I love this Publix, has the best employees I ever met . The reason for this review is because of the assistant manager of the meat department. Sorry I forgot his name but they were out of ox tails and I asked him for his help. He went above and beyond for me and my family. He literally went and found some and hand cut them for us and did an amazing job! Cudos to you. I apologize that I forgot your name but you are the definition of a customer friendly and great person !! Thank you and Publix should be happy to have you as a employee!

Phenomenal service!! I had a beautiful cake custom made at the bakery and it was just as I had ordered! The manager overheard me asking about where a couple items were located and he gladly assisted me in finding the items I needed. He actually took the time to show me where the items were... This is customer service at its finest!!!! THANK YOU for truly making me feel like a valued customer!!! I will be shopping here more often!

I love Publix! Seems like the employees are always very polite and helpful. This location is the same. Also, usually has a great selection of sushi, though a smaller store.

This was My Publix, but now they want me to self checkout although their prices have gone UP? I get the post Covid staffing problems, but Im sorry, I was told there were fewer, less convenient car returns in the parking lot because they WANTED us to let them take our groceries out. Did they add more now that there is no one to help us out? NOPE! So much for caring about the customers. If Im going to get treated like Im in Kroger, I may as well shop there and save my money and not have to get my 10,000 steps looking for a cart return.

Have shopped here for years and now we drive several miles away to go to a different Publix because of the way they treated my wife and daughter. I was truly disappointed in how they handled an injury on their property, my daughter cut her face open on the shopping cart and the employees acted as if they had zero clue how to help. I didn’t expect them to be paramedics, but offering a napkin to help with the bleeding might have been a start. We live less than 1 minute from here and have spent an average of 700 per month on groceries here for a decade, they all know my wife and kids. I totally understand being afraid of some frivolous lawsuit, but acting as if my child didn’t matter was uncalled for. Certainly not what I would have expected either.

Clean and easy to get in and out of. There bakery was stocked and the employees were very helpful.

Though not close to me but they are always well stocked well. Always worth the drive.

Always has the freshest produce and an extremely clean store - between this one and sprouts.

Publix generally has great stores with good customer service and a clean environment. This particular store is not up to par. Have had negative experiences a few times. Last time I visited bad fishy odor throughout store. Couple of previous bad experiences there. Unlike other Publix stores, at this store the general manager is very unresponsive and rather than fixing a customer issue starts arguing and making excuses. Too bad, because this location is on the way, but I will start driving extra just to avoid this Publix. IMHO, this store needs corporate attention.

My favorite grocery store to shop at. Always clean and the customer service is excellent. I’m a stickler for expiration dates so I always check the date before I put it in my cart. Unfortunately, I always find expired food. So if you see a random item on the floor, it’s probably expired and I put it there to get it off the shelf.

Best publix in Cobb county. Every time I pass a staff member, they asked me how I’m doing or if I need any help. My cashier today was a sweet girl name Taylor. She was so warm, genuine, and kind. I will drive past two other Publix locations just to come to this store because I love it so much. Don’t ever change! :)

I dont see what the Hair net does when Ed in the deli side has his long greyz chest hair bulging out of his unbuttoned, seemly unwashed Publix polo shirt. Not to mention in the time I got one sub I saw him being so so rude to every fellow employee around him to the point they even saw me notice it. Ed suxks and I will not be having him anywhere near my food again.

Publix is nice but their prices are anything but...I just dont like paying high margins on food items so that a perfectly mobile 30-year-old can have her groceries hand delivered to her car...

I never thought I would have something negative to say about Publix but honestly at least at certain stores, this new system is not good. Theres rarely a bagger manning the station, stockers are constantly in aisles or in the way...I mean if Im not getting a bagger and am having ppl in my way constantly and cant get some items I like then I can save a bunch of money and go to Aldi.

Always has a great selection. Just wish they could reduce their prices to be completive with walmart or food depot.

Shopped here for years. Now everything cold is behind tall refrigerator doors like Walmart. Im one who has to use the electric cart making it now impossible to grab a carton of milk or eggs. So moved on to another location up the road which is a much nicer store. Sorry I didnt discover it sooner. Just hoping they dont follow suit. 🙏🏼

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY! I walked in today and admittedly I didn’t look the best I had a hoodie on but I have been in and out of the hospital so I just needed a few things to help ease my pain. When I approached a worker in the flower department she IGNORED and walked away from me. Then tried to yell across the store asking if I then needed help. I felt so discriminated against and when I tried to tell a manager she responded with “probably couldn’t hear you like I couldn’t” instead of issue an apology for the behavior which she later did after blaming my tone for the lady’s awful behavior. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

I was visiting from out of State and needed a few things. The supermarket was very clean, very organized & well stocked, very friendly staff that said hi/hello as you passed.

The staff is always so polite and helpful. Wish they had Publix up North.

This is my neighborhood store. I am always treated kindly. Each person is polite and willing to do what is necessary to ensure each visit is successful. The deli is my favorite place. They are so personable and always ask about my family. The pharmacy is amazing. There is rarely a wait time. Great store with great people.

This was my 1st time in this store. Its located in a nice shopping center with several other stores. Pretty easy to get in and out of. Store was clean and employees were friendly. Deli was inviting and subs were delicious. Ill definitely be back.

My favorite one to go to. Very nice people and super fast.

The deli at this location is awful. It takes 20 minutes to get 2 subs even if there is no one line. The employees sit around and talk while you wait at the counter and then take forever to make the actual sub. Please get better training for your employees.

Clean and convenient! I use this store for the bakery and pharmacy as well. The pharmacy can have a tendency to be rude (just in my experience) but for the most part they do a good job. The bakery is amazing and they are always eager to help me find whatever it is I’m looking for.

Had to wait in line for almost an hour for a sub...they took online orders rather than taking the customers orders that they had a line for...unacceptable.

Good but would be better if they kept their homemade Greek Salads available as soon as they open. I usually stop their first thing in the morning on my way to work so I can pick up a healthier breakfast, lunch and snack and to avoid fast food. I love the fresh salads and Greek is my favorite so it would be ideal if this was available more regularly AND especially when they open at 7am.

A clean store with friendly employees. Plenty of parking. The one negative is this Publixs tends to run out of sale items quickly.

Our go to Publix and couple good restaurants too! Dont waste money at Capers, two of us got food poisoning from defective crab corn chowder. Called owner who blew us off rudely. Was party of 7 with dual birthdays...mine and sons. Gave them a chance to correct but not even an apology, gift card, couple free dinners, nothing. Flynn Family Marietta. Never to return to Capers. Johnnys and Mexican joint are very good.

This location is nice and clean like all of the Publix grocery stores Ive been to. The cashiers are always friendly and pleasant. They make my day when I shop at Publix! 👍 The one and ONLY reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of some of the prices. The cost of some of the normal everyday items people get/need are overpriced.

Great shopping place for food and orher needs

If you want to know how clean a Grocery Store is walk by the Fresh Seafood Section. There should be NO SMELL AT ALL. No bleach, No fishy smell, just clean air. This store has fresh seafood and a clean smell.I also want to tell the lady who said all the bad things about this store that it can happen to any store. It doesn’t mean that it is like that all the time. This particular time when she was there it may have been the exact time that several unscheduled absences happened as well as scheduled vacations. It happens!! The Manager changes and the whole routine seems to go to heck. The Store just needs some time to get it’s legs under it again. I’m sure we all have needed time to readjust.Give this store a chance.p.s. most every grocery store is set up the same way on the outside. The trash can is close to a door to keep the person carrying it out from getting mugged or shot or worse, killed!! Show a little Grace! and Mercy toward our brothers and sisters.Thank you.
