Didn’t receive a delivery for over 6 weeks, kept calling to figure out why and no one could give me a straight answer. Was told we would be rescheduled to next day delivery, next day came and no water, no email, no phone call. Customer service is terrible.
Lousy service! I posted about a month or so ago and we are still having issues with non-delivery of our waters. I a second complaint with the BBB! The first time Mr. Prince or Mr. Rodriquez resolved that issue but here we are again! My husband attempted to contact Mr. Prince and Mr. Rodriquez for our area, Dallas, GA to no avail! We keep getting emails stating we are going to get our delivery on a certain day and then get another email shortly thereafter stating they changed the delivery date and then another email stating another date/day. And guess what? Still no delivery. Oh and then there is no apology for the non service. A month ago, when we got Mr. Prince involved (due to the BBB complaint) we got a delivery of water but we were shorted one bottle! Since then we havent had a delivery because they keep changing the days! And forget trying to get customer service to assist you. They are worthless! They dont care either! Such a shame for being good water but lousy delivery service! Curious to everyone reading. Are you having the same issue with Dallas, GA area or is this pretty much country wide?! Guess this time we are serious about contacting Fontis!
Worst customer service. I mean, the worst. Wait time is a minimum of 45min-1hr. They are holding a charge on my card and still havent picked up two empty containers. I so want to be done with this company, but I refuse to hold on the phone for an hour.
This company, honestly, is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! If I could give them a negative score, I would!!We’re in a primary care doctors office. We do our best to avoid emergency situations, but inevitably, they do occur, and during these situations water is required. Unfortunately, this company has been unable to deliver to meet our requested needs.This has happened on MULTIPLE occasions BEFORE Covid! They’re only benefit with Covid is they had an “excuse” as to why they had such horrible service, and it’s absolutely pathetic they’re using a global emergency as an excuse to their horrible service that’s been occurring prior to Covid!We have literally met eyes with the driver through our office window as they JUST pulled in front, watched them put their truck in park, and about 2 seconds later (legitimately eye witnessed from several personals), they drive away!! Then we call customer service because that’s the only number they give you regardless if you’re a long time customer or not, and sit on hold for OVER AN HOUR!! And once you reach someone, they put you back on hold “to call the driver”, only to then tell you that “that wasn’t your driver. You’re driver is scheduled for two weeks from now.”...such BS!! It makes me SO flustered a COMPANY would have this type of service! How could any CEO ever allow this to happen?!Now, not only are we having to pay them, we are also having to buy water ourselves for the office and our patients! And worst of all, THEY DONT EVEN REIMBURSE YOU!!!! OR DISCOUNT YOU!!!! Even after MULTIPLE calls to this WORTHLESS company!!!!All-in-all, THIS IS THE WORST WATER COMPANY EVER!!!!!
Crystal Springs has to be one of the worst water delivery companies I have ever worked with. Their customer service is terrible. They changed our delivery date to a day of the week where no one is in the office so I had to cancel it and schedule a different delivery date. Then I have to call when they dont show up - they keep claiming theyre going to deliver water, but they never bother to show up. They also dont notify us that they cant deliver on the day they said they would. Were going on a month without a water delivery and Ive been calling multiple times a week trying to get a delivery. Needless to say, weve had to purchase water at the store ourselves for the employees and I am searching for another provider. Our companys account has only been with Crystal Springs for 9 months in 2020, but we used Crystal Springs back in 2009 and they were so terrible that we cancelled after 10 months. So much for second chances - we shouldve learned our lesson the first time around. ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Unfortunately, this has been a bad customer service experience. Recently tried to get them to fix their older water cooler. They brought out the replacement, but the delivery guys did not check to see if it worked. The cooler did not work at all. After troubleshooting it for an hour I called and got them scheduled to fix the cooler the next day. They never showed. I called to see what was going on and they said they had rescheduled me for the following day. I asked for them to just cancel the service and pick everything up instead. They said they would have to schedule a separate day to pick up the equipment and it would be about 2 weeks before they could pick it up. They were suppose to pick it up yesterday, but didn’t come. I called this morning and they said they had rescheduled me for today without contacting me. The lack of customer service or respect for the customer to let them know of rescheduling is why people should not use this company.Update: I’m now being told they tried to pick everything up yesterday, but could not locate my location. They have been delivering here for 5 years, but suddenly can’t find us when it’s time to pick up their stuff. I tried to speak with a supervisor, but none were available. We as customers are not allowed to speak with local location that could give us a better understanding of what is going on.
Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Do not use these guys for service!!!! No communication. I set up a new account with them and got no confirmation email or anything. Had to call and ask when my equipment was gonna be delivered. After a week and 2 days of broken promises and having to call and ask what is going on multiple times I still never received a phone call, email or my order! I do not recommend Crystal springs. Worst customer service ever!!
Horrible service before it even started! Two weeks ago I called Crystal Springs to set up a new water delivery account with them. I was told that my first delivery would be the following Friday. Friday came and went, no delivery. I called them that Friday evening and was given some excuse about them not having the time to make the delivery & got rescheduled for the following Monday. Monday rolls around and at 3pm and still no delivery, I call again. They say Im on the schedule and they will reach out to driver and have him call me with an ETA. No call & no delivery. So thats 2 days in a row that I was supposed to get my water that I did not.Monday evening I call to lodge a complaint and cancel my service that had been pushed a 3rd time to Tuesday. Their call center seemed to care and apologized for the local branches oversight. I wanted direct contact information for the Kennesaw branch since they were the one dropping the ball. They would not give me their telephone number, no email and no the manager name. The lady said she called the manager and left him a message to call me. Did I get a call? NO!This place has the worst customer service PERIOD. I dont do business with people who dont value my time or offer any common courtesy. How can service be so bad before it even starts?!
We have used them for the past 6 months and love it. Delivery is on-time, you can login online or call to make delivery adjustments. The family is very happy with our water cooler.

I called the day of our delivery to ask to have more bottles delivered. The customer service was AMAZING...she immediately sent a text to the driver, who graciously helped us out.

Bad customer service. We are on a scheduled route and cant get service without calling a couple times. This happens every month (6-5gal). We are going to quit them and go to Costco to get what we need.
I have had some hiccups during my 2+ year service with them, but overall they are a very good company I think.Hiccups include... random skipped deliveries, billing snafus, and the dispensers are somewhat finicky. Im on my second dispenser and its already acting up only 6 months in.

Each time my water is delivered I never get the amount of bottles on my order form. Then when I’m told that I will get the delivery in a week, they never show. When I call to speak to someone they can’t give me a reason why my water wasn’t delivered. Now I have to wait another 3 days. I’m so angry!!!
