I had a few problems locating Pagoda. It was not listed on the Town Center Mall directory so I had to walk awhile to find the kiosk. When I did, immediately waited on and the Jewelry Consultant was very helpful.

My daughter just had her ears pieces here. The ladies were AMAZING! My daughter became very scared when it was time for piercing and the ladies were sooo patient and very helpful to put her at ease. What a GREAT experience!

Went for second piercing and ear got seriously infected. It didnt feel right when pierced and was told it was normal. Long story short, two rounds of antibiotics later, I was able to clear up infection. Im good with single piercing after that experience .Also, I tried to use my purchased warranty on my daughters earrings snd was told I had to have all the pieces. I purchased warranty because my child is 2 yrs old and I knew there was a chance she might lose an earring. I was even told to get warranty for that very reason and now its not honored for a lost earring.

I purchased nose rings from this mall stand and unfortunately, I didnt know enough about my nose ring size before buying. I wasted money here because their nose rings are as thin as earrings and YOU WILL BE HURTING YOUR PIERCED AREA by purchasing just any ring. The salespeople were also uninformed of this extremely important fact about nose rings and other piercings. I HIGHLY recommend that if you need to buy a nose ring, go to a professional piercing store - the associates are much more knowledgeable and can get you the size you need. Dont risk an infection because you buy the first thing you see.

General manager is so rude. She lied to my boyfriend claiming their policy is that they can not call other stores to see if my anklet bracelet was in at another store. Keep in mind that he bought me an expensive gold anklet for my birthday in early December, she never called and when we recently went back she also was rude for us asking for her corporate number. My boyfriend told corporate about the ‘no calling other stores policy’ she claimed & corporate stated that was entirely false. Will never go back to that location.

My daughter got her ear pierced here during our visit. She was very happy that it did not hurt.

My son lost necklace day of purchase they didnt help out at all or replace even with receipt . Very disappointed

We waited 15 minutes at the kiosk and no one ever showed up. Not the best business practice to have your kiosk empty.

Very rude manager and associates very immature Sharlice Wilson was manager on duty sitting down and allowed her associates to say things like dont make me call my BF on u I would never buy anything else here I went to helzberg diamonds and received a way better experienced and purchased a nice pair of 14k gold diamond earrings this place is a joke I even have video recording

I dont think their gold is real but my family keeps going back there and spending their money

Safe and clean

I went here to get my fist hole. It ended up falling out at a young age. I got my first hole pierced about 4 times total before it was left in there for about 7 years now!!!!
