They stopped making exterior paint waaaaaaaaaayyyyyy before the end of summer!!! You cant even buy exterior Sherwin products district wide. His comment? Well, the summers pretty much over so they switched to interior production. Are you kidding me?! SHERWIN IS OVERPRICED AND A WASTE OF YOUR TIME, DONT BOTHER 👎👎

Everyone here was great, friendly and helpful, except that one large bald guy who wore his mask around his chin. Every other employee had a mask on, and almost every customer did too, and he just didn’t seem to care.

Life Saver! When working on a home that had so many colars in every room Sherwin-Williams had all the colars on file and printed them out for me to match up the the paint perfectly.

We needed a couple quarts of trial colors. Since we couldnt go inside the SW store, we actually went to Lowes where they have the whole display of SW color cards. We found a strip of colors we liked, went home and called our Kenmore SW store to order two trial quarts. A mere 15 minutes later I was in their parking lot, called inside to say I had arrived, and out he came with our paint which he put in the trunk. It was very virus-safe, no actual contact, and simple as that! Great service!!! Great paint!!!

People working in this store are super friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the paint and the right materials to use with the paint.

Very disorganized and the staff is not pleasant to work with. Its hard to believe that we got the order placed by the counter guy only to find out they didnt have the paint in stock to mix. Its a very common paint which was purchased by our painter so it shouldnt have been a big deal. I had to travel 30 miles from Everett to Kenmore to get it.

Friendly and Professional. They have a variety of products, everything you may need to get your project completed... even cleaning up the aftermath if you are a color-outside-of-the-lines kind of person.

The manager of the Shoreline store provided help in locating more cans, of the product we needed, in other stores and called them to request that it be put aside for us. She also gave us the option of buying a contractors product that came in a 5 gallon bucket. We however wanted to higher quality product even though it did not come in a larger bucket and we were buying 10 cans. She was very helpful.She worked with the Kenmore store to get the additional product we needed. Thank you

StAff is knowledgeable, fun and helpful. They print MSDS sheets for allergies and use of product. So nice. Even helped investigate what product was right for my torn up drywall problem!

The prices are fair if you print out a coupon. The exterior house paint has lasted well for me. The interior paint does not have such a strong odor. Their color matching of old paint is perfect. The collapsible trash container they sell makes an excellent dirty laundry hamper!

Very nice staff! Its not a huge store and seems much more tailored to professionals and contractors than home painters.That being said the staff is so nice they always help me find what I need so they get 5 stars.

The customer service person went above and beyond my expectations to mix the red with the base that would create the best coverage. He was so professional and so helpful.
