If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is in regards to the amount they give you for selling your items. I have been coming to this store for years and it seems about 1-2 years ago the amount they give you for your items has been way less than usual. Even though they are taking more items from me Im getting nothing for my daughter clothes. I sell items from brands like Matilda Jane, Sweet honey, and any other super brand out there. They price the items to tell in their store for about $10-15 and I receive $1.20 per item. Thats literally a rip off! It upsets me because when I speak to them about how much they pay Im told the system prices the items and they are not able to adjust how much the customers are paid. I know for a fact that is a lie!! I could go to that store right now and pull every item I just sold them and they can see how the item is in GREAT CONDITION and how the brand is a top brand in their store that customers would love to buy. I use to work for a sister company for 10 years I know very well that you can change the amount you pay to customers so that the store can have a better selling margin. Im sick of being lied to and very sick of being given less for items that are in great condition and great brands. Whom ever has taken over this store is cheating the really good customers who bring you top brands and thats not right. News flash customers like us is reason you have a business! Id like to see the owner look at my items that were just told and tell me that I wasnt given less for my items. If you changed your margins so you pay out less but still can price the items to sell in your store the same that is not right. Especially when it comes to popular brands that you know will sell fast in your store. Its become very ridiculous and shameful.
Horrible horrible horrible service. Last time I was here I brought 6 pairs of used but new looking Jordans and a bag filled with designer clothes like Nike, adidas and lrg. I had no problems and thought the process was easy and pleasant. This time I walked in and not one out of the 4 ladies greeted me when I was spoken to the only thing the lady said to me was are you making a return. I told her no and she said nothing else to me, after a few minutes another lady came around the desk and askes me if I was selling and I said yes. Within 3 seconds she smelled my sons shoes and a shirt and told me no she would not take them and that it wasnt fresh enough . I was very confused as nothing had an odor and some of it had just came out of the washing machine earlier this afternoon. She said my shoes had 2 black spots one on the bottom of each which I would think would be normal considering that they were used but looked great and were originally 150$ in the store. She walked away from me after saying this as if my presence there was no longer relevant. I have never been treated like this. She was very snobbish and had no reason to turn away my sons stuff all of it was nice and new looking and Ive never purchased anything from this store only sold. She treated me as if I was beneath her. Im highly offended and discouraged by the staffs behavior as I thought this was a place that took nice things and put small prices on them for familes to be able to afford them and now Im completely turned off by this place. I would rather take his stuff to a church and make sure they go to familys for free than to allow a place that treats people like this to profit off my sons things!!!!! We are officially done doing any form of business here. And for the record you never know who your treating like they are beneath you so your staff should really humble themselves!!!!! Ive uploaded photos of my items for all to seee. 3pairs of Nike pants a pair of minions pajamas and a tan pair of Jordans . Just a small amount of the things I had brought in.

I like this place. I shop here to get items for my son. They always have a lot of items arounds his size. Only issue and it is a big issue is the size of the shop compared to how much clothes they stuff in to the place. They definitely need to get a larger place with the amount they have here. I can barely fit through isles without knocking things off the racks.Edit, have been notified they are moving to a bigger place in April. Changed from 4 to 5 stars.
I love selling and shopping at this store! The staff is always so friendly as soon as I walk through the door and they offer great prices as well as payouts for the things I bring in to sell to them. I am so disappointed in my experience at this store. I walked in and was so excited to see the store that I’ve been shopping at for over 14 years and its update... in its new location.I walked in and said “wow! It looks soooo nice in here! I love it” the staff heard me and ignored me. First clue I guess. I even repeated myself. Nothing. lol.Then I walk over with my things to sell and ready to shop, as always! Spending way more than I get lol.I walk over to set my things on the counter (like most stores do...) but whether the owner has frightened her workers about this counter or this staff member has no social skills... she gets loud and says “don’t set that here!!!!!!!! I don’t want my counters messed up!!!!!!”Uh. Ok. Psycho. That’s what tables are for. Setting stuff on. What whatever. I’ll set it on the ground lol.I then ask if they have any more high chairs and she gives me the rudest attitude. Shocked? Nope.Finally they let me know I’m ready to get my items. I had many items in my hand to purchase. I set my purse on the counter (leather. Harmless) and she almost has a hernia. “Get that off my counter. These are new! I don’t want to scratch them!!!” I’m not even exaggerating. She acted like she would get fired lol.First off, get better counters if youre that scared, Once Upon a Child. Your store is beautiful. There’s no reason for staff to be so rude about a dang counter.I wanted to buy a high chair for under $100 and a ton of summer clothes. I couldn’t do that during my visit.So. I gave the things I was going to buy to my husband and let him know to put them back on the rack we got it from because I will not support a business who talks to me like that. It’s uncalled for.I got my $11 dollars for high end clothes and left. I will not return.Thanks to the sweet staff for 15ish years. I will miss those girls. This recent visit was so ridiculous. I will not return. The stress of holding a newborn and going through my purse on the ground because I can’t put it on the counter was enough to switch stores. Talk to people with compassion. A lot of exhausted momsOn a tight budget are coming in with some stress. We just want to dress our babies. A smile goes a long way, ladies.I was so kind when I walked in and being rude on purpose was a great learning experience for my teenagers who came along since I told themIt can happen after high school.Good luck with your store. I really hope you consider hiring people with social skills.

I went in to sell and of course I was lowballed. A lot of the items were brand new. Next time I’ll go through the hassle of selling them myself on Poshmark. The reason I’m writing this review is because the young lady that “serviced” me (slender, white, mid/late 20’s, reddish/blonde hair) had a very unpleasant disposition. She was very short and acted as if she had something better to do. As many of the other reviews have warned, the customer service here is poor and the energy is uncomfortable.
My first experience selling/letting go of my sons clothes was today and while not a total success, it was a learning experience when selling my kids clothing, toys, etc. The staff at this location was AWESOME, very polite, helpful and resourceful about what to do when it’s time to pass on your kids belongings and gain something in return. Make sure that the items are clean, clothes are washed (not stagnant from being boxed up in storage) and to keep an open mind, you’ll never get the full monetary value back. Knowing my kids items will be passed on to other precious little ones is an amazing feeling. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
Really great store. Clean and organized. Great prices for slightly used clothing. I purchased a pair of Sperrys for my son for $14. Not a mark on them. Clean.

The store is great. Lots of selection! My only gripe is that the aisles are very narrow. I have a disability and its hard to get around in there if you are in a wheelchair or use other ambulatory aids. However, everyone is friendly. I just wish I didnt have to use crutches.
The store was organized and the service was great! The prices are reasonable. The store was fully stocked with clothes. I will highly recommend Once Upon A Child for anyone looking for a good deal on clothes for their child(ren).
I went in today around 11am and social distancing WAS NOT BEING PRACTICED AT ALL..I had my mask on. I really expected better from this place, Im a regular client. I would have appreciated feeling as if my health mattered enough that some sort of consistent measures would be in place by now(the COVID cases continue to rise). I called couple months ago to check to make sure they had safety precautions and employee said they did require masks. Today I was on one aisle and people went right by me talking with no concern it seemed, Ive gone to other stores where people respect distance and wait till youre done and then step in the space once you step out of the space. I felt uneasy and left asap. A managerial looking male was going over store layout with an employee and didnt even have a mask on. They didnt listen feedback given by Mollie Child 3 months ago, I sure hope this will help lead to a much needed change. Very concerning, I wont be back for now.

I might like to come back under normal circumstances, but never again during this pandemic. Not safe!!I was in the store for a few minutes, and I saw, I think, 4 employees. Only 2 were wearing masks. Someone who I assume to be the manager (since I could hear him talking about firing somebody) was there as well, did not wear a mask, and did not stay 6 feet away from me as I was making a purchase.Masks are clearly not required for customers either because only about half of the customers were masked.The merchandise and selection seemed fine but I couldnt stay and look around because I did not feel safe at all. Maybe I will come back when the pandemic is over, or if they start taking safety seriously, but otherwise it is not worth the risk.
Great deals and love the staff! A lady that worked there carried a baby swing into my car when she saw I was pregnant. Above and beyond customer service! Workers all wear a mask. Everything feels safe and clean. I’m thankful they are open!
Walk in. They don’t greet you or acknowledge you. I don’t believe anyone had on a mask. Not required. They talked amongst themselves. Will not be back.
AWFUL. I normally sell to the Buford store and have never had problems. Have sold many items. But today I brought items to the Kennesaw location and I am livid. They did not even look through the clothes but waited an hour to tell me they were going to “pass.” When I noticed that the clothes had obviously not even been touched, I asked what was going on because they clearly had not even looked at the clothes. And the girl said whoever checked them picked up the piece on top which was a freshly washed white fur vest and it smelled like “outside”...WHAT?!?! She said it was because the clothes rode to the store in my truck (which is an open bed exposed to the AIR!) OMG. Will never come here again.

Everytime I shop here, they have really cute clothes. They are ALWAYS clean (most look brand new) and great prices. Very great place if youre on a budget! As a single parent, its nice to have a place to shop where I can get more bang for my buck. Staff has always been super friendly to me. I always recommend this place to my friends.
Ive been coming here since my daughter was too. I absolutely love this place. They even know us by name. Sometimes I just want to move on so I can have a hand-picked selection of things that I would like. But unfortunately my daughter is turning 9 and eventually Im going to have to move out of this into a store thats for older kids. What am I going to do
Don’t resell to them. You’re better off doing it yourself through a yardsale or online. They only wanted to give me 28 dollars for coats, Halloween costume and a ton of brand name clothing. I’d rather give the clothes away then accept less than their deserved.

Took 2 Sally Miller couture dresses in that had never been worn still with the original tags from a boutique in Los Angeles...instead of a realistic offer they wanted to pay 4.50 for two dresses that retailed two months ago for 80 each. Then they gave me additional attitude when I refused the deal. This business needs attention from the Better Business Bureau.

I have only shopped here a few times but in general I think it’s expensive for a second hand store (which is the reason for 4 stars). There is usually a clearance section outside that has good deals. The store is well organized and jam packed FULL of stuff. I have sold clothes to them once and it was a quick and simple process. I didn’t have to wait on them to go through the clothes, they called when they were done and I went back and picked them up so I got other errands done, which was nice. The employees are friendly.

This Business is very impolite! No customer service at all. I use to think it is a race issue, It is not a high in clothing store. They have Walmart customer service.I guess they chose who they give good customer service to. My children even notice the lack of. SMH!
It is 7:07 pm and this location closes at 8. I walked in and 3 employees behind the counter did not greet me nor did they offer any assistance. As I was leaving, the employee pulling in the sale racks looked me dead in my eyes and she did not bid me a good day. Customer service is important and it sets the tone for for a store visit for every customer. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Kind of unfortunate that I wasn’t on a mystery shop visit today otherwise they would’ve gotten a terrible write up.
I came for a sale. I get that those days are busier but the older cashier was not paying attention to the person in front of her. Instead she seemed preoccupied. I tried to help her take clothes off a hanger to which she grabbed all of the items I was purchasing and put them out of my reach. It was extremely rude. On top of that she smelled of cigarettes which made me and probably other pregnant customers nauseous.
I sold some gently used items to this location today. The ladies are all so sweet and they gave a wonderful price for the items they chose to purchase from me. A great experience, overall!
Ive been to this store every weekend at least twice a day for the last 5 weeks. Theres always a sign on the door apologizing that they are not taking any more buys. Either the store being lazy or their computers are always down. Then it says come back the next morning when 9 times put of 10 most people will be at work. Then when we get off, another sign is on the door. Ive sold and bought plenty to this location and sad that I have to go to another location. Tired of wasting gas to ALWAYS be rejected.
I was advised that my equipment were stained, when in fact they were never viewed they were left in the same location as when I dropped them off. The manager or whomever she was acted as if she didn’t want to accept any of my belongings before examining them. The young ladies who work there are however very pleasant.
This store has awesome prices, great sales, and a really good rewards program. I shop here for all of my kids clothing (5 boys).
They have a great selection of children clothing and toys at reasonable prices.
I will not be going back to once upon a child. The customer service is terrible. I walked in with my young son carrying a heavy bag of clothes to attempt to sell. I approached the counter where about 4-5 employees stood behind. Two were standing directly in front of me, did not even look up or say a word when I walked up, just kept continuing with their personal conversation. At one point one of them looked up, past me, and into the parking lot to comment on something someone outside was wearing. After about two minutes of them blatantly ignoring me, I finally said EXCUSE ME and one of them finally acknowledged me. I looked at a few things, bought a few items for my son, came back an hour later to see if theyd purchase any of my items Id dropped off. I again approached the counter and this time two different girls were having a personal conversation, and AGAIN neither looked up or acknowledged me. I was really not happy at this point, but before I could say anything another employee interrupted their conversation and asked them to assist me. Fortunately they have at least one employee who understands good customer service. The girl who helped at first couldnt even find the items Id dropped off, and had to keep coming back to ask what my last name was again. She finally found it, but when I started asking about why they couldnt accept certain items, she didnt even know the answer to my questions. At the end of the transaction she just continued her personal conversation from before, didnt say thank you or have a nice day or anything. Not dealing with this ever again.
As stated in many reviews, certain employees make this a place to avoid. When you ask to speak to a manager to complain about the way you are being treated by an employee, and she informs you that she is the manager and her parents own the store and would support her behavior, it is a sure sign that customer service and business are not a priority. There is a reason why there are many reviews, here and on other apps/ sites, that mention how poor the customer service is and how rude the employees are. Dont support nepotism, and take your dollar somewhere that actually respects and values their customers.

Scammers!! Almost two hours with a box full of functional toys and walked away with $5!!!! You might as well just donate and don’t even waste your time. Not to mention items they’re selling are twice as expensive as amazon!! Glad they’re going out of business one at a time
I sell clothes here often. They always offer fair prices and it does not take them forever to make you an offer. Also, the merchandise they sell is always fairly priced and good quality.
Hate this place!! I had the worse experience ever after having to leave early due to my child being sick. I was told I could leave my medium sized box of clothes there and return in the morning. I didnt make it back in the morning b/c he was in the ER most of the night and well into the next day. When I finally made it back the box was gone. I was told that due to lack of space they had to donate the clothes to a shelter. First of all that is not what was explained would happen and second there were two other boxes left with mine that were still there. I felt so disrespected when the owner handed me a voucher worth like 1 shirt for an entire box. What hurt the most was that I was bringing the clothes in because I needed a few bucks for other baby products. The clothes I brought in were new and in great condition, washed, and folded. They basically stole them. I called corporate but of course that was a dead end. The girl at customer service acted like she had never seen me before although I had the slip to claim my box. I could definitely go on but Ill just end by saying please please please dont waist your time at this place. They dont even have nice clothes and most of the toys are dirty and beat up. Soooooo not worth the trip. I wish I would have listened to my friend who had another bad experience. They dont even deserve the one star I gave them. Discussed.
Love this place!!!! So easy and convenient to sell to. They take any season all year long.They are fast, efficient and offer you a fair value for your items instead of pennies on the dollar like most places. Will be going back!
They offer next to nothing for your items - they buy almost exclusively based on the label. The prices of the clothes arent that great, you can buy a new one at target for cheaper. The customer service is the worst, many of the employees are rude and condescending.

LACK of professionalism!! I’ve been to this place numerous times yes you can find stuff and the prices can be reasonable the issue is the employees. They don’t know how to greet people or well enough talk to them in a kindly matter. Literally the cashier I had got sassy with me because after she rang up my items she told me the price and before I paid I said do you all still accept military discount and she said yes next time tell me before I ring up your items....like really what makes the difference if I tell you before or after it’s not like I paid already!? Not only that she was literally yelling out her co-workers names across the store for help and complaining the whole time as I was standing in front of her when she only had two people in line, me being one of them. All I have to say is that they get easily bothered and don’t care how they talk to people. I’m normally some one that doesn’t leave reviews but lately people need to realize no matter what business you work in, having a staff that knows how to be professional and provide superior customer services goes a long way!!

I brought in a big tub and 2 garbage bags full of childrens clothes and toys to sell. I dropped off the items and came back 2 hours later and they gave me back my bags and tub saying they didnt pick anything out. The bags were half way empty and so was the tub. They took a lot of items!!! I told the clerk that MANY items had been taken and that I either want credit or to give the items back. She said nothing had been written down and there was no record of them taking anything. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I couldnt at that time but they would give me a call. I took my remaining items and left. About an hour later the manager calls me and says they cant find any record of items taken but can give me $5 of store credit. Wow. That is all I can say. I am so disappointed and absolutely will never return here.

I had sold some items at this location and never had an issue but unfortunately I went to sell some items and along with that I had some Nike shoes ( in its original box) that were in great condition. When I went back to see what they were going to purchase, they pulled out the bin and it was just clothing (3 pieces) . I was paid low ($7 bucks) which is expected for clothing . I was ok with that and left. To my surprise when I got home, the Nike shoes had been taken out of the box. I never saw them in the bin as it was underneath the clothing. This experience has taught me to literally stick my hand in the bin and move items around. I am bummed out because I could have received much more money for them but it’s a learning lesson and I hope it helps someone else. Do not trust and make sure to verify everything !!
I have been coming to this store for about a year and a half and it is typically an okay experience. Not today. Not one word was spoken to me by any of the 4 women in the front of the store until the total rang up with my cashier. They were speaking to each other with complete disregard to customers in the store. Terrible service today. Not one hello, smile, or thank you come again.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I brought 5 boxes of excellent used condition clothes, shoes, and some misc. things to sell to them because they post all over facebook that theyll buy gently used items. I was the first buy of the day and I dropped off my things and went on with some other errands....when I came to get my cash they had taken probably 5 or 6 individual items out of my 5 BOXES I brought and only gave me 12 dollars. When I asked where the rest of my stuff was I was informed it was in the floor and I needed to take it. I asked why they werent interested in these items, the only response I got was it could be a number of reasons 😠 had I known they werent actually interested in anything I wouldnt have drove down from ADAIRSVILLE ( about a 45 minute drive) to sell them my stuff. DO NOT SELL YOUR THINGS HERE!!!! Complete rip off and a huge waste of my time and the 12 dollars didnt even cover the gas money to get down there and back. Dont waste your time with this store.
The young ladies who work here are fantastic! They are so polite and helpful when I come in to sell, and I love laughing with them. I recommend it to anyone looking to sell.
The clothes are reasonably priced and they’re super cute! The toys are wayyyy over priced though. I use to always get 25% off my entire purchase when they used the stamps but now they don’t even ask for your number to give you a discount. A few things need to be changed.🤷🏻♀️
I’ve been shopping at this location since I was pregnant with my daughter. The staff is nothing but helpful and sooo sweet! The selection of clothing, toys, shoes and equipment is always on point.
The store just seemed dirty You could see black stuff all over the floors I felt like I was being judged the whole time I was shopping it was so hot in the store I couldn’t even think straight and the racks give you no room to move even more so with kids the employees all saw me struggle to get in the door with my daughter no one offered to help I was able to find a few pjs but not sure if it’s worth it to go back...
NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN..this location sucks and has been doing me wrong. Dont sell clothes here cuz they wont take the time to check them just tell you they smell even when you know they smell like drift baby wash. Then they stole from me. On a separate occasion i brought stuff into sell and they only took few things. I had a baby monitor in my stuff but they didnt say they bought that..I get home and check my stuff to give to Goodwill after and it was gone. Dont even try selling here!!
Well, so you give them cloth you were going to throw away or donate, and they give you money for it. Then you get to buy things for really cheap. I love this concept. Who cares about the employees, and the rest of the drama. Cash is King.A year later I still love the store. I read some the hate reviews. Really !!! these unhappy haters, what is there to hate about a kid store. It is not deep, it is kids store that sells kids stuff cheap...Go get a life .. be nice and be thankful you have kids to buy cloth for... just saying ...
Absolutely horrible!!! These employees were beyond rude. They basically called me a liar when I expressed that I wasn’t told about the return policy!!! I would never have thought a children’s store would be so aggressive. I asked to speak to the owner, and the woman stated that it wouldn’t matter bc her parents were the owners and they would agree with her. I get rules and policies but rudeness is never acceptable! Never! Karma is nasty and does return. Ps! Their return policy on clearance is not on their receipts nor is it posted anywhere. According to the BBB which i will be contacting, companies need these posted to uphold the policy. They are definitely in the wrong and have violations coming their way! Also! Both times I was in, they treated those of color waaaaaaaaaay different compared to the white women shopping. It was sad.
Be careful.. They do not buy from various races, especially Blacks. No matter the quality or condition. She was eagerly searching for smallest thing to reject my items. Horrible place to do business. Never again!!
They offer next to nothing if you are selling items. Brand new items in the package they literally offered about 5% of the retail price. Then they turn around and sell it for a markup of around 800-1000% of what they give you. Ridiculous waste of time. And dont bother purchasing there either. I looked at several baby clothes, their price used was actually more than the sale/clearance price at target for the exact same items brand new.
I love doing business with this company. Yeah, they dont purchase everything you bring in but they give you a fair price for what you sell to them and the clothes they sell are usually fair prices as well. I got a great deal on 2 pairs of chuck taylors for my daughter in size 4. Online these shoes go for at least 40 even for kids and I got them for 4 a pair. I will be returning with all my hand me downs from now on.

Ive been a customer of OUAC for three years now and every visit to the store, associates are friendly and very helpful. A couple times they have even carried heavy items to my car for me and put them in my trunk! Last week, I purchased a large item that wouldnt fit in my car, so the manager put it in the back of his truck and brought it to my house!! I dont know of any other store with that kind of customer service...not to mention the amazing prices!!! I will always check here first before any other store!!
Small isles and staff not really welcoming. Ive had my fair share of finding some clothes with stains. Pricing is fair at points. Wish they just had more room to walk.

Rude rude rude . I arrived 10 mins early . I was told I had to wait until open to enter even though the open sign was on the door was open and employs were standing around talking . So I waited in the rain for 10 mins with my 6month old in the rain . Only to not receive Any help and wait on staff to check me out of an empty store ...i would never go back or recommend anyone spending their hard earned money with such rude and less than helpful store.

I have been to many OUAC franchises across different states ( GA,TN,FL) and this store is the worst I have ever been to. The employees belittle you with their unfriendliness and lack of respect for their customers. The staff aren’t at all on the same page when it comes to managing the store and they make you feel awkward with their passive aggressive comments when your trying to sell to them. Overall this location needs a attitude change and new employees, ones that actually enjoy their job and are bless to have a job. I love shopping at OUAC and I will continue to shop with them but I will never recommend or go to this location again .
I love this store to sell my babys old clothes! And you can great deals for everything that you need for your baby and toddler.
Nothing to drive thru traffic for. Prices are same as that of brand new clothes on a sale day. The selection is good but not worth going. They are very picky on the type of clothes and items they buy from customers but does not show in the merchandise that they sell. This is only for this location.
Dont even try and sell your clothes here waste of a 40 minute drive for them to take nothing will NEVER give this place my business again for wasting my time and my whole day wish I never bought anything from them in the past VERY UNHAPPY would give zero stars if I could
Helpful staff, well organized. Right now (Feb 9 2017) someone dropped off a bunch of twin supplies (double pack n plays, matching girls outfits, etc).

Dont get me wrong, the people are nice, what i am dinging them on is their buyback practices. My wife and I took a literal years worth of clothing there to sell or get store credit from. They took it all and offered a whopping $12.00 credit for it. 12 months of clothing, from new born to 12 months, all seasons... trading in for 12 bucks. Which theyll turn around and sell and make in comparison a massive markup. Thats a joke. If i wanted to get the feeling of being ripped off i wouldve just taken it to goodwill. At least i couldve claimed the original amount we spent on my taxes.Not going back.
RACISTS! when I called over the phone on a time to come in to sell my items they told me to come before 6 as soon as I came in they told me they where done selling for the day smh... when I asked to speak to the manager they took my items and then said come back in two hours smh. Then I called in to check on my stuff they told me it’s been ready, no call to inform me however. They took 24 things from me and only offered $30 bucks smh. The girl said she was being extra selective. Extra selective with the designer items I had but took the non designer items from the caucasians. When I tell you to run away and take your coins somewhere else I mean it. I blame the owner who hand selected these idiots. If your a woman of color, just know that your items and your coin will be devalued. So unfortunate but, it’s true.

DO NOT GO HERE. Rude, unorganized and over priced. Brought in well over $200 worth of carters shorts, hardly worn. Offered me $3 for the entire box. WHAT A JOKE! You are better off selling on an online yard sale site!

Once Upon a Child is great for purchasing but not so great to sell your items the clothes that I offered were mostly brand new and even had tags on them and I felt like they offered little to nothing for my items which was a little disappointing
Sometimes has cool stuff for good deals. Always way too much in stock and might have problems trading your stuff in. If you think youre gonna get top dollar for your items, think again, though.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not one single sales associate recognized my presence. I passed by an associate, who was on the sales floor and she turned her head when we approached one another...totally avoiding eye contact and speaking. This place is ran by several middle aged women who gossip about one another and converse about things that do not benefit the consumer or betterment of the business. One of their conversations behind the counter was pertaining to another associate who was off this particular day. They expressed that this one associate does what she wants, when she wants and gets away with it. The gossiping was purely ANNOYING! Ive read several comments complaining about the customer service, so it leads one to believe the management is the slacking party to allow this to continue. I stood at the register with a shopping cart of items and neither of the ladies said ANYTHING to me, as they continued gossiping. I cleared my throat and asked Can someone check me out, please. The situation was uncomfortable. I felt like I interrupted two BFFS chatting in the comforts of their own home. I left saying I would absolutely NEVER return there but didnt realize how much the encounter upset me, which is why I chose to write this review. Tomorrow they are having their 70% off Christmas sale and I went in to check their inventory and compare it to the Newnan GAs location. I will GLADLY drive an additional 45 miles to shop at the Newnan location, where the customer service is superb. This week was my first visit in both stores. Sadly, the Kennesaw location needs to learn how to treat customers and stop the caddy talk. Bryant
Im super annoyed with how many items they turned down. I brought in 3 bags of nice clothes that included GAP, OshKosh, Narrtjie, expensive boutique baby clothes, and pajamas from Target that had never been worn, and the store manager told me they were out of style even though my daughter is 12 months old. REALLY? However she did take a hideous Christmas tree costume with dog hair in it... Im extremely disappointed. The store manager treated me as if the items I had were unsatisfactory and gross. Even though the clothes were clean and most were new. I felt as if she had a personal dissension towards me for no apparent reason.
