I had a wonderful experience shopping at home goods today. The great selections were wonderful but what really set it apart was the staff. Everyone I encountered had a great upbeat attitude and was very friendly. It was a great day for shopping and made me remember precovid customer service. Thank you all so much!

It rarely has 2 of anything. Unless u get here as soon as they unload the truck. And it smells a little musty in the store. No offense. Other than that, youll find some cute household items (if youre lucky 😉)

We are moving to the area and need a lot of things for our new home. This location has a large inventory and many pretty items for home decor, kitchens and baths. The service is good although the lines are long, especially on weekends!

I have to say it is a little (lot) overpriced for the quality. They have a large variety of items but whoever is picking what goes in this store to be sold has a broken picker. I might try back in another year to see if anything has changed.

The had everything for your home decor. Furniture, cushions, artwork and all sorts of things. This location is always stocked full of merchandise and the employees are pretty nice too!.

So much inventory, I love this store. Its better for dog inventory versus the one in Canton. Its always packed with people too. Expect to stand in line and slow with the isles because of the amount of people that shop here. Dont let that steer you away though, they have such neat pieces to find and discover. Sweet helpful staff too! Youll love it, and Im pretty sure youll be back again after that

Everyone is always so nice here especially the older gentleman who greets at the door. Today though I want to give a shout out to Carson . She’s phenomenal!! She went above and beyond to help me wrap my chair for the car. Really one of the cutest sweetest cashiers I‘ve ever come across. Then I believe his name is Doug he helped me put my chair in the car. It’s experiences like this that will keep you coming back. My favorite home goods by far. Remember the people make the place, the place doesn’t make the people . I appreciate the safety measures being taken during these difficult times. There was a counter at the door monitoring how many folks were inside at one time. Most were wearing a mask. It made shopping feel comfortable. For those that were in the store, they all tried to maintain social distancing as much as possible. I was looking for a larger selection of fall items, but there was way more Halloween decor than just basic fall items, but I still like this store. Large selection of a broad range of products. Excellent pricing. This store always seems to be very busy and traffic can be a problem at peak times.

Lots of home stuff...many good choices....furniture, pillows, toys, dog toys, cooking tools galore. I like the selection.

I like to pop in this place here and there because youll never know what you might find. I found a pretty little plate set for $8! I wanted a planter but the selections werent so good...almost near to none! But its a good spot if you want to find goodies for your home.

I found what I was wanting and then some. The sales staff is fabulous!! They go out of their way to help and answer any questions. Items are very clean and neatly placed.

Always stocked, sometimes the isles can be a little cluttered or too close together. Items can be stacked on top of one another making it look a little messy and cluttered throughout the store.

Bought a jar, went back to buy exact same jar. The only one they had left was shorter but otherwise exactly the same. No price tag on the 2nd jar. Despite having my receipt they charged me more for the smaller jar?!?! Its not rocket science.

Christmas has arrived at HomeGoods! Came in here with my wife, leaving with nothing we need but I am told we have to have because they are soo cute.At least the prices are good, so I am sure we will have twice the stuff.Staff was great, check out experience was not horrible.Would come again, but probably not without my wife...

The best store for home decor and now Christmas decor

Love shopping for home decor here. Have gotten many good deals. If you see something you really like you should get it. They dont always get the same items re-stocked, which is why the deals are good. It is also why you should check-in often if you are in the area because they get new things regularly. We have a Wayfair account and I have seen many of the same items there.

This is probably my favorite Homegoods location in the area. They also seem to have just what Im looking for with a good quality selection, even in clearance. Im there so often I could have a shopping cart with my name on it. The staff are very friendly, helpful and remember me by name. A handful of times Ive held something with the intention of coming back later that day to pick it up and either forgot or couldnt rent a truck that night and they held it for me the next day because they knew Id be back, like always.

Due to pandemic the stores dont have anything lovely.

Great selection of high quality items for the home. Some overlap with Marshalls as they are owned by the same people. Emphasis is literally on merchandise for the home. Very good customer service. Pricing is better than standard retail and quantities of a particular item is limited.

I expected more. Its too small in my opinion. It was very busy though, so I guess people love the place. They didnt have anything I couldnt leave without.

I normally dont write reviews for these types of stores as there isnt much need for service, but this time I felt I must. An awesome gentleman named Connor tried to help us find what we need yesterday and even though he couldnt the product, we were still very impressed with his genuine attitude and willingness to help. If you go to this store, definitely ask for him in the furniture dept.

I love this store. The variety of items that rhey have is great. The cashier was so nice. I had left my wallet at home and she was so kind to.have waited for my husband to drive it over. I was able to find very good deals. A huge flower pot for only 8 bucks and a relaxing candle for only 2 bucks. I will definetely be buying my candles from this store.

Usually have nothing bad to say about home goods. But today, there were about 20 people in line and only one checkout open. There were 2 people up there. But seemed the other was not checking people out. She was answering calls and making announcements on the intercom. I waited for about 15 -20 mins to return and item. When I got in line there were about 6 people in front of me. When I left there were about 20 people behind me. If I had been purchasing, I would have left the stuff and walked out.

👍 service is great little pricey but you get what you pay for ... However what I allude to is I was in the store today ... My store location is a busy store so this day I found one item of a few items I purchased today and the item was damaged the original price was over $125 ... The store manager quoted me the standard 28% discount ... This item was damaged and the damage was significant it should have been 50% discount in lieu of the damage goods not 28% ... Needless to say I did not purchase the damaged goods but I would have purchased it for 50% discount ...

I rated this store five stars only because Home Goods is a great store. The quality of the merchandise is very good and the overall customer service is also good.however this particular store was horrible there was so much stuff in the aisles there was no walking room I have never seen a HomeGoods, Marshalls or TJ Maxx with so much stuff that you could not maneuver around it was just overwhelming.
