5+ star! My charging port was broken, but when I went in they were able to fix the entire screen and speaker for extremely fair price.A week later the screen started to lift up. I went back in and they fixed it no problem! Great service!

Absolutely the best smart phone dealer/repair shop. They have the best prices and their techs can fix just about anything. If you live in Orleans Parish it is worth the drive to see what they have or fix whatever your phone needs.Ive been going to them for some time now (I dont use a case) and every repair or sale has been fantastic. I will never recommend this place and will leave as many comments as possible on as many platforms as possible. On March 6th I brought my tablet in, wanting to get the screen fixed as the touch screen did not work and I had all of my first son pictures on there. I specifically asked the man if my memory would be erased on my tablet by them changing the screen. He said no they do not touch that, all he is doing is changing out the screen. I had a picture of my son at 2 months as the screensaver and had pictures from my emergency c-section, him being pulled out, his father cutting his umbilical cord, me arriving at the hospital. I mean every picture that a parent could want and have to save that important moment in their life. They charged me 98.73 because they had to order the screen since he said it had a double screen and that it will be finished on March 12th. I didnt mind the price as the tablet is only worth 5 dollars now as it is a first generation tablet that I bought way back in 2012, so you know it was a dinosaur. I just wanted my memories, that alone is priceless. Called on March 15th since I heard nothing back from them and since they would not answer the phone I had to drive down there ( and mind you I live in laplace). When I got there he was like oh we had to send the part back because it was defective, thats cool the tablet will be done by March 21 he called me I went to pick it up the next day and pay my balance. The tablet was completely wiped. I was destroyed no picture of my son, there is nothing, set back to factory setting. I was so hurt and cried for days because I now have no memories of my son from the early moments and he is 5 now. I am having another baby and wanted to create a baby book for both of my sons. I am at a lost thats the only reason why I did not leave a review that day!!! My mom had to calm me down as my anxiety and depression was beyond high and I felt inconsolable. All the man said was that they dont do that. How was my tablet brought with full picture now I have none? I will never recommend this place, if you are trying to restore something DO NOT GO HERE!!! Your memory will be erased. I was so upset I didnt even get the receipt and just have my original but what they did is unforgivable and I am still upset. How will I ever be able to get those memories back, they were irreplaceable.

I spent $850 on a sealed iPhone 7S from this store on 10/28 and it worked flawlessly until today. Today I was blocked from the ATT network and was told that the IMEI was coming up as lost/stolen. I can only explain my interactions with the staff at this store as antagonistic, I was told that they were not open to refund or replacement and that this was MY problem. They said that they would help me clean the IMEI for $50. When I refused, they said that they would pay for the cleaning on their own, but that I could not post any reviews of my experience. I refused, and we are where we are now. BUYER BEWARE. There is some shady stuff going on here, and perhaps they are not selling stolen phones outright, but they are certainly from dubious origin.

I brought my husbands phone on December 24th and it was fixed in less than an hour. He also sold me a case cover and temper glass protection, over all I was very pleased with his service.
