.

Not gonna lie. Every grocery store is better than safeway. You come here if you have nowhere closer to go. The meat and seafood is old, the selections are meh. You know this, I know this.

This is a busy store that manages to keep a sufficient # of checklanes available during peak times. The shelves are well stocked and maintained. Its a very nice store to shop in.

Doesnt seem to care about COVID, always have quite a few shoppers without masks and no enforcement. Tends to always be low on the items Im looking for.

It is in a convenient location. Its a typical Safeway with all the same stuff. People are generally nice.

Quick and dirty trip to get two items I needed so I can make my roommate dinner (shes 75 and has to be reminded to eat). Teriyaki sauce was not that easy to find and definitely not the organic one I was looking for, but it works!! Frozen vegetables selection was perfect.
