I brought my VW Jetta in last minute toward the end of the business day and dropped it off assuming I wouldn’t hear back till the next day. They called me a few hours later with the diagnostic and price for repairs. I picked it up the next day. I don’t know much about cars or the price of repairs but I feel like I was given a VERY fair price. The only other mechanic I had spoken to about the issue was talking about at least $500 more than I was charged at Zimco and I don’t feel like he would have been as thorough.I will be recommending Zimco to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. I’m very impressed with the service I received.

Amazing service!! My car kept flashing its engine light and my car would slowly stop while driving. I brought it here because a few of my neighbors highly recommended this shop. Now I know why!!The staff are helpful, informative, honest and kind. Rod explained and showed me the issue and replace the parts that I needed. The price was very fair!! Thank you so much Rod! I have dealt with “Rod” on three separate occasions (two cars). Zero problems so far…6-7months in.Not sure if there are cheaper shops around Kennesaw, but I feel I received a fair price. (checking a couple of other shops in the area, their quoted prices were similar)I’m normally cynical when it comes to Automotive Repair Shops…I generally ask for thorough explanation on the work/issue (show & tell). he was accommodating.They did deliver “on time” and at the agreed to price. Speaking of price, Rod did work through the “don’t spend here, it is a gamble there” until we came to a final plan/price.Seems to be an “honest-er” repair shop.5-stars for now…will round back if needed.

Stopped by here because I was hearing a weird sound in my brakes. They immediately pulled our car around and pulled off the tires to take a look only to find a rock was stuck in there. They didn’t charge us and offered amazing customer service. Just moved to the area and this will definitely be our go-to shop! Super friendly and great people!

I brought my car to Tommy, and Rod, after having received estimates from the shop my family has used for years. I was pleasantly surprised when Rod called to let me know he felt like they could fix it for less than I expected. The money they saved me, allowed me to approve buying new parts, rather than having to hope that a refurbished parts would make due. In my experience, it is rare to have someone come back to a customer, and offer multiple options to choose from, without upselling the more expensive option. They know that a $50 difference can be a lot to some of their customers, so they went out of their way to provide the best, and most affordable, services they could.My car has been driven so rarely over the past two years, that I know there are some hidden problems that will show themselves, as it starts working full time again, and when those things pop up, I will always take my car to Zimco for those repairs.Thank you for the outstanding service, and for going out of your way to make sure I understood what was wrong with my car, and what my options were. It is hard to put a value on the feeling that you were able to make an informed decision, on a subject you know very little about.

Been going to Rob and the guys for a while now, recommended all my friends to go there as well. This is the definition of a locally owned repair shop where the priority is you, you make a bond with the workers and they never try to cheat or mislead you and always take care of you and your vehicle. I came in to have my company car checked out for a flat tire. I found zimco through enterprise fleet and although they were no longer working with enterprise, Rod didn’t hesitate to fix my flat tire. We have had an ongoing problem with brakes on our Honda Odyssey since the day it was bought NEW in 2013. The van shimmied when we slowed down and we had it to the dealer numerous times with NO result. We were having some other work done at Zimco and mentioned it to the very friendly guys who own the business, Rod and Tom. To our amazement, they fixed it! So after seven years we are having a smooth ride! Also their prices are very reasonable and their other work was done well and timely. We are telling all our friends that we have a real find here!

My brakes started having trouble as we were heading to Florida on vacation. I am so thankful to have been at this exit. Not knowing where to go, Zimco was the first auto service we saw. From the moment I pulled in, slightly distressed from my brakes not functioning and possibly being stranded on vacation without my husband with us, Rod and company were amazing!He showed me where the problem was (didn’t just tell me), got me to a rental car, and had my vehicle repaired and ready when we came back through since it wasn’t a quick fix we could wait for. He even called the next day after we picked it up to check to make sure we made it home and that everything was good with car. The only shop I will use. Honest, Moral, & Integrity all under one roof. I send my wife in alone and never have to worry about a thing. Tom has been handling my fleet since before he opened this shop. Blown motor bring it to Tom he is machinist & mechanic all in one. If it can be fixed he will do it. Tom saved me $3k dollars the first time I brought my first truck to him. Dealer said new engine, Tom said give me a day and it will be running for 3k cheaper than 2 estimates. Still have that truck and its still running.

Tommy is awesome. He has done great work on 2 of my cars. I was stranded and he was there quickly to tow my car and had my car back the next day!! He is very knowledgeable about detecting what is wrong. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else... He’s the man!!
