Brian did an excellent job. He installed a beautiful shower door in our master bath. He also installed several wall mounted bathroom mirrors. Very knowledgeable and prompt. Brian did a great job with the estimate and even though we didnt go with KG, we were very happy and their costs were fair and they also offered ways to save money on the job if we were able to bring in windows and do a little work ourselves. Teachers salary, so I really appreciate that in their offer. I recommend them to anyone looking for window repair/replacement.

I would not recommend this business at all,very poor customer service.If I operated my business like they do,I would be out of business.They asked me when I am available,I gave them the time, they never called me at that specific time,they called 2 and a half hours later like nothing happened.When I told them that they were late and I wasn’t home, the owner on the phone gave me hard time blaming me for not getting the right information and hung up on me.Shame on this business.
