Highly recommend. I went to resize a ring and was so appreciative when they told me the resizing was so significant (and could warp the ring) that I should send it back to the origin jeweler. While sad to not get the ring resized right away, I greatly appreciated their honest assessment (and the fact that they didn’t risk the ring’s quality for the sake of a sale). Thank you!!

Pam is a real gem - pun intended. She is most helpful and courteous to her customers giving excellent value and service. I trust her opinion and value her judgement in all things jewelry. In fact she is the best jeweler I have found and I live in Australia so she gets all my business. 10 out of 10!
