Store has great selection it’s just the blonde that works there thats really rude and seems to like profiling customers, seen a lovely couple try on shoes for their toddlers and one of them was crying seemed tired but this lady came out of no where and pretends to fix something In the aisle just to watch they were only trying on shoes and it’s weird how none of the other employees did do this behavior but I was disgusted by her actions and I feel bad for anyone that comes into that store and have to deal with her

Not sure what is going with this store! The lady Deborah (town center mall) very rude! I ask for one information a bogo that said by one get one free she yelled at me like a crazy person!Saying that I was lying when the sign was right there!I just think people that work in sales should be nice and polite! Questions is a very normal thing in sales! I have a sales business and I know that!I was nice and only ask a question!

Not sure whats happening here? Going out of business? Remodeling? Horrible disarray, one kid was proped up against the wall behind the register and never moved, most of the back shelves were empty. I buy new shoes once a month, I love a bogo! Totally not what I have come to expect from Rack Room Shoes. Really disappointing!

Shopped on line and picked up in store. Easy as could be. Great prices and a wide selection. Satisfied enough that I signed up for the loyalty program.

BOGO 1/2 price. Lady that waited on us was super friendly and patient - we had a small child with us. Took me forever to get babycakes and purses and bags coordinated and leave :)
