Great customer service and testing experience. They served my family member excellently and were able to explain to them how to improve their hearing greatly with good technology and expertly administered testing. I was very impressed and appreciative.

I went and had hearing test done things went fine determined I needed hearing aids took my information for insurance told me theyd be in touch in 2 or 3 days !! I ended up calling them 2 weeks after my appointment to find out what had happened told me they dont know what happened I must have slipped through the cracks. Needless to say I wont be buying my hearing aids from them Ill purchase them from someone who wont let me slip through the cracks and wants my business

Wonderful place, home feeling! Doctor is amazing and deeply cares about his patients. Front end staff made me feel so welcomed! They gave me a free gift card just for coming in for the free hearing test ! I have never had such a nice medical experience

I have always had a great experience at Miracle Ear, Kennebunk, Maine. Bill, the hearing specialist, is very professional and provides an atmosphere to make his customers feel at ease. From my experience, he takes adequate time with with me as a customer and provides thorough answers to my questions.

Very professional and very good at explaining the testing process. As it turned out my hearing was fine but it was still nice to have that confirmed. I would recommend going in for testing if you’re concerned about your hearing.

Dishonest company. Sent me an unsolicited flyer and their first sentence is a LIE saying I had recently inquired about their products. Why would anyone do business with them when the first thing that say is a clear lie.
