Only location around that had the motorcycle specific trailer, and it is very worth it if you need to trailer a bike trust me.I have no doubt I will use this same location for my next rental.Guy that checked out the equipment had the routine down like clockwork and had a good manner about him. Process was max 5 minutes.Checking the trailer back in 2 guys were right on it one on computer one on trailer, checkin was fast and easy.

Tried to pick up a van using online check-in. Wasted 30 minutes going through the verification process on my phone, then was told to go inside and ‘skip the line’ anyway. Huge line inside, tried to skip the line and was told to wait in line. At this point, 45 minutes out of my 2 hour rental had passed and I still didn’t have keys. Walked out and waited 30 more minutes on hold with customer service to cancel/refund the whole thing. Complete waste of a morning.

They damaged a plastic surface on my rear bumper while installing the hitch. I was dealing with U-Haul insurance for a month, and they find no negligence on UH or the equipment :) Now I have to replace the whole bumper which will cost about 1000$. If you wanna have an additional headache with your car, go to this place.

I rented a little motorcycle trailer and have to say the employee was extremely helpful...hooked me up and even troubleshooted my fuses when one blinker didn’t work. (I had a bad adapter). He got me in and out in a hurry. $16 transaction! I rented a truck last month and had a similar good experience with the diligent help. Online after hours check in is actually easy if you follow the prompts, but I can see it would be irritating after a move if you don’t anticipate it and forget pics of the clean inside of the box or cab, etc.

I called to ask the price of propane. I had to listen to two minutes of irrelevant information while their automated outgoing message blabbed on and on providing much irrelevant information (essentially advertising) only to then hear an announcement the hold time would be up to 10 minutes. What a waste of my time! This company has no respect for their customers time. If they have any interest in customer service they have no idea how to provide it. Heres a clue: answer your damn phone!

I wish I could rate this lower than a single star. The employees here failed their inspection of the vehicle and rented me one with a crack in a pipe under the vehicle, thus making it impossible to fill it up with gas. I am currently stranded in nowhere Oregon where the nearest roadside assistance team is 40 or 80 miles away. When I asked about taping the crack myself I was told that I would be held liable for any further damage. Do not trust these people with your goods or your time. Or else you’ll end up like me, 16 hours behind schedule stuck in some one off hotel waiting on the good graces of technicians who won’t pick up their phone.

After-hours check-out is a total chaos!! Incompetent and worst online customer service!!I reserved a van online for pick up at Woodinville uhaul. It clearly said as confirmed pick up location. A few hours before pick up, I received a msg that the pickup location has been changed to Kenmore which is five miles away, without any reasoning or apology.This is for after-hours pick up. When we went there, there were three other vans parked around our van such that it is extremely difficult to take it out. Anyway, we proceeded with online check out. As they asked, we took clear photos of the driver with van, front/back of his license. They asked for three contact phone numbers which they would call at that time (11pm). I gave them my spouses number and two friends numbers. All of them were awake and had phone in their hand. None of them received a call. The online representative(Michelle) took 32 minutes for this, while taking 4 minutes to respond after each simple msg, and finally said that the rental check out is not possible right now.U-Haul, your Rent w/ your phone concept is a joke and your customer service representatives are incompetent. Thanks for wasting 1.5 hours and making me come back again in the morning.

Came here on thanksgiving morning to pick up some propane quickly. First, no one showed up outside after pressing the call button. So went to the door and the employee was head down on the counter asleep. After waking him up and smelling alcohol on him and seeing his blood shot eyes, he stumbled out to the propane area and couldnt figure out how to do it: and said it was the wrong tank even though we were there the day before. He was so drunk he couldn’t even talk and walk correctly, it was absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. After 30 minutes or being baffled...We took our propane tanks and went to rite aid. We will never be back.

Long story short: didnt take before & after photos of the trucks interior and got charged $380 (yes, three hundred and eighty dollars!) for the missing equipment (jack assembly). Shouldve checked the reviews first.I rented a UHaul van the day before - returned it in time with a full tank, no damages. Something made me stay during truck inspection and I explicitly asked if everything was good. Employee (the red-eyed guy mentioned in one of the reviews) inspected the van with me - he actually spent ~6 minutes to check the vehicle, he opened the back doors and checked it inside and then confirmed my charges ($67 for 28 miles trip including extended insurance & utility dolly) and said I was good to go. He showed me the final statement with his smartphone and confirmed my email address. He pressed buttons and I received the receipt stating my final charges of $67.I did a fatal mistake - didnt take any photos of the vehicles interior. 15 minutes after I had left employees discovered that the jack assembly was missing, filed a claim and billed my credit card. I received a new statement early next morning around 4am.I visited the store and tried to negotiate the situation. Manager told me that he put a new jack that cost ridiculous price of $317 three days ago (what a nice coincidence). They didnt even try to notify me (Ive just left, you remember) or let me buy them a new replacement jack (you can get a new one for $100 from gmpartsstore.com for instance - I assume the dealers price would be higher but not three times). The guys also have no evidence that the jack wasnt there at the moment I returned the van and was inspecting it with the uhaul representative. As per manager they missed it but found it out later when they cleaned the van. You can easily see the jack on the right interior wall in the back of the van and it can be easily spotted when you open the back doors. Uhaul employee spent a few minutes checking the cargo space and could have noticed that the jack was missing but didnt tell me anything.I have never had any issues with any other Uhaul stores. Based on my personal experience I dont recommend this particular location.Lessons learned - whenever you rent a truck, make a video of everything inside and ouside, check jack, spare tire, take pictures of everything you see.

Prices are great, public storage up the street charges 3x as much for plastic mattress covers. Home Depot charges $2 more for thinner saran wrap 5”x1000’. Service is was quick and friendly (THANK YOU EMMA and Nick :))

In all my life I have never experienced such rude and racially charged anger from a company, especially a UHaul place. I rented a cargo van that did not have an interior door which was noted however the old lady (short colored hair) checking the van back in started accusing me of taking the door and that there was going to be a huge problem! Then a fellow worker walked over and said that this van never had an interior door! Instead of apologizing, both workers started arguing to try to justify their bigoted behavior. This place is disgusting and would recommend that everybody stay away!

Its locally owned Uhaul. So they wont let you rent if you are leaving the state. Got there to pick up the trailer, then found out they wouldnt rent it to me because it was going to Montana. Had no recommendations of what I should do and had no interest in helping me.

Don’t trust them. Antiquated systems, guarantees they’ll never follow, and an vehicle return system that absolutely sucks. Go for budget, Penske, or Home Depot for a better rate. Don’t work with these stores. Their marketing president Eddy Arenibas and Brett Grover will lie about your interaction to save their jobs. Don’t take the liability. They do not give refunds for terrible service.

Thoroughly impressed with my first experience using U-Haul! I reserved the truck through app (which is pretty good) and then actually showed up 3 hours before my reserved time and they handled it with ease! The guys at the front desk are friendly and helpful even answering my questions like what kinda gas does this truck take...without smirking lol. Will use U-Haul again!

We had a 7 am reservation at this place and arrived in time. There was no one at the front, turns out the dude was in the bathroom for thirty minutes total and didn’t even apologize afterwards. I would have worried he had been sick if he hadn’t come out with a monster energy drink in his hand. We specifically asked these people if there would be a bench seat in the truck with three seat belts, we were told that was no problem they all had that. Of course when we get there, “none of the trucks in this area have more than two seats”. They also told us they would help us with the car to get it on to one of those half on half off trailers. Nope, that was a lie too. We had to get a bigger trailer and watch a YouTube video to make sure everything was done safely. We didn’t leave with the truck until after 9am. We don’t have the time or money to rearrange our plans for our move that we had made weeks ago, otherwise we certainly would have found another company to help us out. This was horrible customer service, the people that work must really not care about anyone but themselves. Screw ya’ll.

This was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. I made a trailer reservation and received the confirmation that it was ready to be picked up. I drove 30 minutes to the Kenmore Wa location to get my reserved trailer. There was 1 customer in front of me and still had to wait over 40 minutes to be helped. While I was standing there I overheard the customer in front of me saying he went to another location and they gave away his trailer reservation and we was sent to the Kenmore Wa location to get a trailer. The rep asked if he was (my last name) and I spoke up and said no thats me. The rep then worked with this customer for another 20 minutes and while he was helping the customer, i received a call that went to VM. The rep suddenly said oh I now have a trailer for you and eventually the customer in front of me left. I was finally able to get to the counter where I was helped by Nick M whos name tag said owner. When I told him my name he then told me that he now suddenly doesnt have my trailer and that he gave my reservation to the guy in front of me. He then said thats how it works... because he reserved a trailer the day before he gets to take my reservation! I was so upset that he literally cancelled my reservation and gave it to a guy who didnt even reserve a trailer at this location! Nick the supposed manager/owner then said there was a trailer 25 minutes the opposite direction available for me. I told him that was way too far to drive and he then looked at me and said oh come on I drive that every day. At this point I was so mad I took a small trailer and left. As I was traveling home I listen to the voicemail and the call was from Uhaul customer service. The message was my trailer that I reserved was suddenly not working and was taken out of service. This again was a complete lie as I heard and was told they gave my trailer to another customer. Nick was so rude and didnt care if I was taken care of or not. If he is truly the owner I would recommend he go back to school and find a different job career. I would highly recommend some other rental facility.... anything other than Uhaul.

This has by far been the worst customer experience I have had with @U-Haul EVER. I have moved and used @U-Haul enough times over the years to travel back and forth across the US over 5 times.On the 28th my husband went to go pick up our reservation from the Kenmore location. This was after less than 12 hours before we were told our pick up from the Mill Creek location (our reservation choice) was no longer available at that location and if we wanted a truck we would have to travel to Kenmore (30 minutes away from the previous reservation location.)Arriving 30 minutes before our 10 AM pick up because we knew in the morning it sometimes takes a little longer to get the gears turning. He was met with a line out the door and to the point people were waiting to park. This shocked us more as there was so little parking and no where for a longer term park as was told to us by the 12 hour call before. My husband was going to have to leave his vehicle as I was unable to assist in the move due to a surgery and being health compromised.After getting in line and waiting over 2 hours, he finally reached the front of the line and was met with a very stressed out employee. This guy not only was stressed out but stretched thin as he went on to tell the many customers that the facility manager no called no showed, under staffed the morning crew, and he was forced to not only call his managers boss but the boss above that since people werent answering his calls and hurried texts.After another 30 minutes in line, my husband was told that the ONE Authorized Truck Checker was unable to verify and approve the truck we rented because they couldnt find the key.After getting the run around for ANOTHER 20 minutes (by run around I mean them calling truck dispatch and texting whoever), they finally said that the only truck they would have for us was 80 miles (well over an hour and half PLUS a ferry) away and we were more than welcome to go and collect it. They canceled our reservation without our knowledge.Today we called into the offices to try and resolve this and to get a truck as we were told to do so. We spoke to a female CSR who politely made a reservation over the phone and stated that she copied all of our previous information down from our previous reservation. The call was then escalated to address the cluster of a mess from the Kenmore pick up.The CSR escalator deeply was sorry and confirmed our reservation for the 30th again and told us that we would receive a call before end of day with the location in which we could pick up our rental.After no call, we then called the national number yet again just so that we could get information on where we are to be expected to pick up our truck as we have done everything to insure we are following the steps and expectations of U-Haul.We were then greeted with CSR rep Carol, a bundle of sunshine this one is. She was so short and argumentative that we barely was able to tell her our issue before she demanded we give our phone number, confirmation number, blood of our first born, etc. We had no confirmation number as again we called a few hours before and was told that WE were to get a call back with the truck pick up location. She then told us to kick rocks as she said we canceled our last reservation (pick up in Kenmore) and she had no information and if we couldnt be bothered to check and provide the email confirmation number then it was moot.I am deeply disappointed by the actions of this company and the fail chances they have been given to resolve the issue.

I had a bad experience with this location recently. It started with checkout at check out, when I was using U-Haul app to pick up the truck. I inspected a truck assigned to me and went in to office to ask a question, when one of employees drove it away from parking spot and handed it over to another customer. I go outside, realize what happened, go back into office to explain situation, and am met with unprofessional attitude. Male employee was for some reason so upset, swearing regularly, at least not at me, that he could not serve me and another female employee had to step in. She swearing also, at the male employee :), but was a lot more helpful. I finally got another contract, inspected the truck, and was on my way. I quickly completed the move and came back to return the truck. Line was long, so I dropped off the keys, as i have done many times before. Few days later, i see an extra charge on my card, so I call to find out that $25 was charge for not folding the blankets. This fee was never mentioned at check out and is not written on the contract. There is a sign on this regard deep inside the truck, which i did not see. I consider this to be a misleading and find this to be a hidden fee. Beware of this. After writing this review and emailing Uhaul, I was reimbursed the $25 cleaning fee; hence the three star review. I hope next customers have better experience here.

BAD SERVICE! Not helpful. Dont use this location. Try another company and location first!I made a reservation and thought all was okay until 2 days before I got an email to pick up my truck in a totally different location hours away and much later in the day. Totally throws all the planning I made with movers out with window. It is not clear from the reservation process that one is NOT actually reserving a truck. When you fill out times and dates and they show trucks available that does not mean they are actually available. Its very misleading and the assumption youre reserving a truck is wrong. Apparently the process is one thing, but then the actual paperwork sent says they will just get you close to the date and time.THE STORY:I called the location. They didnt answer and I got transferred to corporate who couldnt help me, but gave me an unlisted number. I called that number and spoke with Shadan. He was very know-it-all and had poor service. His attitude and tone was that I was stupid and showed no empathy to the situation. He just told me I signed the contract and they never promised me a truck for that time and location. He made it seem like it was my fault. I should have known from the online process I was not actually getting a truck. Seems funny because when I was feeling out dates and times, and it showed trucks available I assumed I would get the dates, times, and locations I was selecting. He said I was not actually making a reservation as I thought I was, but rather asking for a truck nearest in time and location. He just had such a snotty attitude and offered no solutions to help. BUT I pressed him to look for options and try other locations. My ideas not his, he eventually found a location only 1 hour away from my home.The “sorry man you should have looked at the details closer” attitude just left a bad taste in my mouth and I wish I would have used someone else. I own a business and I would never have a misleading process like this. I see from reviews I’m not the only one. I would feel so bad for my customers and I would do anything I could do to fix it. These guys made me feel like they didn’t care a bit and I needed to just get over it.STAY AWAY

We were moving homes and rented three vans (on separate occasions during the week) to move small household items and move donated items. The 24/7 app process is great and super efficient. I usually allow myself about 15 mins to get through the check in and check out process, but the check out process is usually the fastest because I was helped by Jason right when I pulled the van in. Jason was super friendly and quick to help with getting the key and checking out. I’ve rented countless trucks and vans from U-haul and I get the best service when I return it clean, with blankets folded and with the gas filled back up to the original line when I received it.

A very poor experience, the truck dimensions listed online were incorrect so I was unable to load my item. The manager refused to provide any help or a partial refund, instead blamed me. Very disappointed given that I showed him the website Information were the incorrect dimensions are displayed.

This place is one of the better U-Hauls I have been to. The owner is front and center. She really cares about the business and was very friendly. Picking up and dropping off the trailer was easy enough.My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I needed a loaded ball mount to go with my hitch. I have a Rav4 which is pretty low to the ground, so she suggested one with only a 2 drop, but that still made the trailer inches from scrapping in the front/caused the trailer to slope forward.What I really needed was a 4 drop and have the ball flipped so that it was a 4 rise. I will now have to buy another one in the future and wasted money/time getting this one.

Awful. Just awful customer service. By the General Manager no less.I had a reservation to have a trailer hitch lighting installed and received a confirmation documented in email. Arrived at this location and while waiting, the manager was berating his employee, who was actually trying to provide a good service to the other customers. The GM even told me that he was going to fire the guy (how professional of him).When I was up at the counter the General Manager was unable to find my reservation in the system and was unable to do my installation. He said there was nothing they could do because they were busy. He blamed the system for losing my reservation. He also said that the system does not have the ability to see if reservation are available at other locations, which is a LIE because the U-Haul location i went to the prior day was able to see other locations availability (and make reservations). The GM was not even willing to call other U-Haul locations to see if there was availability. He said that that all calls are going to the corporate service center and they are unable to assist either. This was also a LIE because I called 2 other locations and got through directly immediately after this conversations.This General Manager needs some training on customer service, training in how to manage people, and learn not to LIE to his customers.Do not go to this U-Haul location. Wish the best for the employees under this management.

Never use this store. If you can, don’t use Uhaul, too.They didn’t explain that i have to complete the self check in when i returned the truck in the store when i rent the truck. Also their fuel fee very expensive, $5.5 per gal.I moved only 15 miles but they told me i used 3.6gal and charged $19.8. Well uhaul truck can move 4miles per gal. It is the worst gas miles.I was late one hour(returning time was 5pm but i did 6pm) so, i couldn’t fuel it because i thought they are waiting and I though uhaul charge it with reasonable cost but not.And the shop was closed 3 pm( they never told me they are closed 3pm, even my returning time was 5pm)If they explain it, i will avoid the the self check in fee and i must fuel before returned it.Anyway uhaul has a strong rip off charge... i will never use it.

Jason is very kind and very skilled with solving electrical and mechanical issues. I had wiring issue with my hitch. One time i took it to North Seattle branch, but after they checked that blinker doesnt work, they told me to come back another time and cancelled trailer reservation. When I took it to Kenmore, Jason kindly offered me to take a look at issue and found bad wires and fixed it within 10 minutes. He only charged for new hitch harness. For that reason I was able to rent trailer from this place and stayed happy customer. I found other staffs are also kind. Ill only comeback to this place to rent trailers!

Awful experience, showed up at 12:00 pm to pick up trailer. The guy with long hair and tattoos on his hands was very rude to say the least! I couldn’t ask him any questions without him getting irritated or frustrated, he even tossed a pen. He said some pretty rude comments. I’m never afraid of people but he was so aggressive I asked for someone else to help me finish my hook up. After all the other reviews this place needs an employee clean up!

Forced me to go here for the van despite having reserved it many miles away. No notice that location was changing until I was at the original location. App didn’t function when I got there, wouldn’t approve me. Couldn’t get the van I reserved. Nobody was available at the desk to help me. Missed my window to pick up the appliance and lost my hold because of the delays. Called and cancelled the order. Got home defeated and got a text telling me to come to Kenmore hours later because they were holding my van ... then got an email hours after that informing me that they were changing my reservation location ... if you change the vehicle pickup location, you lose my business.

Dont EVER do business at this location! The owner is a shyster from the word go. I contracted well ahead of time to rent a 4x8 trailer for one-way trip. When I came to pick up the trailer, I was informed that they didnt then have the trailer that I had reserved but gave me a 5x8 trailer. They told me in the store that since I had reserved the smaller trailer but didnt have it for me, they would honor the price that I reserved at.After I had dropped the trailer off, I was charged more than $100 more than the reservation price. I had returned the trailer clean and a day ahead of the time stated in the contract. When I called to question the bill, an employ looked up my contract and said that I was absolutely right. But he could not give me an adjustment. Only certain people were authorized to perform adjustments. Could I call back when the assistant manager would be in the store and he would make the adjustment. In the meantime, he would alert the assistant manager to the situation so that I wouldnt have to go through the entire explanation all over.I called back to talk with the assistant manager and he said that the owner had locked him out of making the adjustment. I would have to speak with the owner directly WHEN THE OWNER WAS IN. (That meant leaving work early to make sure that I tracked down the owner.) When I did track him down, he told me We gave you a larger trailer. Even at that, they had charged about $50 more than they should have for the 5x8 trailer. He conceded that the price charged for the 5.x trailer was higher than it should have been. He apparently thought that he could slip in a higher charge without discovery, or maybe thought that since the trailer was for a one-way rental to take my son to college that I wouldnt come in to challenge the price. Whatever, he was willing to concede that they had charged too much for the 5x8 trailer.Still, I persisted that I had reserved a 4x8 trailer and was charged extra for something that I hadnt asked for. But they had guaranteed the 4.x trailer availability when I reserved. Thus, it is their responsibility that they could not produce the 4.x trailer that they had contracted for. The owner did everything that he could to claim that it wasnt his problem and that because I took the 5x8 trailer, I should be charged the higher price. I persisted for a long time and finally (with several customers lining up behind me listening to this account), he finally relented and gave me a refund of MOST of the upcharge for the larger trailer. But before customers started lining up, he was threatening to call the police on me.

We were making a fairly significant move after 22-years in one location and I checked out the prices at various self-move businesses. U-haul was the only place that clearly and easily provided a trailer that could be hitched to their largest truck for extra space, so we reserved a truck with the Kenmore U-haul for the three days we needed to pack up, drive to Eastern Washington, unload and return the truck. When we arrived to pick up the truck the manager asked us why we needed the truck for three days and when we explained he said it would have been significantly less expensive if we had rented a one-way truck instead of the local truck that we would need to return. No one had bothered to tell us this when we reserved the truck and no one-way trucks were available on short notice, so with no other choices available to us we took the local truck and were on our way figuring we would just have to pay the extra dollars. When we returned the truck the manager willingly dropped the price of the rental nearly $300.00 for us since we had not been informed ahead of time that we could have saved money on a one-way rental. That is what I call a customer friendly business. I would recommend this business to anyone in the process of moving.

Do not ever in life trust these people. Especially the current manager Shane Wade. He will literally lie to a homeless person, and tell him he will hire him. Then he will try and force that homeless man to break his spiritual tenants and laws as given down by the grand architect of the universe. First there is plenty of hours, then there is only weekend hours, Saturday and Sunday only all the sudden. Beyond that this same location sold my friend Joe a moving truck that the engine went catastrophic failure by way of a blown head gasket 30 miles outside of Vancouver Washington. I was supposed to pick up the truck at noon today. Got a call from U-Haul to let me know that the truck is not available with two hours delay. Changed all my plans and here I am at their store two hours later and have been waiting for 40 min and still no truck and no one knows where this truck is.Update: the truck eventually showed up and I got things done. I wish I had a discount for waiting that long.

It’s convenient to where I am moving from. I’ve used this Uhaul quite a bit. The wait has now become a half a day thing. My last visit here I made two reservations, I’m currently in the late stages of moving. Both reservations were sent to two different Uhauls in the area that are less convenient. I was notified by other Uhauls.

If I have a reservation, why can’t I get my truck? They’re telling me that because someone didn’t bring their truck back on time, that I won’t get to rent my truck!? I already paid online and booked it almost 2 weeks in advance! The parking lot is full of other trucks but they won’t let me take one of those because it’s for other people who have reservations too..

I called U-Haul of Kenmore, WA, in the morning, to inquire about renting a tow dolly and purchasing bar and ball. They asked for some personal information and confirmed that they had the equipment at the desired location, we agreed upon a pickup time and I provided my credit card details to hold the information.I arrived in Kenmore approximately an hour later and was greeted by the store manager who informed me that they in fact didn’t have a tow dolly but that he made a reservation for one for me at the Lynwood, WA location. We asked about being compensated for the mistake in some way and he told us to discuss that we the good people at Lynwood U-Haul which we promptly did upon arrival. The person helping us said he had to call the manager we had talked to at the other store to confirm that he agreed to that which I plainly made clear that he hadn’t. Moreover, when I told him that I had a reservation the gentleman helping us asked to see the email stating that there was fine print that the reservation was for available equipment only and not guaranteed for that location (there was nothing of the sort in the email). So U-Haul’s own employee’s think that it’s company polcy that when you make a reservation U-Haul 1) doesn’t have to provide you with the reserved equipment and 2) doesn’t have to provide you with the reserved equipment at the specified location. So I guess running around to different locations to look for the equipment you need is commonplace. But it shouldn’t be.I delivered upon my end of the deal, arrived on time and proffered my credit card information. However, U-Haul did not. They couldn’t even figure out if they had the peice of equipment that I required at the location that I wanted to pick it up at. This lead me to have to spend my time and money to go miles out of my way, then to ask for them to try to fix it by giving me a discount, which in turn I was met with more time wasting and no help. The real kicker was a half an hour later or so I received a voicemail from U-Haul, as I was driving, asking if I had returned the equipment that I had rented. I had to waste further time and was caused further stress calling them back to confirm that my equipment was in fact showing as returned.This company is a joke. Another example of poor customer service, systems problems and a company that’s finds it’s absolutely acceptable to do the bare minimum or as often as they can less. But you’ll be the one that suffers for it and don’t expect anything in return for your wasted, running around and so forth.Individuals, are held accountable for our missteps. For example, if I missed my reservation, I know U-Haul would have changed my credit card ASAP. However, these companies take it as their business model to do the bare minimum or often less and they have no accountability for the issues that it causes someone.I will be boycotting U-Haul in the future and sharing this story via social media and other avenues.However, if you’re looking for a tow dolly by itself, U-Haul is one of and may be your only option, as Penske, Budget and others rent the tow dolly with a truck. So you’re stuck and U-Haul knows it, so they can continue to do the bare minimum or less and get away with it. But at least you now know the game and I hope that you can use this information to your advantage and hopefully avoid U-Haul altogether.

Called this place, which led to a hotline. The person on the phone doesnt work on-site at this uhaul. I asked this lady if they can install a brand new hitch I already purchased, she said they can and scheduled me for 1pm the next day. She tells me the install should only take 30 mins.I show up and the guy there has no idea what Im talking about; no info for him about my appointment or my hitch. He says the hitch guy doesnt come in until 2pm and cant guarantee hell be done by the end of the day. I need the car for work. We reschedule for tomorrow, at 1pm.I come back. Another guy is there and I tell him whats up. He looks puzzled and says my appointment was scheduled as a light inspection. I tell him I need my hitch installed.He says the hitch guy doesnt come in until later.He says they dont install hitches people already bought, though hes take a look. He does only to confirm what hes already told me, they wont install it. They wont make money off of it...isnt that what labor charges are for?He says I should try a mechanic. I ask for recommendations in the area since Im not from here. He doesnt have enough any.In the end, I just wasted time here.Their other services may be fine, but my experience was frustrating.

My husband reserved a uhaul truck 17 and on the reservation it said if the truck is not avaible or any changes happens we will call you and contact you. We didnt receive any call and we get there and they said we dont have your truck. We asked well how come you didnt call us? What are my options? I had a reservation. And they tell me I could reserve for another one 2 days later. Or go to a different store get a bigger one and pay more. This is the worst costomer service ever! We have used Uhaul for years and we will never forget this. We dont recommend this place.

He was extremely rude, argued back to me, and seriously I felt like I was being discriminated against by this individual.
